Showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted a Yorkie cut. They gave my dog a regular hair cut for say a cockerpoo. Then she proceeded to tell me I can fix it, impossible unless you could make her hair grow and recut it. Don’t take your Yorkie here, Petsense did a better job.

Took my very excited, hard to handle Yorkie for the first time since we moved. After making sure this was known that, and me being reassured that he would be just fine. And through a misunderstanding my dog didn't get a full trim, figures such. He didn't even get a little trim done to his face. So he has a huge Main and is short haired on his body, looks goofy as can be and his nails that did get trimmed are very sharp, no buffing them down like he was supposed to have done.. When I only wanted him trimmed even but keep his Main hair as long as possible. Mrs Beverly was willing to make sure that he is scheduled with her next time. I was even charged a $5 extra fee for My Yorkie being hard to handle after I had made sure that it was known to Beverly and Amy. I was going to take Harley back, but she blocked me from her Job Phone Number and her Home/Cell Number that She specifically gave me because she wanted to try and keep me coming back so he could get comfortable with her and the few staff, and then to find out I was Blocked by Beverly and I wasn't even given a reason for why I wasn't bringing Harley back. No cross words whatsoever but Miss Beverly didn't keep up her end of the deal. I'd definitely take a Yorkie or a high energy Dogs to Another Groomer who has been trained well enough with the sometimes high strung Yorkies!!! Don't tell me how much you, Beverly was willing to make sure that Harley's next Grooming Visit was to be with you and, How do You Conduct Business with an Attitude like that towards your own Customers. Wouldn't take my Donkey to see you Beverly, you'd think it was yourself needing a trim too. Karma is not to be messed with and Beverly will face her Karma in due time. I made sure that I Reported her to the BBB about how she Conducting her business. I even had text messages for them to take copies of. So sad she had to be that way to me and a dog who is just scared of hearing another dogs bark, whine, and one sounding like a dying dog would make a Dog scared of his surroundings let alone the sounds of the other dogs. If your a Groomer you know that type of Breed is and knowing that from the start is so sad. Glad I have Harley back to his Original, kind loving Groomer at Greystone. Goodbye.

First time to use this groomer, Beverly. She was very pleasant and loved on our Tasha when we first walked in . As any dog lover knows we want everyone to love our pups . Tasha was happy and looked great when I picked her up . Beverly seems to love what she does . Tasha will be a return customer .

25.00 for my boxer to get a bath and nails clipped, great price. She smelled great too.
