I've been waiting for a prescription for 6 days. It was called in along with 5 other prescriptions last Monday. When I went to pick it up they said that my Dr must have called it in somewhere else because they didn't have it. I went back to my Dr and their records showed that they did call it in but would send it again. I've been calling the pharmacy every day and their automated system says that it is being processed. Something fishy going on here. This makes me wonder where my prescription went since it was definitely called in. As of today Sunday March 24 9:20 am the young lady working there answered my questions. My insurance stalled on filling this prescription because it is not covered. If the girl who waited on me Monday would have done her job instead of ignoring my questions this would not have happened. I paid for 2 other prescriptions that I picked up that day.

I came in to see if they offered photos printing. The woman behind the counter started helping me as soon as I walked in the door. She pointed out the printing station. While I was working on my selections, she checked on me to see if I needed help, and when they were done printing she made sure I knew where the envelopes were and told me exactly what I needed to check out.I had selected one hour service, but to my surprise and delight, the photos and cards I had ordered started printing immediately, and they turned out beautifully. The only reason I rated 4 out of 5 was because not all the photos were landing in the catch tray. Some missed and slid behind the door of the printer, but were not damaged. My photos order was also split between two printers which I found a bit confusing. Also, it wasn't exactly clear where the cards were, but easy to figure out.All in all, I'll definitely come back here. I had been using Wal-Mart, but their printer has been ruining my prints. CVS is worth the price.

Made an appointment for my Covid booster and flu shot. Very disorganized. Employee handling shots was clueless and spent more time walking back and forth from the back to the shot area than actually administering the shots. I had an appointment and they were running an hour behind. In an hour, she managed to give 2 shots. Nobody was helping her or checking on her. I’ve never bled from receiving an shot and she had blood running down my arm. Won’t go back to this location - it was dirty and in disarray. Not very organized.

I have been with this pharmacy for many years. They are very happy to be a service, but many times they are so busy and don't have enough help for the volume of business they have and still great you with a smile and do the best they can to handle the business as fast and efficient as possible. Thank You CVS Team

The pharmacy staff are nice and helpful in person, but it's near impossible to get them to answer the phone. It takes less time to drive to the store and ask for help in person. I've currently been on hold 45 min to ask a simple question.

Emergency room called in a prescription for pain meds for my wife.I got a text saying that they were contacting our Healthcare provider for an alternative medication.Makes sense so far. After an hour I called the number included in the text message for more information, and an automated system told us the prescription would be ready in three days.Nope. Not acceptable.Went to the store, and spoke to pharmacy staff in person.Turns out that there's a national shortage of the specific pain meds the doctor ordered, and they wouldn't likely even have it in three days.So the automated system lies. They said that they called the hospital and hadn't heard back yet, so they asked us to call the hospital and ask them to send over an order for an alternative that they told me they have.Makes some sense.Called the hospital, and they told me to have the pharmacy call them.Starting to get annoyed.Went back inside and gave them the name and information available on my wife's discharge paperwork and asked them to call the prescribing doctor at the hospital. They took down my phone number to give me a call when they sort things out.Two minutes later they call me, saying they're calling about a prescription I ordered for one of my patients (they called me instead of the hospital!)While on the phone with me, they asked me for the hospital's phone number. So they never called the hospital initially. They lied.We gave them the hospital's phone number that you might imagine they should have been able to look up, and got a text message 30 minutes later that they'd received a new order from our provider. What in the actual F...?

I went through the drive through at 11pm and I was told that my insurance information wasn’t sent with my medication. I had my insurance card in hand and offered it and was told that it would have to come from my doctor. They wanted me to pay shy of $500 just because they didn’t want to take my insurance information. I called my doctors office the next morning and they told me that shouldn’t have been an issue as long as I had my insurance card. I was informed by my doctor that this employee of CVS just didn’t want to work or didn’t know how to put in my insurance. I was on hold for 30 minutes on the phone trying to contact them before contacting my doctors office.

The time that I go in other day is usually kind of late so there's no way and that guy that works at nights is really really helpful and really sweet he'll help you get done whatever you need done and he goes up over and Beyond his job you know so you can get the best experience in the store with the best products for the best price.

I've been with CVS for years. After several times of service. I'm very disappointed. The service has slacked from bad to worse. I'm considering changing pharmacy's. Today was the worst. I'm not pleased with the service. The drive thru today, I was talked to with know respect. I'm being nicer than the way I was treated. I'm not pleased.

I went inside to get a couple of non - prescription items. There was no line, and I got out very quickly. They are open 24 hours. The parking lot is very cramped, though.

The milk on the shelf is spoiled. Got home and my friend nearly gagged when he realized. It's bad enough to be over priced and understaffed, but this is a genuine health hazard. Which is ironic, considering it's a pharmacy. They need to hire more workers to check stock, and need to fix their constant medicine supply issues.

I've been trying to give Georgetown CVS Pharmacy a chance but I've been coming here for a bit and I have not seen any improvements when going through the drive thru. You could literally watch half a show on netflix while waiting in line for medications. Definitely frustrating.

very surprised to seesuch a low rating. Clean, stocked, organized, friendly enough. Only issue I’ve ever had ismost things are priced higher than anywhere else. But in a pinch, I’d pay it.

The staff at this location is always absolutely wonderful and kind to me. My medications are always ready on time and if there are any issues they are great about notifying me about delays.

