Stopped here while traveling back homeStaff was very friendly and customer service was great. Only complaint was the fish and hush puppies were extremely greasy. To the point the texture was not there. Unfortunately we were on the interstate when we tried the food otherwise we would have returned it.

Service was amazing (only reason it received 3 stars would have been 1 or zero) but we ordered 4 root beer floats that was basically only soda and just a touch of ice cream flavor...almost like they put a spoon full maybe in there.

We visit A&Ws on all of our road trips as we don't have any close to home. Although we had to wait a very long time for our food it was piping hot and delicious. However the dining room was very dirty. There were ants covering tables as though they hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. The soda fountain was malfunctioning while we were there, hopefully that was an isolated incident.

I truly don't wanna rate a 2 star. The staff was really friendly. The restaurant was really clean and I went the restroom. BUT my fries were cold and hard. My burger was not fresh either. I am not going to say I will not be back, but when you have had the best from another A & W. This one is not the best at all. I got to give them a chance to redeem themselves. To be continued.

The food is good but its expensive compared to other places. Ive only had them get the order wrong one time and ive eaten there several times. It is ALWAYS hot and fresh (as fresh as you can get) but sometimes they dont drain it well and the food comes out a little soggy

I use to live in this area and it was one of my favorites!!! The A&W tastes so different from the store bought kind, it is very rich and very flavorful!! The burger was great and the fries crunchy and yummy!!

A&W is one of the few places where their spicy burger is actually spicy! I've never had a bad experience when eating there. Keep up the great work!

Paid $40 for a meal to have to wait 30 mins for the food just to get shorted 21 hush puppies then when I called she said I would have to wait another 30 mins for more or I could have another side so I said I would take Mac and cheese instead just to have to wait another 15 mins for that and I still had to walk over to the window to get that! The chicken is about half the size it used to be I don't recommend this place anymore!

I have found that most of the fast food restaurants in Grayson do a good job. I like this Long John silver's, is hot and fresh, pop always has a good taste.

Manager needs to make sure the food is hot and the employees are not goofing off. Ask for hot Fish didn't get it and ask for senior citizen discount that we always get and we didn't get that either.
