All Creatures always takes the best care of my fur babies! Always thorough and cares for my babies like they are their own. A few years ago I took a dog that wasn't mine that I found that was near death on the side of the road. We went there and they brought her back from the poor condition she was in, gave her the surgeries needed plus spay and medicines then gave us a huge discount on her bill (we decided to do the expenses even though she wasn't ours) with the good Samaritan discount and set up a payment plan. Ever since then I have always gone to them and gotten the best care for my little ones. We went today with our smallest fur baby for x-rays and some pain medicines and as always got the very best of care!

Highly recommend. We are not from the area but purchased a puppy nearby. We stopped to get some dewormer, and they squeezed us in for our pup's 1st set of shots. They went above and beyond to make sure we had all the necessary information. If we were local, this is the vet we'd choose.

Took my basset hound in for his rabies shot. Staff was very gentle and courteous. Let me know all the prices and recommendations in advance so there were no surprises. I will be taking my Australian Shepard back later in the week for grooming.

My dog is very anxious when we go to the vet. She’s quite a handful when it comes to getting the care she needs. I have had vets in the past be very rude when it comes to dealing with her due to her behavior.Dr. Jones and the techs here are very understanding and friendly. They take the proper precautions, like muzzling, without treating us like our dog is mean or aggressive. She’s very scared and anxious and they treat her with the best care and patience. Couldn’t ask for better service!

We came to visit family. We live 5 hrs away. Our chihuahua dislocated his hind leg from playing with my daughter and son-in-law's large dog. We got in immediately. And he was taken care of with gentleness and compassion. Very professional.Thank you all for helping us in an emergency.

I can not say enough good about this clinic. They took the best care of me when my elderly dog passed. They even had tears in their eyes. They were impeccable and treated her and myself with so much love and kindness. They even sent me a sympathy card signed by everyone in the office. I would recommend them to anyone and they are the only people I want caring for my doggy children. My dogs are loved the same as my kids (almost lol) and I just can’t say enough nice things about them. So thankful for their compassion and comfort in such a difficult time.

We brought our cat here, they did what they could for him during his last few days, and for that I am thankful.The reason for only 3 stars is because I have witnessed them taking advantage of pet owners who simply didn't know any better. They were charging a family member $100/month for meds for "skin fungus and allergies." I took the animal to another vet, fixed the problem with just 2 flea pills. The fungus and allergies were due to infestation of fleas and the flea dirt built up on the skin. Over a year later, this animal is still thriving. No expensive meds. They are very nice here, but maybe it's because they know they're taking your money 🤷In this particular situation, they seemed to create a problem that they could generate more $$$ from an animal that was suffering, and would have died under the care of your staff. IMO, that's pretty sick.Response to owner: I don't need to call you. Another vet already took care of the issue that you failed to resolve.

Love the groomer at acvc and her assistant.. They're always so nice and make sure they tell you all about how your pet done. Plus they do a wonderful job. Highly recommend.

We were camping with our elderly dog when he went into seizures. The staff it all creatures were very caring and compassionate for our beloved dog and us. We can't thank them enough for caring for us in a very difficult situation. Thank you!

Wonderful experience! I had my 2 male 6 month old cats neutered here recently. They were so kind. My babies had a very easy recovery. Their prices were so reasonable too. I highly recommend bringing your fur babies here.

I have taken my two dogs and my cat to this vet for years and they never disappoint. I have no complaints at all. The groomer is amazing and always treats my baby like the little princess (or brat lol) that she is. I love this vet and could never use another now that I’ve witnessed the care they provide. They’re also the most reasonable price wise. Win/win. Highly recommend.

They were great with my cat. But my dog has a real fear of vets and he tends to get scared and bite. he can sense that they are afraid of him which makes him more scared and he freaks out worse. They really stressed my dog out. They don't handle dogs that have anxiety very well.

This IS the place to go!!! I have always took my dog to a low cost vet that only does preventative care. My girl ended up with an ear infection. They worked with my schedule to get us in and stressed to me that it was a working appointment and that we'd have a wait. They had us out of there in less than an hour. Everyone was amazing with my dog, who is a bit timid.I'm giving 5 stars, but they deserve 10!

Compassionate, understanding, sympathetic, work to fix the immediate issues without forcing other services on you .but most important my pet went willingly into the vets assistant's arms and rested comfortably there. Very unusual for him and when they brought him back out he was still nestled securely and happy in her arms. He didn't suffer any emotional trauma at having to go with them and leaving me.

They really couldn't have been better you can tell they care about your pets. We had 2 dogs one of which was older around 10 when started to have problems. She became a frequent flyer there if you know what i mean. They did everything they could for her and figgured out she was gonna need surgery after about 3 or 4 visits. (Not there fault. This dog was literally the sweeties dog I ever had and would never make a sound when she was hurt or feeling bad, so super hard to diagnose). They squized her in every time we were worried about her. After surgery she made it about a year and a half and had to put her down... but even with the covid restrictions they did everything, and I mean everything, they could to make us and our dog to feel at ease. So needless to say I highly recommend them as I will be there for life.

I had a very sick kitty who needed to cross the rainbow Bridge. They made it as easy as possible and were kind and caring. We got a beautiful card as well. Dr. Gibson is so very helpful and took the time to speak with me over the phone to help with the situation. Top notch service.

the front desk ladies will not hesitate to yell at people that aren’t being paid to work to start working as well as the lead male veterinarian is a terrible human with a terrible personality to match.
