horrible staff. genuinely, i have never in my life seen an old lady be so useless and rude. i mean genuinely it’s your JOB to ring things in and fix the, very simple, check out systems; not just stand there dilly dallying and then be confused when THE CUSTOMER needs help….. she was stationed by subway on 4/20/2024 around 5pm. just sickening. if she’s new, god bless her, but jesus christ she looks like she’s worked their for a century… i guess this was my push to start shopping at Aldi’s.

Three of the worse employees. Stand around, on their phones when they should be doing their jobs. Bad enough I check myself out while they HAVE their eyes glued on you then have the AUDACITY to ask for my receipt AFTER you watched me pay for my items. Both in store shopper and shopping personally. One actually tried to question my child, and grabbed my cart. AFTER being shown my receipt. Fake security as well. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

The WORSE location I’ve ever been to. If it’s not out of stock you’ll never find it anyway. Waited over an hr for a pick up plus in stock items (even a gallon of milk but gave me 1) were cancelled. It was a total mess. Corporate customer service was amazing and fixed everything which is why I love Walmart but NOT THIS LOCATION. If you can stop anywhere.. I mean AnYwHeRe even a dollar general then just do that.

Horrible customer service. I tried to return ink cartridges that were defective and they refused, stating policy. However, this policy is not on my receipt nor was it told to me when I purchased the items. Customer service refused to help in any way and basically told me I was out $54 on defective merchandise. They did not try to make it right in any way. I didn’t even want my money back, just an exchange. I was appalled by how rude they were. Luckily, I was able to get in touch with HP who did a video call with me and determined that the cartridges were indeed defective and they are sending me new ones. Buyer beware if you buy anything computer related at this store. I will never shop for anything beyond basic groceries there, if that, ever again. Treat your customers better!

Worst Walmart ever and the service here reaffirms why I hate shopping at Walmart & stopped years ago.Tried the delivery service and it either arrives melted, damaged or items missing that were picked and bagged by employees but somehow missing once in hands of the driver.Sketchy delivery service and no one answers customer service phone line.Go to Kroger

Since this Walmart was renovated items have been stocked more consistently. Most of the staff is still disrespectful and unhelpful but do provide a great deal of entertainment while shopping. Tonight employees were chasing and hitting each other with items from the store. I’m sure there are some great staff somewhere in this Walmart, I just haven’t had the chance to interact with them.

This has to be the worst Walmart in KY. The lady at the checkout was super nice, but it's rare for customers to be able to use an actual checkout line with a person instead of the self-checkout. The store never has anything stocked, but there's always plenty of employees just walking around not doing anything. Very poorly managed. We usually drive 20 minutes away just to avoid shopping at this store.

All I wanted was happy birthday Written on cake. I stood there for a half hour makinging eye contact with at least 15 employees stocking selfs after asking one to get someone to help me. Then I just stood there with the HEY i need help look with my arms crossed in aggravation and they just walked bye me.they didn't even stop to ask if anyone had come to help. But belive me when If i find out walmart employees need my help I will be sure to treat them with the same respect . Not to mention The Times I have been there before and I have to check out my own stuff and the employees are just standing there. Snacking standing there looking lazy. And when you're scanning your own food and then you have a product like spray paint. And they have to come over and verify your age. But before they can they have to wipe The dorito cheese off their fingers is so Disrespectful. Now, I'm not under the impression that I'll never have to shop at Walmart again. But you better believe every time. I have to scan my own food and they ask me how my service was. On the screen where you get receipt. And it ask how they done on a scale of one to five if there was a way to give a negative star I would. And I dare one of the employees to ask to see my Receipt after I've done there job for them Kiss my a** walmart

This place Is A MAD HOUSE! Everyone stays on there phones they don't want to help you, you ask them somenthing and all they do is laugh and continue playing on there phones instead of wasting walmarts time, I've called and expressed my concerns to Management from General Manager to Assistant to you name it, I've even contacted corporate and it's pure sick how they allow their employees to behave this way its pure nasty! I do not recommend shopping here way too Expensive anyways! & the deliveries can be challenging depending on who you get!

