Had them first come out and clean my furniture and they did an amazing job! My couches looked brand new. Then we wanted to spruce up our worn carpets upstairs before the holidays so we had them come back out and it looks unbelievable!!! Customer service was superb! I called Bluegrass Chem-Dry on 6/7/16 and was quickly given an appointment for 6/9/16! My carpets were in pretty bad shape and this process gave them life! Our tech Shawn, was personable and professional and did an awesome job! I will definitely be using Bluegrass Chem-Dry for all my carpet cleaning needs!

Greg was very helpful and professional. He gave recommendations for the services he thought would be best for our dog pee issues, and the results were great! It's like our carpets are new again! And the carpets were not damp the whole day, which was great with kids and dogs. Overall, it was a fantastic job!

We have been using Bluegrass Chem-Dry for personal and business apartment cleaning. They are very professional. With other companies they will charge you to clean something that cant come clean, but Bluegrass Chem-Dry is honest to tell you if they are not able to remove the damage to the carpet. That make us very happy with turning apartments since it can be costly. I use them at home since they are so good at what they do. I would refer them to every person with no doubt in my mind they will do a good job.

In preparation for putting my house up for sale, I had Bluegrass Chem-Dry clean the carpets. The results were as excellent as I had expected.But then, several days later, a minor disaster happened- after having the driveway seal-coated, some of the seal coat got tracked into the house and across the carpet. This is not fun stuff by any stretch- I was really worried that I was going to have to have several rooms of carpet replaced. But before panicking too much, I called Bluegrass Chem-Dry back up and had them come over ASAP to see what they could do.I wish it were possible to post pictures with the reviews, because they would be far more effective- I was amazed when after an hour of working on it they were able to COMPLETELY get the seal-coat off of the carpet. You can't even tell that it was ever there.I can't say enough good about how effective their cleaning is, and all of the staff that I talked to and worked in the house were friendly and courteous. I'll certainly be calling them back up when I need carpets cleaned again, and happily recommend them to anyone who asks.
