I absolutely love the Feeders Supply by walmart so much! The staff is very friendly and Jack is so sweet! They always have what we need for our animals and I love that stability!

Staff obviously loves what they do, and care about their customers.this location is very close to where I live, and I come often. They have a marvelous selection of toys- not just for my little goblin of a dog who often accompanies me when I come here, but for my other non-mammal creatures as well (price match on UTH's? yes please). Even when my dog was a jerk and even PEED IN THE STORE (just take me out now, I was so embarrassed.), staff was super gracious and kind and made it less humiliating that dog did that.I have trouble with my main hand and holding things, and staff is always willing to help me carry larger items to my vehicle, and they're so wonderful even when my dog is a butthead.I can't help but be loyal to a store that goes so above and beyond when 90% of that is outside of the job description for working at a pet store.

Nice store but for some reason the small crickets at this store are always huge. We get 100 small crickets once a week for our little animals and we were excited when we moved here to have a feeder supply so close. We've went several times at this point and they are always too big so we don't get them and have to drive to Lexington feeder or see if petsense has them.The lexington feeder supply stores do not have this issue. Not sure what's going on with the distributor at this store.

really enjoy this store overall, have bought chinchillas there and they were great / healthy however their fish always die :( i’ve spend well over $100+ on live fish just for them to die within days.

Took my dog ,Winston,in for a nail trim. Brie was sooo good! She was very attentive to him. She treated him like he was her own. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I go there to get my snake mice. They use to always run out pretty much the day the order came in but I think they order more now. Just wish everything wasn't priced so high.

Clean store with helpful employees. Have a grooming salon and pet wash stations. Lots of variety. Some of their prices are high while others are lower and comparable.

We buy treats there for our fur friends in our neighborhood. Our dogs don't them, but our fur friends enjoy them. I wish they made them in a bigger bag.

It is a great place for pet supplies at pretty affordable prices! I enjoy not having to go to Lexington and can stay in town. Sure, there are many places in town to go. In my opinion, this one is the best! Great service, great selection, and fair prices!

They have a great selection of products our animals love. They have super nice staff and even a cute, white cat that just wonders about, basically, like a mascot/guard for the store. :) Definitely recommend for anyone with fur/winged/scaley babies!

Nice little pet store. Healthy looking fish and reptiles. Lots of plants from Dustin"s Fidh Tanks nursery. I Love his plants but would rather pick them out at the store, rather than order them online.

Not a good store really you get told they have something and then you get there and come to find out they never had it come in before telling someone y'all had something you should double check next time or let someone pay for a pet there and hold it until they can get there

I feel bad leaving a not good review but I sincerely think it’s deserves it. I’ve been taking my dog somewhere else and we never had problems but I wanted to try here because I liked their add on options. The only thing that might me considered a problem at the other place was that she was scared of the blow dryer so they’ve opted to air dry her. Today I dropped her off and like 20 mins later got a call she couldn’t complete her appointment because she wouldn’t let the groomer wash her. When I picked her up she was so agitated I have never seen her that way after a grooming appointment. I’m feeling really emotional about this because my dog is such a sweet girl and at the other place I took her she was always happy when I picked her up. I feel guilty for trying something new and it being such a bad experience for her. I’m not saying the groomer did anything awful but my dog really had an unpleasant experience which is not typical for her.

So, this was my first visit to the store. Positive feedback is the store is clean and well stocked. They have a good selection of pet supplies, however there are a couple of negative things as well. When I entered the store there was no greeting from the staff. They were young girls and all three were behind the front desk and seemed to be more interested in whatever they were doing on their phones. Also the prices are really high. Probably the most expensive pet store I've been to. I did not purchase anything here I made the trip across town to a different pet store and bought the supplies I needed. Again, not completely disappointed but definitely not completely content either. I would not consider sending anyone here. Prices are much better at other locations

it truly upsets me to see what some of these animals live in. packed into cages that are not suitable for them! it’s truly upsetting. the only reason i’m giving 3 stars is because of the staff. Ryan is always on top of it when i have any questions! he is so helpful and always gives incredible customer service. Camryn, (i think is her name), went out of her way to check boxes in the back to see if they had the dog bed i wanted! they didn’t, but she was sooo nice for checking! there was another boy there who was also really kind! i truly wish management would do better regarding animal habitats, but i do always see the staff doing what they can to maintain these habitats (that are much too small)

Bri = 5 starsThe rest of the staff = 0. I love short shorts but not on these girls. A white cat is chasing a yellow bird in the store. Last week I had over 15 cans on the counter and was asked if I wanted them bagged. You have to hunt them down to get checked out. When I have been there several times and the girls just don’t want to even check someone out. Is this the silent quitting? When the only real choice you have in life is where you spend your cash - It wont be here.The groomer is the only good thing about this location. I will start buying food items somewhere else.

Nice place, I have been searching for a new place to purchase pet food and other supplies when I found Feeders Supply. They offer multiple brands including their signature incredipet items. I've only tried dog shampoo so far and have liked the brand vs other leading brands. They also have 3 different pet washing stations and for the price it's a great deal! $12.99 for use of the facility and they supply shampoo, conditioner and brushes, as well as towels and blow dryer. I would definitely give another star once I visit the location further as I've only been there twice. Store was clean and the line wasn't too long at check out. Staff was knowledgeable and courteous. I almost forgot they also offer grooming services as well. Over all a nice place!!

This is a great place , full service dog wash small medium and large , nail trimming , teeth brushing , and lots of other services. They have fish and accessories, dog treats toys, and such all kinds of leashes and dog accessories. It's great easy to deal with

I got four glofish from here today around 4pm and by 10pm all of them has died. Do not recommend to get fish from here. I will be taking them back tomorrow and getting my money back.

Went in to find a harness for my new dog. The girl working the grooming area was very helpful and had great suggestions for harnesses. She showed me how to put it on and had me try it out before I bought it. I will be back to have her trim my dog's nails in the future!

We absolutely loved it there. So many different animals in there to look at. Self serve pet wash stations, tons of pet goodies. We took our puppy in with us. He loved it also. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in town. The staff were hands down amazing and so friendly. I believe this is a new location. It’s worth a visit.

We take our golden doodle to Bri - the best and sweetest groomer in Georgetown Kentucky. Bri always has a smile on her face and I know that our pup just loves her! Bri is very gentle with our fur baby and we just love having a dependable groomer that we trust. I really like the loyalty program where I can buy so many bags of food and I get one free. They have a huge variety of everything! I even found hummingbird products in the back. I like having the option to pay for the groom with a credit card, and they will even remind you to tip the groomer - very nice feature.Thank you Bri - it has definitely been a struggle to find a dependable groomer here in Georgetown. So happy to have found you!Also a great location.

Con:. Pet bathing rooms are always filthy. Sink drains always stopped up with hair. Price went up to $15/bath Pros: nice store, nice staff, bathing rooms are convenient.
