Was a faithful shopper until recently. I learned most of my favorite staff left for greener pastures. They got replaced with people that have the personality and service skills of a drone. Quality of the store has totally tanked. The floor is filthy, the prices keep going up, and some tortillas I bought were riddled with rat bites. The drones refused to return or exchange them. I cannot believe how far this store has fallen from the old staff.

Staff are excellent, but recently the store has gone down hill. Employees look tired and overworked and the managers are always running around trying to do everything. Looks like they need to schedule more people than the skeleton crews they are working with in the evenings.

Good prices, crappy customer service .... apparently they have a time limit on how long they are with each customer. ... this guy was inconsiderate when putting food in the basket. I know they don't bag but seriously can't they put in the basket at least neatly... especially there's a large quantity of groceries. ...... Evan walmart cashiers do that much......

Sometimes good prices, most staff is nice, 2 are not. But main reason for one star is the register, never more than 1 until a long line forms and is already almost done.

For The Most Part, The Prices Are Very Reasonable. Cashier Friendliness Varies. We All Have Bad Days Tho, Right? What I Don't Like About This Store Is That They Have A VERY Limited Selection Of Vegan Food. Most Of Their Products Are Kroger Brands, Which Is Understandable. I Don't Know How To Really Put This... Every Time I'm There, There's ALWAYS Shoppers Who Forget To Bathe. So The Store Does Have A "different" Odor @ Times. Overall I Would Recommend Rulers. FYI: Bring Your Own Bags Unless You Want To Pay 10 cents per bag. The Shopping Carts Are 25 Cents, But You Get Your Money Back When You Return The Cart. The Store Is Usually Clean & They Do Have Public Restrooms. 4 Star Because Of The Lack Of Vegan Choices. Happy Shopping!

This store use to be good fresh food and lowest price in Glasgow now they are higher than Walmart and kroger's in big the customer service is horrible bought romain lettuce with a good date to come home to find out lettuce is old and rotten this not the only thing their bread has mold on it don't buy from this poor excuse for a store wish winner Dixie was still here they had good prices and real fresh food better double check everything because they are putting fresh dates on outdated food we had food poisoning because of you stop cutting corners or get out of Glasgow so someone who might care can give customers a chance to live you make me sick

Worst place ever. You have to bring your own bags and rent the cart for $.25. Supposedly because they want to keep the prices down. The prices are exactly the same than any other grocery store. Such a waste of time. I would never come back.

Prices are decent...just be sure to check the dates of things before you buy but that is all stores now. Not a large variety of products or name brands. But if you like Kroger products...it will work.I just wished it was a Kroger with a pharmacy, discounts, and fuel island. Hey Kroger are you listening...you could steal half of the Wal-Mart customers or more.

Has the best prices in town for groceries. Buggies are 25 cents to rent, but you get the quarter back after you return the buggy. They charge for bags, 10 cents per bag. So if you don't want to pay for bags, bring your own.

This was my 1st time in this store, and will probably be my last. The store was fine The products were good. My complaint is the way I was treated by the cashier. She was absolutely RUDE. I wished I had ask for a manger . If that is the best help they can find they are in trouble.

Operates like Aldi where they have coin operated shopping carts and you provide your own shopping bags. However, the produce section leaves a lot to be desired - limited selection and not exactly great prices.It does sell Kroger brand merchandise which makes it more economical than name brands. However, they no longer allow you to use Kroger Digital Coupons.

This is Kroger's attempt at Aldi. It's not a bad store, but the staff always seems depressed and the customers are sometimes pretty rough, like Walmart rough. I do like the pay s quarter for a cart thing because for some reason the people of my town are either too lazy or too stupid to their quarter out of the cart and I usually make $.25 or more each visit.

Every bit of the meat I got from here (June 2021) was rotten. All marked in date for atleast another week, some longer. Not sure if it just wasn’t kept at the correct temp or what, but all smelled horribly rotten when I opened them.

Dirty, unattractive store. Poorly stocked. Prices are identical to Walmart but Walmart has much better selection and doesn’t look like a third world bazaar. Cannot imagine why anyone would shop here.

I really like the new ruler foods store in Glasgow. The workers there are working very hard and need some help. I will shop there again, prices are cheaper than any grocery store. I love Kroger brand foods.

This store is allowing lots of people in no mask not practicing social distance there cashier's are very rude and nasty refusing to pick up your milk jug they have been throwing our food and have broke our eggs over charged us on numerous visits just so you know rulers since you refuse to help to keep your customers safe and refuse to practice sdistance and have hired the worst staff especially when we seen someone not wearing a mask my family will ptake our shopping somewhere else and you just lost over $700 a month because we have a very big family who eat allot your food is out of date too bye seeing your people handling food and no mask I

People complain about needing more cashiers. I know that if you had a cashier at every register all the time the cost of food would be higher. Now, about that grumpy cashier. Ask yourself, am I making a better or worse day for that cashier ??? As for me, I like the Ruler Store in Glasgow Kentucky just like it is....

60$ STUFFED my house with groceries!! Hands down would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for me having to pay refundable deposit for a cart that I tend to forget most of the time...and they charge for grocery bags.