Worst pharmacy in Georgetown. Don’t waste your time cause you’ll be waiting forever for even the smallest thing. And anything on auto fill is never auto filled or even in stock. Also the pharmacist hangs up on you and the staff are incredibly rude as well as incompetent. Literally go anywhere but here!

CVS in Georgetown Kentucky is great The people behind the pharmacy are very courteous and they help you out as much as they can if you need a prescription filled right then and there well sometimes you may have to wait until the next day due to it may be a shortage of people back there from either just being sick or not showing up for work. But most of the time the people behind there at the CVS pharmacy are great. The store overall is very nice and clean and tidy and everything's in its own place The aisles are clearly marked so you don't have to go searching all over the store but I'll buy aisle you look at the sign and you know where you have to go to get what you're looking for

These people are nice but must be totally understaffed and overworked. Phone holds are over an hour and still no pick up. Drive thru lines are very long and to those of you that don’t know this; the sign on the post says both lanes open for full service but when you drive up to the outer lane (don’t do it!) another sign reads the lane doesn’t work!! Why not put a sign on the outer post? Then you lose your place in line and have to start all over—and you might think it can’t be that long but seriously it can easily take 30 minutes to get your turn at the window. Going inside is sometimes better however, it also gets backed up quick. It’s one thing to be understaffed but don’t waste people’s time with improper notification of which lanes actually work in the drive thru. Fix it and do better!! Thank you.

CVS Georgetown KY: Excellent care of the elderly’s needs. Elderly Mother having trouble with CVS app and Ashley graciously spent 30 minutes getting account running smoothly. Pharmacist, John, very understanding when we called for appointment to meet with pharmacy tech. CVS prescription mail program is a life safer for the elderly, especially in winter.

If i could give zero stars I WOULD... I pick my personal and kids medicine from local pharmacy or walgreens/kroger. My mom won't switch pharmacy bc she doesn't drive and she has SO MANY medications. The line at this cvs is Ridiculous!!! I wait 30 plus minutes at least in the drive thru EVERYTIME! There has to be a better way to get customers in and out without waiting 30-45 min..

I recently moved to this area and have visited CVS twice, both times I walked in I was greeted politely. The store was very clean and I found my items just fine.I was having trouble at the photo island but,was assisted quickly by a store associate, the plesant young man helped me so much to finish the process and my photos were printed immediately..My husband and I will call this CVS one of our favorite stores in Georgetown and will be back often. Thank you!

Drive thru pharmacy should be quick. There’s no reason people should be sitting in the line waiting for over 45 minutes for a script that is ready to be picked up. If there’s a script that needs to be filled for a patient tell them to pull back around this is absolutely absurd. Getting better management and be more efficient.

My husband needed an antibiotic. We live 20 miles outside of town and didn’t want to come back. Pharmacy staff was incredible during a very busy time. The timely filling of the order was greatly appreciated!

Long wsits to get meds, long time to fill ,poor automated system, will never answer phone, not enough help at inside pick up and long lines in drive thru with only one lane working most of the time, and always out of meds and I have to have script filled at Kroger. Lousy pharmacy. The only good thing is the minute clinic.

The most incompetent pharmacy on earth. They get prescriptions for 90 and fill 30. They do not answer their phone, was on hold for 1 hr. Doctors send prescriptions to them and they don’t fill them. All staff is rude. When CDC required masks they wouldn’t wear them. Right now I am sitting over near waiting on a prescription that was sent 2 hours ago and they hadn’t even seen it come in. She argued with me for 5 minutes that nothing was there then finally she opened her computer and voilà there it is. If there was another 24 hr pharmaceutical we would never ever use them again but when your kid is sick and you need his antibiotics you do what you have to. Giving them 30 minutes before I try again. Tried to use the clinic once and because my insurance card as in Spanish she kicked me out and said they do not accept my insurance. Called corporate and they do in fact take mine. Just a bunch of rude and racist people in there. 10/10 do not recommend.

The Pharmacy staff were OUTSTANDING! They were so so busy and could have easily been frustrated or unhappy but they were kind, quick, genuinely cared about getting my child her medication and were over all just amazingly professional. Thank you for being so great to us today

Literally the worst pharmacy.Visited today to get a script that was supposedly filled yesterday. Get to the drive through and it’s not ready, which is pretty standard for this pharmacy. My husband and I were told come back in 20 minutes. An hour or so later when returning to get the script we were aggressively asked by whomever behind the window if we “threatened a tech earlier, saying you’d beat their ass”. Funny how the pharmacy messes up repeatedly and when questioned suddenly it becomes they were “threatened”. My husband and I have professional jobs with licenses, threatening a pharmacy tech isn’t on our list of to dos. Since asking a question about the lack of service gets such a response we will never return.Get staff that is competent and knows how to work with the public.

The Georgetown CVS is completely incompetent. My wife took our son to the doc, and they prescribed an antibiotic and cough medicine. About 10 minutes later, she gets a text from the CVS saying the prescription can't be filled because it's too soon. That makes no sense, since he's never been prescribed this medication. Now here it is about 45 minutes later, and she still on hold waiting to talk to a person. It's always one thing or another with this pharmacy. It's no wonder they have such terrible reviews. Maybe they should look into getting competent employees.Update: We left the house and headed to the pharmacy. They finally answered on the way, and said they needed 30 minutes to fill a prescription. We went and ate, then waited in the line for probably another 30 minutes. We get to the window only for them to say they needed another 5 minutes...We're gonna look into going to Walgreens.