Stop by there was only going to be there for 25 minutes to shop. The whole parking lot Westfield was full and I parked off to the side.was told I can't park there Im sorry I thought Walmarts was for everyone who wanted to go shopping.we deliver to Walmarts when there driver's can't keep up.wont do it no more this Walmart is run by idiots.and I hope all drives never help with bringing supplies to this facility.the manager over this store.is a idiot when paying customers can't stop and shop defeats the purpose of being in business.

Everything is so clean and organized in this store. I had a couple appointments the day I was in Georgetown and went to Walmart to pass time in between them. I walked around for 3hrs! I went through their huge selection of clothes and found some cute stuff to try on.The employees were helpful when I asked where something was. This store was the best Walmart I've ever been in, I call it an upscale Walmart 😉The dress in the pics was one of many things I tried on. They have a more dressier selection of women's clothes now. I also got some Christmas clearance they still had.

Do NOT go to the Walmart in Georgetown KY for service on your vehicle! *I went to get service on my truck and an oil change on March 2nd 2024. I thought everything went well, but my truck was still giving me notifications about needing service. So I checked the oil dipstick and discovered my truck had no oil in it!I'm going to go back today (March 3rd) with my stepfather and complain!For this reason, I'm leaving 1 star here.* 2 workers from Walmart came to my house to finish working on my truck.

Most disrespectful customer service I’ve ever met in a Walmart. Couldn’t get the big guys name because he has to lean over a shopping cart and use it as a walker in order to just get around the store normally which hides his badge. Also had a face mask on to cover his rude mouth, should give him another one to wear, maybe 2 at once will keep his rude mouth shut so people can shop in peace without being harrassed.

I really get tired of every time that I'm shopping here and at the checkout I always get hovered around like I'm a criminal just because I have tattoos and piercings. Every time my kids are with me it makes them super uncomfortable as well, because they know that I have a good job and then I'm not going to steal anything. I swear the next time somebody comes up to me I'm just going to start asking them what they think I stole this time. These people at the self-checkouts really need to learn how to act right.

Love the variety of stuff they have for the bathroom .. they have good prices especially when it’s on clearance. Wish they had better deals in the personal care nature . But no worries make an Walmart plus account and you rescue not only deals and coupons but a lot of times you receive cash back ❤️

Not sure which Wal-Mart we're talking about here. Visited several in Kentucky and Tennessee! Haven't run across any to complain about. Easy to find what ever it is I go in to buy. Usually not a wait to check out. I prefer the self checkout anyway so I can ring up seperate orders if needed and can bag what I want together and how much per bag! Pics are Murphy station as we were leaving Kentucky. Not sure of the town (This is Georgetown, I'm pretty sure, 99% positive!).

Worst customer service center ever. They do not answer the phone and when you do speak to them they are rude and useless. The women in online grocery orders/delivery are horrible too. The customer service alone makes the whole Walmart trash. They need to hire better people or take control on how these employees are treating customers.

The other day I entered walmart, where I see a elderly couple struggling to untangle carts. As I assisted them I turn to my right and against the wall speaking amongst themselves were 3 walmart employees. We made eye contact and they proceeded with their conversation. My question is, if no greeting as I come in, no assistance with carts and I have yo ring myself up, then why stuff still so expensive?

First time I've visited this location. It makes most other Walmart stores look like a dirty dollar store.The selection shocked me. I found 3 different things I can never find at Walmart. I will certainly go back to this location.

Everything in the store is under lock and key. You even have to ask someone to open a cabinet to buy spray paint and walmart is so understaffed because they keep cutting jobs with their self checkouts I waited for 20 miniutes in the mean time asking 2 other walmart employees if they could open cabinet for spray paint which neither could however both did call for someone to open it ,still after 20 mins and nonone I wasted my. Whole lunch period returning to work without the spray paint my boss wanted. Our time doesn't matter walmarts does.

I had to track down employees to get somebody in sporting goods. Even after somebody called and walkie-talkie for Assistance I was back there for a half hour. And still had not received help, the lady that supposed to be over sporting goods was running a check out at the auto care center as I stood there for a half hour. Employee didn’t even have keys and I had to chase her down to get her to assist me. I had to wait even longer for her to find the keys. I already didn’t have much time due to it being my wedding day and this definitely did not help.
