Yikes. Just left there. It's Saturday July 3rd and I was there about 3:15 p.m. the guy working up front was incredibly rude. He had a scowl on his face the whole time, wouldn't even look up at the customers in line. The girl was waiting on everyone by herself. Then she mentioned to him that it was time for her to leave and someone else was supposed to be there. She asked him to go see if they were in the back. He started yelling their names really loud. She said thanks but I don't normally yell in front of customers. He said I don't give a damn. Terribly toxic environment. Yuck. And kind of messy and cluttered also.

Love this little store! Always well stocked, very neat & clean ( unlike their neighbor; DG ) They have great prices and some neat little trinkets you won't find anywhere else! :)

I've been in here several times, and there's plenty of parking. There are shopping carts right inside the door for your use.The employees are always nice to me. They have a wide selection of items to choose from. Cleaning supplies, clothing, can goods, frozen foods, spices, cereal, packaged meals, beauty items, make-up, toys, and alot more stuff too numerous to mention.There always seems to be a sale going on there. The store has been clean most times I have been there. The parking lot has been clean whenever I've been there as well.This review is based on what I have seen, and on my own personal experience there. Please like and share.scott-

It is Family Dollar, I almost got confused by it, because they are meant for the same purpose. In Georgetown right off South Broadway they are right next to each other and business is good on both sides in the customers are extremely nice and helpful.

I popped in to grab a few items and will not go back again. This location is the dirtiest and most unorganized store. Most of the shelves are empty; Or items not properly placed in the correct areas. Complete disappointment. The team is not friendly at all, and sit on their cell phones while the customers wait in line.

i got home to find that a container of frosting was already opened and half eaten. looks as our someone used half and returned it.very gross and disappointing. will not be returning.

I don't know who it was, but there was a (for lack of a better word) woman there who refused to serve me and my daughter, but instead served someone else who appeared only moments after me. My wife and I have frequented this store for the past three years and never have I been forced to take my child, crying, from the store because of such rude behavior. I was dismissed while she tended to another customer who appeared after us, when she had told my daughter and I that she "was not serving the register". Until this rude abomination is dismissed, we will not be returning.

New store. Usually kept pretty neat. Have nice things at decent price. My only complaint is that the food that Family Dollar sells is a bit expensive. Overall nice store. Manager is really nice.

The store is usually well stocked and I rarely have any bad experiences with employees working there. Possibly 2-3 over the years so that’s not bad and never anything to get management involved anyway. 👍

I like shopping here because I can get in & out quickly. I load my family dollar app and on average save around $9 per week on my quick shopping trips. Friendly staff and they make sure you're taken care of.

Bought a phone and phone card there. Spent close to 60 bucks. Got home and set up the phone but the card wouldn't work. So I called them (it was near their closing time by that point) and they suggested to call the phone company (Simple Mobile). I called them and they said the minutes card wasnt scanned properly when they looked up the cards number. So I went to the store the next day to talk to the manager I think it was. She (carla) talked to the phone people and when she got off she goes "I'm not taking a 26 dollar loss" even though it was her employees that messed up my card and refused to issue a new one! I have since emailed corporate about her and her rudeness and I'm calling corporate again tomorrow (havent been able to talk to anyone as the customer service dept closes before I get off work) just dont even waste your time in this store. They are rude and unprofessional even when its THEIR mistake!

I like going there because the people are very nice to you. They are very friendly helpful when you need help. The prices at good . I can get almost every thing & not go to the big box store. I wish you would get Boost chocolete for diabetes. Thanks.

The lady at the store was super polite, going the extra mile to bring in a basket of discount hair items for me to look at so that I could keep an eye on my children while trying to find cute hair accessories for them!

I came in on 6-22-18 to buy some powdered sugar. I needed four bags. I grabbed the four bags and headed to the register. Once I got to the register there was not an employee in sight. I stood there a couple minutes, then proceeded to walk around the store to find an employee. No luck. So I went back to the register and waited another five minutes. No one came so I left. Went to Dollar General next door instead.

Really family dollar? So you have a zero return policy for your electronics even if it is malfunctioned and costed $30??!! This is ridiculous and i will NEVER AGAIN buy ANY electronics at this store. And im not the angry type of person but it should be illegal to rip people off and not give their money back even if it was just bought the day before but its malfunctioned! This is the most rificulous policy ive ever heard of and its a shame. Its like legally stealing from customers!😡

Actually like this store better than the one across the street, however haven't shopped much since they were open on Christmas last year and the other store made the good decision to close.
