I travel for work. This is by far one of the worst LJS I have ever visited. I've been here a total of 3 times, one in which was picking up a replacement order and the only time I've gotten edible food. 2 times I have gotten old, dried out chicken and or fish and the fries tasted like the oil is not being maintained so those too went in the trash. 2 times, I have thrown hard earned money in the trash and went somewhere else. On one visit, you can tell they put old food back in the fryer and tried to pass it off as fresh food. The other time, they didn't even bother, the food was just old and rubbery. They don't answer the speaker, you have to speak 1st and on 2 occasions where I didn't even get food, I spoke and sit there 3 minutes with no one answering me, so I left. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the manager did correct one of these visits by replacing the food.

I just came through their drive thru to purchase 2 shrimp and fish platters, 12 hush puppies and a large A&W root beer.Upon returning home, ( 25 miles later) I found out that they had charged me over $31 dollars for two chicken and fish platters.I called the restaurant and talked to the manager and she refused to make the order right.They would give me a dozen shrimp if I come in tomorrow.I hope that the local people and people traveling I-64 are aware of this restaurant and their disregard for making sure that the customer is always right.If it was possible I wouldn't have given them any stars.Please pass the word for people to be aware of this restaurant and their unprofessional manners.

Absolutely horrible service. I spent nearly $20 for soggy nasty fries that were entirely too small for what I paid and when I said something about it the manager was rude and nasty. As a cook of over 26 years I would be absolutely ashamed to admit that I owned this location. I wouldn't spend my money there again and I suggest nobody else does. And God forbid you say something about it

Awful food! Got the 15pc sea share and was sorry I did! They obviously can't count was missing 1 shrimp and the shrimp was either double dipped in the fryer or the oil was old because they are extremely overcooked and way to hard to eat! ...Waste of $10!

What food I was given was fresh, but good luck getting everything. That's about the best thing I can say from my visit here. I ask one question and was told to pull forward immediately. Then they ask me what I wanted to order and I said "I'm not sure l, you made me pull forward seconds after getting here." I ordered my food and had a 8/10 minute wait, which I didn't mind at the time. But when I get my food I was a little annoyed bc I had to go through the drive thru twice just to get the coleslaw, the fork, condiments. Then the amount of food I got was slightly less than every other LJS I have been too, even tho my food was $13 and some change for one meal with three sides. One of the sides, the coleslaw ($1.99) was literally half full. But I started eating anyways bc I was in a hurry and then I realized like 10 minutes later I didn't even get my drink, no condiments (even tho they ask), no napkins, no silverware, literally just the entree, one side of curds (even tho I paid extra $3 to upgrade to two orders of curds) and the coleslaw. I'm overall disappointed in the amount I paid for what I got.

Today was a complete failure at Long John's. The bun for the burger was burnt in such a way we questioned when they started using wheat bread. The chicken was overcooked, the fish undercooked, pups not fresh and on top of all this, it's my beloved crab cake Friday, and that wasn't fresh either. 😪 And to complete it the soda fountain was out of whack, the carbonation was way off I do believe. My daughter got a little ill feeling soon afterwards so she'll not go back again in a long time. It's one of my favorite places to eat and I know they can do better. I just hope they will.

They should put cheese in the Mac & Cheese. They really way over batterd my shrimp. Coleslaw was very dry. Won't be back no time soon. And way too much oil.

Just bought dinner from this location and let me tell you NEVER again in my life time will I ever get food from here!!! When I got home my order was all wrong and it looked like they put the food in the box then shook it up!! I'm highly allergic to fish so I doubt that I would have ordered fish or shrimp! Pathetic excuse of a restaurant!! Maybe if they hired people besides lazy ass teenagers that want to sit on their ass and phones the job would get done right!

This Long Johns has been horrible for as long as I can remember and only gets worse! The food either comes out wrong, horrible, or takes forever! Tonight I was the 4th car in line they pulled (maybe more but that's what I seen) and they still forgot stuff in my order and fries were old. If you get pulled and have to wait 20 minutes I would expect it to be hot. Will not return!

We walked in and the whole dining room was covered in an inch of water from a leak. Smelled really moldy but they were still serving food out of there. I'm surprised the health department was still letting them be open with all that water.

The grease was so nasty that it's soaked the fish that and the chicken it was in and made it nasty my chicken I ate two of them and I ordered four and the third one I took a bite into and you could taste mold or mildew and it was gross I love Long John silver's and Ironton but I will never eat Long John silver's again in Grayson Kentucky again in my life it was plum horrible I ordered the three plate chicken and the three plate fish and it cost $25 and that's with no drink

We enjoyed our visit here as we passed through. The food was great and the staff is very friendly. The restrooms were clean as well. We'll stop here again on future road trips!

The food and staff are amazing I was there not long ago and a man came in with kids and they had no money for food and they didn't even bat an eye they gave the man food for him and his children and that's not something you see much of anymore :)

Very good food very friendly people. Just always double check your order if you use the drive thru
