My wife and I were coming home from Bowling Green when our car broke down in Glasgow.I called Mike at Cox Haywood Sales and Service to see if he could get our car in for repair. Mike said sure, bring it on in, and gave me the number to the local AAA operator (Moyers, great guys). We got to Mike’s shop, he started the diagnostic process, and loaned us his own truck to get on with our day.I’ve known Mike for several years, that’s why I called him first. He’s a good man.He and his crew treated us like family, and they got our car fixed up right.

Pretty cool experience, drove out to pick up some lawn mower parts everything I needed was in stock, the people were helpful even offered my service dog treats and we're not offended when I declined that. Definitely I will go back again. Just a really friendly atmosphere. PTSD friendly ☺️

Bought a new Husqvarna chain saw at Lowes. Returned it as it wouldn't idle and ran tough. Returned it and received another. Same problem. Took it to Mike and although they do not do warranty work on Husqvarna, it was fixed within a day. They needed to adjust the carb and the idle. The price was reasonable and the service was great.
