Trying to figure out if this is actually a banana split??? This place has gone down hill bad. Looks like 2 drops of chocolate syrup and about the same drops of strawberry. 4 pieces of pineapples and a 1/2 of a strawberry 😂😂😂. The only thing that I can say, well at least the bananas weren’t green.

This place gets one star because I can't give zero. My order came to me wrong. My fries were on my table partners container and her onion rings we're in the cup where my fries were supposed to be. I sent my order back and received the same Patty where they wiped the toppings off and put new topping on. The returned food was cold and slimy .the Coke machine ran out of coke and instead of refilling it they just filled my cup from the drive through.

We occasionally go there to order food to go, and every time we do, our order is wrong, especially when it comes to their burgers. I usually only see 2 people working there now, which may be the reason, because that is not even close to being enough people considering how busy it gets. They need to hire more people. I know it's not due to worker shortage, because I see people applying a lot more than usual.

I went in to order some ice cream. After standing there a few moment, a young lady finally comes up and tells me the lobby wasn’t open. Yet there were people behind me in the corner eating. I told her that the doors were still open and she rudely just turned around and ignored me. Earlier, a friend went in to get him a soda and after waiting 35 mins he finally walked out because no one served him either. I’ve never had such poor service at this location. Definitely disappointed. Especially since I had 3 kids waiting on Blizzards that there weren’t going to get.

I am very disappointed with this Dairy Queen. We arrive seems ok but then I noticed our cashier seemed a little upset with the elderly couple ahead of us as they couldn't decide what to get. My turn to order. We had to have them get ice from the back as the machine had none in it no biggie. We got our ice cream n fries. Well no fries. I went up counter asked for fries after about 10 minutes and the man went asked a lady she said she brought them out. Nope sorry none came. So he made big deal but gave us our fries that we paid for!! Then the restrooms were horrible!! I'm just gonna stick to our Dairy Queen's at home. Thanks but no thanks to KY!!

The young girl working the register was very friendly and polite. She acted like she was happy to be there which is more than we see at many fast food restaurants we go to. The food and shakes were as to be expected for fast food. The onion rings tasted good.

Long line but it moved pretty quick. I ordered 2 cheese burgers and a large coke. The order was correct hot (except the cold drink) and quick. The staff was polite and clean. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Love This place!! The staff go above and beyond to make sure there customers are taken care of!! They have two employees who always is going the extra mile for there customers, there names are Terry and Angie, They are the best. The food is amazing always hot and fresh!!

I've been getting chocolate sundaes at various Dairy Queens for 50 years. This one barely put any chocolate on the sundae. I asked if they could add some and was told I would be charged for it. Seriously? No thank you. So I had vanilla ice cream with a teaspoon of chocolate. Not impressed.And the bathroom trash was overflowing on the floor.

My husband,myself and his disabled aunt went through the drive thru and ordered our food. We were asked to pull forward while the chili dog was being made. When we received the food,the chili dog was plain and the fries was missing. We went back through the drive thru and explained the food was wrong. We were told they would ma but again the food was wrong. Very disappointed

Like a lot of restaurants in the area, service is decent during peak hours, but try to order within an hour or two of closing.. The staff will already be in the process of closing the store. IF you can get their attention (while pretending they don't see you standing literally across the counter from them), you will be greeted with rude and short attitudes. Don't plan on dining in if you're within this two hour window. The mats will be rolled up, the chairs on top of the tables, trash cans closed up, and floors mopped. The staff is ready to leave and you are a serious inconvenience in thier lives.

Very nice and clean facility. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything. The food was prepared fresh and hot, wasn't something that has been under a heat lamp for hours. Would definitely be recommending this location to everyone. It's also very easy located.

Just purchased 4 LG blizzards with extra candy...spent almost 40.00....got home....Not One Had Candy...Not to mention EXTRA..THAT I PAID FOR!!! Will be taking them back!!! So disappointed!!! I drove 24 miles round trip for NOTHING!!!!

If there was a negative option, I would give it! Got served blizzards in a tray, out of 4 none were served upside down. Asked if it was supposed to be free and was told I can turn them upside down now if you want to hand them back. I said no the ad says free, so I get handed an expired coupon (exp. Date 12/2016) also realized my daughter who is 7, was served a blizzard wit a broken spoon also.
