We were looking around for carpet and wanted to use a local place. Turns out this is not the right place!!They have high prices almost with terrible customer service!! They told us it would be 6-8 weeks before they could come do it.We went to another place and got it $450 cheaper than this place!!! Also they were able to come out the same day.********SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!*********Go to Home Town in Ashland!!!! They have great prices and great customer service.

In our situation they did not stand behind their installers or products. We just built a new home and had them install flooring over entire house. It was supposed to be excellent flooring and should not scratch, show wear and would stand up to heavy traffic. Sounds great, right?? It might do everything they said it would do but we wouldn’t know because it was not installed correctly and is coming up throughout the house. It started within 4 months of installation and looks awful. We’ve battled with the owner, Dave Hayes to no avail. He has not done anything to replace the flooring even after the company that made the flooring hired an independent contractor to inspect the floor and find out what the problem was. The report showed that the majority of the problem lies with how it was installed, which falls back on David Hayes. According to the report The issue with the porch flooring installation job was not considered David’s fault. (However that’s the only flooring Dave said was his installers fault.) We paid around $10,000 to get this flooring installed and now we’re having to replace it all at our expense because Dave will not stand behind his work. We do not believe in suing people but we were at a loss as to what to do. However After serious consideration and numerous discussions we feel we were left with no choice but to seek legal council. If there was any other way around it we would have gone that route. We will keep you updated on the legal process and the outcome. My suggestion to anyone looking to buy flooring is to always check reviews and do some research on past clients and their satisfaction. Beware of The fast talkers who claim to have the lowest prices and the best products. It’s worth it to pay a little more to get a reputable dealer who stands behind their installers and their products. Well, where to start...ordered carpet months ago still not layed. Wouldn't return calls, had two groups of works one quit completely, the other has no experience cut vinyl way too short has to have corner round, all the way around room. The man who owns it has lied over and over...if even thinking about carpet here run don't walk ...this is the second home they did for me, first was great but this one has been a more than terrible experience something has changed ....don't let this happen to you
