Came in there to have a 8.lb little dog groomed,The price almost $70.00The service was quick,done within the hour,he's hair was all uneven. As for he's nails that were Never clipped. As they charge extra for filing the nail,the groomer laughs an states ..he doesn't like he's nails done.Seeing they weren't clipped, nor filled,Still charged extra.He's hair though was so pitiful. At a price of almost $70 you'd think they'd spend more time making the appearance of the sweet littledogs look more professional.mine did not . We took him straight to another groomer that fixed everything.

Nothing like ordering for same day delivery, spending $90+ for said service just to be told they have done their part and can't do anything else because it's through a third-party that THEY use. They make the $79 same day delivery threshold yet if the third-party supposedly messes up, they don't do anything to make up for it! Absolutely ridiculous to have to drag my 4mo out of the house when he should be napping because of their obvious incompetence! What's hilarious is that the associate who came out to give me the stuff I paid to have delivered, wasn't the one who basically wrote me off on the phone. How "Jay" keeps her/his job baffles me! Absolutely ridiculous all the way around. Don't use their local delivery service unless you want to make an extra trip last minute!

Got my toy poodle trimmed today 1/29/24. She looked awful. Told us it would take 1.5-2 hours. 45 minutes she was done. No way it was full service cut. Wash, dry and cut. She has long places and bald spots. They didn’t even cut her nails. Almost $69 for this service. The first time groomer was good. Very disappointed after driving from Burkesville to get her trimmed. Will not be returning. Would not recommend.

Took my germs shepherd in there today and the groomer did an AMAZING job!!! My dog was very calm, and happy when I picked her up (she was nervous when we got there). She smelled great, service was fast & reasonably priced! Definitely my go to.

I love that they have finally gotten small animals in to buy. Just wish if you travel there to buy one they will hold it till you get there. Like I called they have 1 Gerbil I drive hour and get there an someone brought it. I was mad cause that’s a long drive for something be gone when you get there. These are the 2 I got. Gerbil name Sandy Rodo hamster named robo. Sandy’s First Sit up. It’s a lot bigger now. Gerbils can’t be in plastic they chew everything so they will get out.

I have left work as soon as I could Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday this week; racing to Petsense with my dog to get his nails filed. I arrived between 4:45 and 4:50 each time and each time they were closed!!! Today, Friday, I left work early. Arrived at 3:40 and guess what? CLOSED!!!

I took Pnut in to get his nails clipped/filed. Pnut is a big boy (1/2 Great Dane) but extremely gentle. I was of the opinion that they would handle everything, but that wasn't the case. I had to stay and hold him, I was responsible for getting him on the table, I put the just in caser on him. I don't mind this,as I know he is a big boy ( although very well trained,he can be intimidating). I would've liked to know in advance though that I couldn't do my shopping as I was expected to participate.

Stopped by to have our puppies groomed (7 mo. and 10mo.) Took the 7 mo. back to the back room before we could even show or talk about we wanted done. We talked about the 10mo old. We were told that they would be washed and brush, nails ground and hair cut. We got them back and the only thing that was noticeable was that the nails were shorter. I questioned if the were bathed and brushed as you could still see the harness mark around the middle of the 7 mo old. Hair on head did not looked cut. Went to pay and they said $72.00. We questioned the amount as it seemed high for what they DID DO. I asked to see the manager, and she said she was and if I had question to go back to grooming and talk to them. I went back and the groomer said the price is locked and they can not do anything about it. Gave me a coupon for $5.00 off. Got home and BOTH DOGS STILL HAD A COUPLE MATS on them.0

One of their groomers bri recently groomed my two dogs, and she is out of this world amazing. One of my dogs is very skittish and doesn't like strangers, but bri charmed her. We will definitely see bri again. Thank you!!Also, there is someone there named Jay who was very knowledgeable and kind to us. Because of Jay, we found the perfect products we needed for our fur babies. Your company has two major assets in these two employees.

Groomer cut my dogs paw. He had to have stitches and wear a cone for 2 weeks. He had to take meds and couldn't eat with cone. Then had to have stitches removed 2 weeks later. It was miserable for both of us!

Do not buy fish from this location. Literally 20 fish I have bought from them only 2 have lived. Littered with disease. Have delt with both ick and bacteria infected fish.

Not too impressed. Store looked pretty clean and organized. Was quite warm in the store for the time of year it is. If only Wal-Mart would've had the container in stock that we had to buy, might have saved $10.

Recently visited Petsense after Covid left us to find a new groomer.My experience at Petsense was everything we were looking for and more.The grooming Salon was clean,staff were friendly,very professional.upon arriving to pick up Case from he's appointment.I meet a family from out of town in the store shopping,the lady quoted to me she had watched the groomer as she shopped,cut the little dog's hair she said,the groomer seemed to be talking with him,she was so kind and gentle. This is honestly a review I couldn't wait to post.A relief after trying to find someone like family to care for my Case as family would. In Christine B. I found just that.She made he's and my visit by far the Best! I can't say enough good towards my experience with Petsense. I'd highly recommend Christine B. To all friends and family. She goes above and beyond to make customers and pets happy.

Saw a few employees up in the front part of store near cash register and a room off to the side. Possibly the office? Found a great selection of dog chews. Was wanting to get some chicken jerky chews. Never saw anything. When looked for the employees that were help at front of store they had moved and no longer there. They dont carry the brand of dog food i feed my dogs. Store is nice and clean, no bad odors. Purchased a new dog bowl. Reasonably priced. Once i went to check out the cashier was very pleasant and helpful. Since i had my 2 dogs with me and had 2 bags of dog and cat food plus the bag with chew bones. I asked if i could take dogs to car and come back in for my purchase, the cashier said she would carry my things to the car so i wouldnt have to make 2 trips. Will i go back? YesWill i tell others about Petsense? Yes
