If you're needing new furniture or thinking of redoing your home with new furniture, go here! Seriously! Do not waste your time on Rent 2 Own or any places like that. I got a couch and loveseat from rent 2 own that had a broken piece on the reclining part and they wouldn't fix it, yet they charged me over $4,000.00 for the set whereas if you go here to big sandy and get a level gold set, it's about $1,800-2,500 for a set and its way better quality. A whole lot cheaper and once you buy it, it's yours. They always work with you too by giving you bundle deals.

While driving past prichard elementary school a white Big Sandy Dyer van almost hit us. It ran a stop light and ran us out of the road and if we didn't swerve we would have been in an accident. Very unprofessional and dangerous driving.

It's hard to find customer service of such high quality these days, but we have had an absolutely fantastic experience at Big Sandy. We are expecting a little one within the next few days, and the staff here went above and beyond to find us exactly what we needed. The quality of the furniture is much greater than anywhere else we had looked, and excellent for the price. They did everything they could to get us an amazing deal and a quick delivery. They treat you like a priority and with respect, the way they would want to be treated. The delivery team was absolutely wonderful as well. It isn't easy getting things upstairs here, but they did so quickly and efficiently without damaging a single thread on our sectional. They put everything together for us and even helped me move some other things around to make room. I am absolutely tickled with our new furniture and so thankful for Big Sandy. This isn't our first time purchasing from them, and it definitely won't be our last!!!

Paid very little for a couch and set of washer and dryer, was delivered fairly fast and was treated with the upmost respect. My door was bent during delivery from the dolly but they grabbed a crowbar and fixed it. Great service! Never been so thankful. Because of this lovely place I don’t have to get my clothes stolen from the laundry mat anymore. Thank you guys so much!

Absolutely love this place. Better deals on tvs with a true warranty then anywhere else. Furniture is quality and typically free delivery if you purchase a particular amount. They also remove the old furniture. Chris is a super awesome salesman and always has a answer for any questions you might have. The rest of the staff are always extremely friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend Dyers Big Sandy!!! I recently purchased a recliner there and the staff went above and beyond to help me get the recliner I wanted. The staff are amazing, friendly and super helpful! I am thrilled with my new recliner and will be doing all my future furniture and appliance business with them!

big Sandy superstore is an awesome place to buy your furniture appliances or any household stuff that you may need always have what you want in stock and if not they can usually get it within a couple of days I just recently bought two air conditioners and they had the exact ones that I wanted in stock and ready for me to come pick up soon as I call I would definitely recommend big Sandy to any family friendswould definitely recommend big Sandy to any family friends or anybody who needs what they need for the house

Love Dyer’s Big Sandy! I compared the prices to big sand in Maysville Ky and I saved over 1000.00 and got a gift card for 400.00 from Grayson Big sandy. I highly recommend this location and ask for Melvin he was a very good salesman and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I give Melvin a 10/10 he was awesome. Thank you all so much for helping me with my washer dryer combo and my fridge and range combo. Thank you all very much.
