I liked it. Some people said the walls were thin, but I have to say I didn't notice. Some people said beds were hard with flat pillows. My bed was pretty nice with fluffy pillows. Staff was friendly and efficient, While I was checking in someone called the front desk to complain about dogs barking and the lady at the desk was on it. Would stay again. Also, I believe some people were complaining about an odor in their room. I think I know what it was. They make popcorn in the lobby, which is nice. I wanted to try some because they had different seasonings to sprinkle on, but I didn't. Anyways, I think that is what has caused the odor, because as you know sometimes the smell of popcorn cooking can be kind of stinky and after making it so many times it has permeated the rooms. Just a guess.

Solid choice of hotels, reasonably priced and right off I-24 in Grand Rivers, Kentucky. I stayed there for two nights instead of lower-priced motels and inns because the owners run the very cool "Patti's 1880's Settlement" where I spent two days dining and shopping. What a great concept including an outstanding restaurant with multiple "Americana-1880's feel" dining rooms plus a large dining area, "Bill's", which features an impressive collection of U.S. Presidential memorabilia. I also visited the "Calvin Swine's Moonshine" where I bought a couple of bottles. In the main store I purchased a sweatshirt, fudge, blackberry jam and strawberry butter. The young women working there are very helpful and sweet. I had an excellent lunch and said hello to "Chip", a co-owner. This needs its own review...

This is the third time in a 5 year span that I've come here. The service is fantastic the breakfast is awesome and there's room for a tractor-trailer in the gravel lot right next door. If you're good at backing a tractor-trailer and they have room in their parking lot you can back it up into their parking lot next to the curb. Prices are very reasonable and the rooms are nice.

Not happy!! Was woken several times with people coming in and out of the hotel and can hear every little move the people above us makes. You can tell it’s an old building with no insulation. Other than that the staff were friendly and rooms were decent.

For a small hotel this place is really lovely. Great customer service, convenient location and surprisingly charming atmosphere.They offered a free breakfast which had hat food instead of the usual tray of donuts. They offer coffee 24/7 and one night surprised us with complimentary cookies.Small, but open late pool area that is kept clean. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting grand rivers.

Highly recommend!Patti's Inn is very conveniently located in Land Between the Lakes! It is right off the interstate while also being just a few minutes drive to downtown where the famous Patti's 1880's Settlement restaurant and other attractions are.They had many different room size options for our needs since we were bringing our 5-month old and had a Pack 'n Play as well as needed a fridge for milk. I wish I had asked if they allowed pets because THEY DO and I would have loved to bring our dogs hiking for the weekend. The AC in the room worked so well and my husband and I were very pleased with how clean and well kept the building was. We have traveled and used a lot of hotels/motels and were pleasantly surprised here. I even made the comment to him on our way to the room that the hallway smelled very fresh and the lobby was beautiful.Staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and I personally really appreciated that they offered their strawberry butter because after I tried it, I wanted to buy some! (I recommend getting it when you can and keeping it in your room fridge because they were all out when we checked out and tried to buy a jar.)I wish I had taken photos for my review like I usually do, but you'll just have to take my word for it. Definitely the place to stay.

Rooms were clean. The service staff were all incredibly kind, among the best I've experienced from a hotel/motel. Right off the interstate so it's incredibly easy to get to. Only complaint was that the person in the room below me was apparently remodeling the room at 10:00PM making it incredibly hard to fall asleep. And no. I'm not being coy. It sounded like hammering, sawing. Drilling. Sliding things through the walls/vents. Etc.

Very nice clean place to stay with amazing rates and perfect location to the settlement. Large spacious rooms. Home feeling. Table, couch, kitchenette area, etc. only drawback was the shower curtain rod is too close into the shower/tub and clings to you. I would stay here again. They serve warm fresh popcorn. Have an outdoor pool and sell products/items from Pattis settlement as well as have a small gift shop are.

We were traveling back home from Florida and stopped at Patti’s looking for a room. What a quaint & charming inn. The two ladies working late on Saturday night were so nice. Our room was clean and had everything we needed and ya just can’t beat the price. Breakfast (free) the following morning was so good!! We decided we want to come back to area with grandkids. Thanks Patti’s for the great service from 2 tired travelers!!

This is a cute motel. Clean and staff friendly. Popcorn , cookies, and breakfast are complimentary However, the floor is squeaky and gives under your feet. There is no place this did not occur. This also occurred in the room above us because we heard squeaky every time they walked. The walls are very thin. We heard the people above us and next to us talking. Cute area for a day visit, but we won't stay here again due to the floor and wall issues..

What I would have done differently was where I chose to stay I would suggest the bed and breakfast locations they have or stay at the lighthouse landing. We stayed At Patties Inn I don’t recommend. The staff was friendly, but what makes a difference for me is sleep especially when you travel far from home and you leave your kids and furbabies behind. You want good sleep, the beds and pillows were absolutely awful. The pillows were like flat pancakes they only give you 2 and one decorated pillow. So when you have 2 people in the bed you have one a piece. Every time you move the whole bed shakes you felt like your rolling towards the middle. The floors had a dirty feel I wished I brought house slippers. There’s not very good sound proofing above us sounded like Elephants, was woken up from what little sleep I got around 6due to noise. The breakfast was no good eggs were like JellO. The place was literally just ok. The restaurant and shops are nice but the Inn needs some work. 🤷🏻‍♀️So we decided to visit, I wanted experience everything.The food was fantastic at the settlement restaurant the little shops were cute the Christmas lights were gorgeous. And seeing the sailboats and lighthouse was a bonus.This is a great little place to visit. Just don’t stay at the Inn also it’s about 10ish minutes away from the settlement restaurant.

Super cute inn with very clean rooms, friendly staff, and an excellent breakfast. Pet friendly although our dog was way more well behaved than the kids in the room above ours. Location was right off the highway exit and you would have never have guessed it as our room was quiet and peaceful except for the demon children in the room above us. We'll definitely stay here again.
