5 star experience all around. Our little man got upgraded to a big boy bed and we needed a quality mattress. We were shown many options for twin and was able to pick one that fit our budget and that was very comfy. Before he wasn't sleeping thru the night on his old mattress and now he is. Super happy, and will be shopping here again.

Super friendly owners. I called them by accident after hours, and they responded super quick. We went to a different mattress store prior to going here and couldn't find what we were looking for. A couple of days later, my boyfriend came in here and purchased the Hybrid Vista mattress. It was super comfortable and he spoke very highly of the owner as well. I would definitely recommend this place.

Just picked up a queen mattress. Fell in love instantly. Worked with Derrick. He was super nice and very knowledgeable. We're already making plans to come back and pick up a sectional that's powered. Highly recommended.

I’m late writing my review but hey it’s a good one! I’ve had my mattress for almost a year now (yep just now writing a review I’ve been snoozing if you will) and it is still as great as it was the first day. I purchased a sapphire silver cooling mattress and oh my lanta is it a struggle to have to get out of bed in the morning! FABULOUS customer service from an awesome local couple, Derrick & Samantha!!!!!! & of course, little Isaiah was a great help as well❤️ Edit to add - my mattress fit in my car yes my CAR!!! How convenient!

I would give my experience 20 stars but since that’s not an option 5 stars will have to do. I’ve been searching for a mattress for quite some time now and this place, by far, has the best service and deals. I would recommend it to any one looking for a mattress. The people are so helpful, patient and truly listen to your needs and accommodate to them. They definitely had all of the characters of a devoted salesperson and are super kind. This was, like I said, an EXCELLENT experience.

I have struggled with back problems my whole life. The last few months have been excruciating. Today I took my savings and went to Box Drop. Not only were the owners super friendly and courteous but they took the time to find out what I NEEDED. They asked questions and worked with my needs and found the perfect mattress for me! They didn’t stop there! They also were able to work in a same day delivery! I also didn’t spend all my savings and was able to stay well within budget! I will sleep in comfort tonight for the first time in a long time! Thank you Box Drop for an amazing experience! I truly appreciate it!

Very quick and accurate communication. Scheduled an appointment through Genbook and owner was there to meet us at the scheduled time. She explained the different possibilities including upgrading the mattresses we went to get and the cost difference. We ended up going with something a little nicer than what we originally were looking at. You won’t find better prices on new mattresses anywhere in the area. Very clean and organized showroom. Great business and owner!

The Truthfulness about products, Warranty, Differentiation in Value vs price is Beyond expectations. Sanitation after every Visitor , Makes Box-drop in Grayson a Safe and secure Place test and feel the products prior to Purchase. The Tough Part is deciding between the Cooling Mattress Top and the Extra Firm Mattress Top, well for Me and my wife anyways. Convenience is another Factor, Its tough to balance a Work, Church, & home life and find time for Picking up or having someone else Deliver a mattress for you, But Derrick and Samantha ( the owner/Operators) Tend to meet people at whatever is convenient to them, example Derrick Had to be at work by 12 Noon this Morning, still met me at the store early this morning and even helped me get the mattress Home as I am Local, and was also meeting to assist a second customer by 11 am , so with The Honesty, Cleanliness, Helpfulness and Priced below Competitor Outlets and way below Major Retail locations, Why Buy a Mattress anywhere else period. If I could give more stars I would, I was helping my partner move in to a place in Morehead and I had been looking for a boxspring all day and couldn't find one anywhere and just when I thought I'd have to give up I saw this place online and the man on the phone agreed to meet me at like 9 pm for me to get one, literally saved the day for me!
