I make cosmetics and have ordered a variety of bottles and other containers from Midwest bottles a few times and I am always really impressed by what you get for the price and I have always received everything in a timely fashion. I ordered bottles from a few other places before I found Midwest bottles and I always paid a lot more for bottles that were garbage. I was surprised to see the rating was so low, but it looks like a lot of the 1 star reviews were over 2 years ago, before I started ordering from them. I would say it's safe to give them a try!

The order was placed three weeks ago and they will not return calls or answer phones. They will not return emails or products. Finally got the items 45 days later.

I read the reviews after I already ordered and was kind of scared, but honestly I was astounded by the amazing service. The quality of the products for their price is unlike any other. I didn’t have any trouble with my order and it came surprisingly quick. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

I found this vendor in Google images. By searching for particular item. And when I went to her website. I purchase what I was looking for. And been sold ever since. Customer service is amazing and shipping is so fast I will purchase on a Wednesday and it will be by Saturday. Midwest has just about everything you will need for your business variety of colors and sizes. I'm so sold it's not even funny.Thank youMidwest bottles.

What a nightmare. Pauline Jordan was rude, unresponsive and dishonest. I ordered 1,000 bottles and tops and they never shipped. I asked 7 days after the order when they were going to ship, because it was supposed to ship in 3 to 4 days. She said in two more days. Four days later I emailed again asking if they were going to ship and if she in fact even had the merchandise in her warehouse. Crickets. No reply. I called and left a message. No reply. Three days later I asked what was going on and why there was no reply or products shipped. No reply. (this is THIRTEEN days after being charged for the bottles, and after they refused to confirm if they even had them). I waited another 8 hours with no reply before emailing her to refund my money or face legal action. TEN MINUTES LATER she replies that they were filling my order right then and there but cancelled it because of my email. Clearly a lie. You don't refund a $350 order the day you're shipping it, you email the customer and say it's on its way, and provide a tracking number. Absolutely shocking that this place is still in 'business'. I needed these bottles for hand sanitizer for health care workers. In my opinion Midwest Bottles is criminally negligent.

I have done business with these guys a few times and liked their products, but management is not up to par… Pauline Jordan the manager or so called manager is rude and not a help at all. I had an issue with billing address on card and was rectifying it to complete my order and asked her not to email me at 4:30 in the morning and she let me have it…. Telling me I had an attitude and was also told “ what difference does it make what time I email you?” I will not do business with them as I find that very unprofessional … order from eBay or amazon or any other place than here………… It’s your money, but I will spend mine elsewhere

BAD POLICIES - NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ACCEPTED! Mistakenly ordered the wrong jars. They shorted me paper I ordered, and then would not take the jars back in exchange for the correct jars! I found them cheaper at Citadel Packaging. Half the price! They lost a customer.

After ordering the product on their website because they were the cheapest option available, I went to check the reviews, and to be honest, I panicked because of what I have read here.Contrary to other bad reviews, I had an excellent experience with Midwest Spray Bottles. The order was shipped fast, delivered in the same manner with no issues whatsoever.Definitely will test my luck and purchase again.

Consistently gives the BEST customer service any and every time I call, I get a straight answer and no fluff - I love that about this company. Another reason why I love this company is not only their prices, but their processing time and shipping costs - far better than any other website or company I have dealt with. I have never dealt with a company less professional then them. If I could rate them lower than a one I would. I ordered bottles on March 25, been emailing everyday asking where I stand with the bottles. Can't call them, it goes to busy signal after second ring. Finally 3 weeks later, they tell me they have sold out of bottles but yet, they still have my money.. Time to tell everyone to not deal with this company ESPECIALLY the rude Manager PAULINE JORDON... Do yourself a favor Midwest and replace her quickly before your ratings go lower than a 2.8 which is already very bad.... Why I gave you chance is beyond me.

I have been waiting for almost a month for my order. It was shipped to the right address but delivered to the wrong one. I had to contact UPS to launch and investigation because she obviously did not care about me not receiving my order. I don't even think that she checked the tracking number which clearly indicates it was DELIVERED to the wrong address. UPS says that a claim was issued, which means she either owes me my money back or a reissue of my order. The owner does not have good customer service and prefers to communicate indirectly via email. She is a thief! Do not order anything from this company.

What happened to good old fashioned Customer Service. By far the worst I have experienced in years. We have an amazing relationship with all of our whoesalers. Midwest will NEVER be one of them. Nor would I ever recommend them to another company. Phone # is unprofessional. They email customers demanding thank yous, they don't properly process returns or refunds..HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. No stars in my book.

Wish I would have read some of these reviews before ordering. I gave Pauline 2 orders in our first week and she is not a customer service person. Only responded when I emailed 2 times with rude responses. Gave short, uninformative answers that didn't address my issue. She has a lot to learn in business if she is going to make something of it.

How do you get them to call you back? Or email you back? Placed an order and then heard nothing.....It's been two weeks. I've tried emailing 6 times and have called everyday. no answer. Next I'm going to turn them in to the BBB and or the authorities for theft/fraud? Not sure how to get our money back.
