Finally an Iron Skillet that knows how to serve correct portion sizes for the cost of the meal. Only one issue with our meals was the hot food could have been hotter as it was only warm when it was served. No resolution was offered since we did not send the food back and only mentioned it at our departure.Showers - while a bit outdated the shower was still functional with wonderful hot water and good pressure. Shower room could have been cleaned better though.Customer service - This was not at all lacking. An employee cleaning the entryway was a gentleman and held the door open for us, everyone was polite. The same employee also offered a bigger shower room to us as he stated it was their policy to offer the bigger shower room to couples.Will definitely be back, thank you for showing that some truck stops have the courtesy to respect truck drivers and understand that our visit to your establishment is our chance to relax and unwind after a long day on the road.

Clean bathrooms. Expensive and terrible quality food. Plenty of room to stretch your legs inside. Game room, arcade games, Pool tables, tv room, showers, iron skillet, convenience store.

Ate at the restaurant in 4/23/24 for lunch and my wife got sick. I was good with my burger but she ate two pieces of her club sandwich and was throwing up an hour later like food poisoning.

Like it hare very nice place enjoyable visit excellent service 😀👍👌👏. Good restaurant inside nice little store . Good size fuel island 🏝👌like the food in the fuel island 🏝 I like the pork chops. Clean restrooms 🚻👌 nice showers 🚿👌👍. They got Massage chairs 💺 Laundry Room waitress are friendly and professional service and Courtesy like the southern Tradition breakfast biscuits and gravy with four 🥚eggs on top. It only comes with 2 eggs I ask for 2 more. It's been nice experience when I get to visit here. It's enjoyable lots of parking and lots of room. I love the travel center! Very clean, has arcade games, a pool table, massage chairs, laundry, a lot of clean showers, a barber and the Iron Skillet is amazing. However, the fuel island building for truck drivers is disgusting. The hot breakfast is nasty, it's always dirty in there, and every time I have been there the women's bathroom is very dirty(specially the stalls).

Great place to stop in when you need gas, food, travel supplies and maybe a gift souvenir or clothes. It's worth the stop. I'm very impressed and grateful for the Staff. The staff and manager are great to talk to and are very knowledgeable about the area. I'm just a traveler but this is my favorite place to stop on my trips.

On 12/19/23 I went in to this truck stop for fuel and a shower. Used one of my ultra credits to take a shower. 3-4 minutes after entering the shower room I could here the two custodians cussing and raising all kinds of cane about someone who didn’t leave a tip. I packed all of my stuff back in to my bag and left, letting them know that I wouldn’t need to be cleaned since I didn’t use it. Now where I do generally leave a tip for them, I don’t want to hear them whining because another driver didn’t leave one. Wasted an ultra credit on that one. I will not be fueling or returning to this Petro again.

So far this location was the best Petro I’ve been to. My first time at Iron Skillet, and I thought it was pretty good! Bathrooms clean and lounge areas were spacious!

Shower number 4 has mold on the floor very dirty 🙄. This place was awesome in the passed now has gone down hill in my opinion. This was on January 5 2024. You would think if a dirty truck driver can see a moldy shower a MANAGER COULD!!!!

Decent gas prices, fast and clean pumps. Convenience store is well stocked with travel items and ice cold beverages. Clean restrooms. Very quick in and out from the interstate. Nice!

From the outside the travel center presentation looks average but when coming inside this place is 5 stars. Has everything you need a for pit stop; clean bathrooms, showers, restaurant, laundry, barbershop, arcade and more.

Large gas station/truck stop. A decent variety of other foods, some expensive though and not for the best of quality. I look forward to maybe trying out the full service restaurant inside one of these days. They also have arcade games and large restrooms that were mostly clean. I will stop here during my future travels on I-65 from now.

(4.25.23)Being this is a pretty busy truck stop and hard to get in once the lots are full. I would just like to point out how friendly Mike, the shower and front desk attendant was by giving credit and telling me I was fine to park out of the way next to the fuel island. It was a long night and he bypassed any difficulty getting checked in. I was in and out in a short period of time and on my way. As a professional driver of three years this is my first time stopping here and I’m proud to say I’ll return with my business. Thank you guys for your friendly service.

Besides parking.. nothing else is that good here. The showers are dirty and are old and need to be renovated and they're not cleaned properly. The sink had hair in it and the toilet seat was dirty and the shower was disgusting.. they have a young guy there who put really loud music and sings.. and is more interested in his singing than cleaning the showers. I don't mind him doing that but at least clean the showers properly. They need to renovate those disgusting showers. And this is why more people are going to The Love's now because of them providing better services and better facilitiesBut again... The management doesn't care obviously

This place apparently cannot afford water softener salt and a yard sprayer at the very least to treat the driveway, fuel island and parking lot which is a solid sheet of ice.Several trucks got stuck trying to come in last night and blocked off the entry / exit most of the night.Just wait to the personal injury lawyers get here.The fuel island restroom was disgusting after it was just cleaned according to staff.SMH. It amazes me how some people keep their jobs when they perform so poorly.EDIT: REPLY TO REPLY from PETRO... (Which apparently got deleted when I edited my post.)No you did not do all you can do which is to treat the ice with a brine solution aka salt or some other chemical remedy on your driveway and walkways as to MELT IT and use a plow to remove it from being a injury and collision hazard.Apologizing for things, the weather, which is obviously beyond your control and Not apologizing for what is in your control speaks volumes about this location and the lack of intellect therein and at the corporate level.I was obviously there during and after the storm and I witnessed absolutely ZERO ATTEMPTS TO REMEDY the dangerous situation surrounding the facility.Thank you for the lies.

Nice place. A little older but the Petro truck stops are. In their day they were one of the best chain truck stops around. Today though, they are just getting dated. There is plenty of parking here. The prices are average. Even though the place is dated it was mostly clean and well kept which is good. It's a good place to stop for your break.

Roomy, very clean, and friendly. They have massage chairs, pool tables, arcade games, a television room, multiple sets of laundry machines, a good variety of food and drink, a nice-sized restaurant, and plenty of parking. Would absolutely stop here again.

Ta/petro is the best truck stope exept thier coffe and this petro they are not ready for winter they didnt put a salt for snow melt and they didnt cleane the snow i am trayint to go back to the road but the snow was chenging to ice i cant out from the parking please be reay for winter your location

Stopped here every Friday on my route when I was truck driving. Plenty of parking spaces, nice amenities for a driver and the restaurant was amazing. Jess was my server every week, I would wait until she came on for her shift because she knew what I liked. One of the things I miss from my trucking days.

Drivers beware!!! Some of their service techs are racist tyrants. Stopped here for a PM service only to be treated with an attitude like he's doing me a favor. Asked for a Ultimate PM but I guess his lack of professionalism wouldn't allow him to do his job. Sorry we don't have your size wiper blades, no grease on the fifth wheel, and didn't air up my tires. Ended up being charged for a Rapid PM... hold up this is the kicker. Started my trip and made it to Tennessee and checked under the hood... the low life racist mfer didn't even put my oil cap back on. Luckily what he wished would happen didn't happen. My engine is still clean and didn't lock up. GOD'S FAVOR!!!

Clean bathrooms, friendly staff, large amounts of parking. Only problem is every parking spot that isn't along the edge of the lot is blindside, as well as the space between the rows being a bit tight.
