Stopped into this shop after I busted a rim during a ride while on a road trip. Both shop owners were super friendly, and shared a nice conversation with me while they got my rim to the point I could at least still ride it, and found out they helped put in the local trail system I was at previously. It’s always reassuring when the people selling or working on your bike are the same ones building the local trails! Will definitely come back if I’m ever in the area

Great service! Saved my ebiking vacation. I stopped by on a Saturday morning with broken spokes on an ancient wobbly rear wheel and left an hour later with a lightly used replacement installed and adjusted. Rides great! Good to be back on the road again. Nicely done and many thanks!

While on a ride on our first day of a 7 day vacation, I broke my derailleur when a stick got lodged in it. I contacted Jackie and not only did he have the part, but he fixed it that same day and saved at least the mountain biking portion of our vacation. Thank you Jackie for your excellent service!
