Clean showers. But the Bean to cup coffee machines were so dirty and full of coffee grounds. Needs some TLC please. Also the staff has a line of 8 people and only one register was open. The other staff member was too busy texting to open up another register. I asked his name but he just walked away.afterwards I went for a shower. I was waiting for 30 minutes in line. Then I noticed there were only 3 showers getting cleaned after people finished with them. The rest were just not being used. I went back up front and asked the staff why not all the showers were in use — they told me it’s because they only have 1 person in charge of cleaning them and they don’t want to get too backed up. I told them that is outrageous. There was a line of 6 other drivers like myself waiting after driving for nearly 700+ miles today. The last thing I need after a hellish day of driving is to hear the shower cleaning guy was not in the mood to clean more than 3 showers at a time. This is unacceptable.

I'm not usually one to give a negative review. A 2hr wait for a shower ain't even why I'm writing this because that happens sometimes for a variety of reasons. HOWEVER, a simple "you're welcome " after I spend $$ & say "thank you " would've avoided this post. Suan was too busy playing with his phone to care about his job..."the Mexicans are taking our jobs" 😭 they should cause some ppl don't deserve them 🇺🇸..BTW THE ETIRE parking lot is on a hill..no flat sleeping

This place is a little small but it's convenient inside there's a McDonald's and you have your regular food stand not too big what I do like is the way the parking lot is setup and the fuel pumps are set up it's an easy way to come in and go out and get out easily without having to do too many turns if you're looking for a long stay the saying the best one

Was a great. Adventure and vacation. Just needed to split the drive up a stay at Morel half way going and the travel back. My map was wonderful to me and my trip....

Let me regale you with a story: let's say you pull into a local drive thru and you ask for 2 ice cream cones. The server tells you they have 1 and it's double price today so you pull off.Immediately your car becomes disabled and you pull to a parking spot. While promptly having your car repaired you walk across the street to the rival drive theu to get the 2 cones you wanted and are happily you saved a few bucks. The store manager sees you took your business elsewhere and threatens to call the cops on you for trespassing......A made up story but a similar situation happened to me recently regarding Goodyear as the third party company Pilot uses for a " contract service company. "While I keep my amusement of this situation light and upbeat ( as well as the Loves tire reps who graciously took it on the chin ), my company will look long and hard at terminating our diesel services with Pilot over this." I know it sucks man but we have a contract with them, it's their right...." - Pilot Flying J Manager

Convienient stop when traveling through the area. The fuel pumps are busy/crazy. The store has a nice selection of snacks, drinks, and more. The attached McDonald's is nice if you want more than a snack or drink. The men's restroom is usually clean.

Nice on the inside clean facilities but parking is always a cluster! Trucks park anywhere and everywhere. Gets really busy around 6 am

I was waiting to take a shower for an hour, no one ever came, several drivers like me turned back, when there were two people just talking. Personally, all the pilots are good but unfortunately not all the staff are committed to giving a good service

This is a pretty good place to stop. The staff is friendly. The location is fairly clean and there a McDonald's. The one downfall I would say is they have very limited hot food and they don't keep up with demand. I went to get a hot breakfast sandwich and all the warmers were completely empty.

Girl on third shift at the counter is very rude if you don't like your job get a different one. You are in customer service at least pretend that you're working

This Pilot very well maintained, showers clean with very hot water. Your employee, Michael is an asset to your company, He was still working the next morning when I came back in, he had worked a double shift.He was professional, efficient,courteous and kind to all the drivers, doing his job without complaint.This pilot has a McDonald’s , food good and hot, staff very kind and courteous! Always one of my favorite stops when passing thru KY!

What more can I say other than this truck stop is like none other.. very nice polite employee's, clean facility over all... Let's face it; considering it is a truck stop with a McDonald's and a fuel island for vehicles!!! There are thousands of people who come through each day and yet the place stays maintained and the employees are still polite.. so way to go on holding it together guys.

Oct. 2022: Has an attached McDonald's. Gas was well-priced and the place was pretty clean. Big selection of stuff. Only bad thing is that they are doing pretty heavy construction at this off ramp and down the road, so you'll be waiting on trucks.

All these trucking places serve the travelers as well as our truckers. When stop at these places I feel like I'm helping the trucking communities across the nation. I admire what these truckers do for people in general. If the truckers decided to quit I don't know how Americans companies can do what they do without these folks. They are vital to our society like the Doctors and Nurses are to us.

It's one thing to service people with a clean store and stocked well, but it's another thing to service and care about every person that comes through your doors. August 29th, your staff went above and beyond to help me when my car broke down at one of your pumps. Someone called for the service company attached to come and see what the problem was, while they made sure I was taken care of inside. Though the mechanic couldn't do anything to fix my car, since they service only big rigs, he went above and beyond to try and find me some where to take my car and made sure, I was safe. Thank you to each and everyone of you for caring and watching out for me till I could tow my car and get it to a mechanic. You guys were so awesome! I made it home to Tennessee that night. I felt safe at your location, because I knew you where there making sure of it.So appreciative,Rebekah White-Williams

Combination truck stop and gas station, so sometimes can be very busy. Gasoline is usually a little higher than other gas stations. Diesel fuel is competitive. McDonald's shares same building with an archway open to inside foot traffic. Suffers same labor shortage as other businesses. Lots of parking in rear for big trucks. Plenty of parking in front for cars.

Not a travel center. Only one small narrow entrance to the pumps. All tight turns. Not recommended for campers or travel trailers. They were very busy. The price for gas was good.

Clean women's bathroom, however they do need to clean the vent, so much dust it was hanging down. The trash inside the stalls was quite packed as is the case with most Pilots.Men's room was better too, per the hubby.No problems with the gas pumps, took the card and got our receipt with no issue. Easy in, easy out.I gave a 4 star because of the vent dust, just to noticeable.
