I love bringing my 4 dogs to see Kelly (The Owner). She does a wonderful job with each of them. I drive all the way from Versailles so she can groom them! All of the girls that work there are very sweet and helpful. When I give my business to anyone I look at the reviews first. I am a professional dog trainer and noticed that a lot of the reviews that were on here are from people who don't understand how hard it is to be a groomer or to even work with dogs that don't belong to them. We all love our fur babies and want the best for them, so I am grateful that the groomers don't answer the phone at times when it rings because it means my dogs are safe on the grooming table and not being left alone. I also know that dogs are under way more stress when we hang around and watch them getting groomed. I always want to stay and be there for my dogs but I know that it isn't good for them to see me. I will personally continue to bring my dogs to Kelly!

My dog is a big baby and has always struggled so badly when getting groomed. Although i believe we have finally found our grooming home here. 💜 Anna is very knowledgeable when it comes to dogs and she genuinely cares. I can tell my boy feels so comfortable around her and that this is more than just a job for her which means the most to me. I highly recommend!!! They will do whatever it takes to help make the grooming process a happier experience for all. :)

We had a terrible experience with this groomer, bad customer services, they lied and were very rude when we asked them to fix him. Our dogs hair was very choppy and looked terrible . We had to take him somewhere else to get it fixed . They blamed it on our dog because he was rowdy but our new groomer has nothing but great things to say. He doesn’t fight them or anything. I do not recommend this groomer .

I’ve been taking my dog Lena (Cockapoo) here for over a year and they have always done a fantastic job on her grooming. The owner is a fantastic groomer and business woman. She has made many improvements to the salon since I have been a customer. I highly recommend The Barkside Groomery!!

We’ve been taking our dog Willow here for years here and there and have always stayed with her. The other owners had no issue with it as we would sit on the couch and Willow would glance at us here and there for support. I made an appointment for her weeks ago and put in the notes” WE STAY WITH HER”. My mom went to take willow this afternoon but was told she couldn’t stay. If that was the case why did you accept my appointment? Such a waste of time and it’s so annoying. Guess we will look for another groomer. SMH!

Very impressed with Ollie’s! As two veterinarians, my partner and I can be rather picky about how our two fur babies are groomed, but we were ecstatic when we went to pick them up. The girls did a fantastic job and were extremely efficient. Will 100% be returning!

Amazing Staff that understood our rescue dog "Buddy" has severe social anxiety and several groomers from other salons could not groom him. They did an Amazing job at Ollies and he seemed so happy. My wife and I areThankful for them!!

My goldendoodle was completely matted and terrified of groomers, but she worked with me and my dog to get rid of all the mats. She even worked overtime just to make sure my dog looked nice and evenly cut. She was so patient with my big puppy. Her son was also a huge help to keep my girl distracted. So thankful for their hard work!

Ollie's is so great with my shih tzu. When I first started coming I missed a few appointments here and there because I just wasnt in the habit of taking my dog to the groomer and it just slipped my mind. They called me each time I was late to check on us and were so sweet and understanding everytime I missed one. I thought for sure they'd drop me as a client those initial months but they were very understanding. My little sif is a ball of energy and they never get frustrated with her. I stay everytime and wait on her. You can hear how sweet they are to her. They are also very cautious and never try to do anything that could possibly hurt her. For example when shes to amped up to get her face cut they dont risk it. We were growing out sifs hair but recently had to get it shaved because she was getting matted in spots despite us brushing her daily. They did such a great job with her haircut and I was so surprised with what they were able to do with her given her being so hyper. I also love they they sale treats and things at their shop so I can get her a special treat after her appountments. I'm so thankful to have found a great groomer that I trust with my dog.

We absolutely love Ollie’s they take such great care of our Husky . He always comes out looking great and so happy. I highly recommend the deshedding treatment it helps tremendously ! Sarah is always so sweet with our Vago. He is always excited to go in and see everyone . He doesn’t like to be bathed but he always comes out looking fantastic. Sarah’s prices are great, and she is always willing to work with you. It can be hard to get in right away, but it is a small business, and she take great care of your fur babies. I would rather wait a few days longer and have my buddy well taken care of than to get rushed in and have him mistreated or not properly groomed. We love Sarah and so does Vago.

My dog Scootie is terrified of the nail clippers but the ladies at Ollie's are always very sweet to him and try to make him feel more comfortable. They also do a wonderful job trimming his nails and even filing them down so they aren't jagged and it only costs me ten bucks

Awesome place to get your fur baby groomed. Got me in same day I called. Very fast and professional, made our puppy smell so good. Definitely a great place to take your pets. Will be going back from now on.

Following a drive from NE Ohio to Georgetown with our 12 yr old cocker, I realized I had left our furbaby's Fromm food at home! Switching to another food would have been a disaster. I desperately called Ollie's at 4:45 pm. Sarah was so kind and understanding. I raced up to Ollie's. She had a huge selection of Fromm (check it out if your not familiar). Anyway, Sarah saved our trip -- quite literally. Thank you!! Btw, her salon is open concept; you can actually see your dog while being groomed. If i lived here, Ollie's would be our groomer and food supplier, hand's down.

After having a grooming appointment for several weeks Sarah called me over the weekend to tell me she would need to reschedule my Monday appointment. Which would have been fine except my appointment was actually on Wednesday, when I showed up Wednesday for my 8:30 appointment she tells me that my appointment was actually at 8:00 and she has already called another dog in. She had no problem calling me over the weekend but chose not to call me this morning to ask if I was going to make it to my appointment. Instead calling someone else. I was actually at home waiting for my appointment and could have been there in less than 10 minutes. I have been a customer here for quite sometime but after this I think I will take my business elsewhere.

I was a new client that was late for my appointment. Unaware of their business practices they wouldn't see my dog. Offered to reschedule which took a month to get an appointment. Before calling to see if I was on my way they chose to call someone else to come in to take my appointment which hadn't showed up yet. Not sure how that was a better idea for them to keep on schedule and not get behind. Also lost a new customer. Very unprofessional.
