This place needs help bad. Nothing is ever stocked. Especially in the pets area.You keep hoping maybe this time and then it's still not stocked. And they could care less. They just act bothered when you ask. Just close the place down.

Their phone is either out or off the hook 24 hours a day. They really don’t want to blow up balloons and will say they are out of helium so they won’t have to. 🤷‍♀️

Any time I'm in Georgetown I stop in. Customer service and customers alike are the sweetest people. Its amazing that employees change yet smiles stay the same which I imagine has to do with management intervening. I've never witnessed 1 rude or disrespectful things at this location

Pretty nice store. It's clean and the shelves are normally always stocked. They do have some nice items and some items are cheaply made. Great place to buy spices, condiments, and cleaning supplies. Also great place to buy Tupperware or storage containers. They have an item for everyone. Overall decent store.

I always loved the dollar tree, until Wednesday. I asked where the restroom was and was told that they didn't have one. I looked at the girl and said, you run a business with no restroom? And she leaned forward and said, Not for you!!! 😡, so that really upset me! It hit me really hard. I was so upset! I told my mother and we started to just walk out. But I didn't want to ruin her day out. I was so confused and mad. I work in retail and I would never discriminate to any of my customers, I then went and asked another associate if they had a restroom and she said yes but I'm sorry it's out of order. Why was she very nice and honest about it? And the other girl so rude and nasty? Apparently the second lady had customer skills. So big shout out to her! Maybe she can train the other girl sometime how to be not so rude. I then heard a rumor that it's at the employees discretion if customers use the restroom. I don't buy that because all the other ones I've shopped at has a restroom for customers. Needless to say, from now on I will be shopping at dollar tree still but never ever will I go back to Georgetown store to be humiliated.

Often the dollar tree is full of customers and the line can be somewhat of a wait. Today my trip was pretty quick. Two lanes open to check out customers quickly. Thanks for the great service.

Located in the (now closed) Kmart shopping center. Easy access and lots of parking. Large store, bright and well lit. They have a little bit of everything. They even have Hallmark cards for 2/$1.Picked up dog toys and some stuff for gardening and it really was all just a dollar. Well kept, clean and organized.

Some minor complaints prevent this from being four stars. First, buggies are limited, second is that the aisles are sometimes very cramped. All in all though it's a nice little store that will help you save money on some basic supplies. I highly recommend buying things from here that you often dispose, cleaning supplies, paper towels, paper plates.You're not going to find copper cookware or anything, but that's not the target demographic o this store either.

The place has plenty of parking spaces in a huge parking lot, that is also shared by other businesses.The store is well lit. There is a wide variety of items in this shop. All kinds of cleaning supplies, including bleach, dish soap, ammonia, glass cleaner, etc. They have clothing items, make-up, a variety of chips and other snacks, frozen foods, can goods, as well as soft drinks.There's a selection of kitchen gadgets, bake ware, pots and pans, spices,No matter what you buy, no matter how large or small, everything cost $1.00(one dollar).The cashiers are friendly and polite.Take your time and shop around.This review is based on what I have seen here. One of the worst in KY. This store is slow to put things out. Went there on a Tuesday and saw a box on a cart that had something I wanted. I didn't want out bother anyone by asking if I could have them open, I figured i'd comeback over the weekend and it should be out. Well, went back the next Tuesday and that same cart was still sitting there untouched. Finally I asked a lady working if she could assist me and she gave me a nasty attitude. Not the first time I've encountered bad service either here. A few employees act as if they don't want to do anything. Especially one named Tina. Worst service here, I hope with all the new developments happening in Georgetown we will eventually get a dollar tree that knows what it's doing.

I'm a HUGE fan of the Dollar Tree! This is the most poorly stocked Dollar Tree that I have ever been to. We have been to the Georgetown store many times, with the stock never being replenished to a point that there aren't bare shelves down practically every isle. They don't seem to carry most items that we could find at ANY Dollar Tree in Lexington. Unfortunately, the Dollar Tree is no longer a staple for my family, since moving to Georgetown.

the store is clearly for people who are too low class to even shop at Walmart. Don't waste your time or money by shopping in this dump. Even after they sell you defective items, they will not refund your purchase. I will never shop at this store again!

Love that store for greeting cards, gift bags, items for landscaping, some food items. Awesome honest workers. I forgot my phone and they were quick to notify us I had left it at their store. Thank you😁

This is the cleanest nicest Dollar Tree. The employees are nice and polite. I'm from Lexington....and would rather shop here in the Georgetown Ky Dollar Tree. Keep up the great work guys!!!

Terrible trip in for 3 items. My husband, black brother and I were only in the store a few minutes before we started getting followed down every aisle and over the speakers they let the customers know that security cameras were on and watching certain aisles. Oh and would you believe it but it was the aisles we were in. Next time they shouldn't judge a book by its cover and shouldn't follow people they assume are stealing so closely. They should be more worried about cleaning up all the cases of product. I think I will start taking my business else where.

The only thought looked like needed more help to stock. Also I drove 22 miles to get there. There's always a public restroom it was blocked and closed so had to walk to Big Lots. I wasn't happy about that.

Dollar tree is a great store, where everything in the store sells for $1 or less. Dollar Trees have seasonal items, birthday items, flower vases, storage containers, can\package\frozen foods, cleaning supplies and detergents, snacks, and even school or kitchen supplies. Before you check out a big box store, check out Dollar Tree.

Great selection of items, cleaner than a lot of other dollar stores i've been in. The employees i've encountered have been on the surly side (but it's a dollar store, i don't expect much in customer service) and the last two times i've been in there the place has overwhelmingly reeked of paint thinner.

This is a pretty happening place. This dolor store is nicely stocked and always has good candy. I love the change of seasonal things. I come here for gardening things and small house projects.

Lots of obstacles in several isles. This made getting around the store difficult. I don't think a handicapped individual could have gotten around the store at all. There were also several empty shelves that needed restocked.
