As a driver these trailers are loaded poorly. Almost all the trailers I have pulled the pallets will shift and cause the pallet of product to lean or fall over. I have attached a picture for example of a load I'm currently on right now in Indian Land South Carolina. And it's not due to how the driver drives 90% of the time. These pallets are not plastic wrapped properly as they need to be. In my opinion stupid is what stupid does. If it was possible I would give these guys that load and wrap the pallets a -10.

OTR: 24/7. Check in/out can be timely. Busy location. No overnight parking. Friendly. Organized. Good lighting. Plenty of maneuvering space. All inbound, tandems to the rear. Empties, Door open. Bathroom on site.

Raines is next road East past the light at the truck stop. They may let you unload early, they may not. It depends on what you are delivering partly. If you have dewormer they prolly won't let you. The check in progress can be a little slow if you are not drop and hook. The guard people I talked to were nice. You have to open your doors and slide your tandems before you go in. Leave a door open on the way out. They do not have facilities for us low life drivers. Which is why they get low marks. It took them about thirty minutes to unload me and based on the trucks that were there with me, that seems about normal. Over all it's not a bad place.

Somebody needs to tell the early morning guard to calm down with the jokes. 5am is way too early to deal with anything besides basic buisness. Told me when i pulled up "With your conpany We're gonna need $350 for bumper fees first thing" then he holds out his hand! Just unprofessional and not funny.Also for the drop and hook, they make you slide your tandems to the back when you arrive, so it makes navigating in the tight spots extremely difficult because there's not enough room to back in the spot when they put trailers on the curb. Directly in the swing space.

Guard was cordial and gave clear instructions. Docking was easy. Unloading started within 5 minutes of docking. Total time on yard was 40 minutes. This is how a DC should operate. Excellent.

Had a delivery appointment for 11am.I arrived 8pm the night before. Since the facility was still open I decided to give it a try. The guard check was very nice and told me he will try to squeeze me in. Sure enough I was assigned to a dock and got empty in 25 mins. SInce this is a DC this may not work every time but people were kind enough to unload me. that night.

i’m a driver and these folks are the best. everyone is so kind and helpful. and the most important part of it all is they get you docked and within moments they start unloading and there’s no funny business they get you right in and out. much appreciated and i know all of us drivers wish the majority of shippers would do like you all do unfortunately you are a rare breed. i’d be happy to come back anytime.

Lazy workers not willing to work drivers in, getting at the facility with 24 Hours before my appointment (14 pallets) and ask to return with no more than 15 minutes of my appointments. Even Kroger will let you in before. Shame

Lady at guard shack very professional and polite. Showed up 2 hrs early and luckily the 7am truck hadn’t arrived so they put me in a door right away. 10 minutes later started unloading. Super job y’all!!!!

Had appointment at 12pm got here around 10 it took about 5 mins getting threw the gate. Very friendly guy. Took about 3 mins to start unloading me. I wish ever DC was like this. Thanks guys for the fast in and fast out. We truckers out here appreciate this. I would highly recommend coming back here.

My appointment was at 10:00 a.m. I got there early at 9:00 a.m. hoping they would unload since I was running tight with another pick-up. They took me right in, I wasn't at the load dock 10 minutes when they started the unload. They had me unloaded in 25 minutes. For me this was one of the most efficient distribution centers I've been at. Thumbs up to everyone at the Franklin, Kentucky tractor supply DC. Great job to everyone.

I arrived the day before my appointment they told me to come back at my appointment. Arrived at 0710 the next day for a 0800 appointment, you definitely need at least 30 minutes to get through the line at security. Was in my dock at 0800 and gone by 0845, no overnight parking or bathroom. Plenty of Parking down the road at three different truck stops.

Fast and efficient operation here. No overnight parking which can be hurtful, especially when the pick up or delivery is late and you know the truck stops down the street are full. Otherwise good place to pickup or deliver, and I've always been treated kindly by the staff in the guard entry house.

My appointment was for 8pm I arrived at 11am on sat 4/24/21 the lady at the security will not take no body early it is sad. She also said first shift will not take nobody early. When I left the gate I decide to call the shipper and recieve and she end up answering the phone very rude lady. She also said she call the receiver to see if they can take me early but she didn't I was there she didn't call no one. I wish the security knew the life of the truck driver. something customers are willing to work it out. But she didn't call no body. It is sad. I call around 6pm talk to another lady she told me I had to come exactly at my appointment time 8pm. I will never come here again. This place is full of lazy people.

Would gladly come back anytime. My appmt was set for 3-25 at 8am. I got there today in Franklin at 2pm and called to see if they could take me early. They rescheduled to today at 6pm. Don't think I was even here for 30 min. Love it guys, thanks. Wish all DCs were like this

Love TSCUpdate 10/6/22 sign says trucks right lane. Premier truck coming up left lane. I'm already at the window and I have to step aside so guard can check him in. Not to mention they don't shut truck off at guard shack so you can't hear. Every other TSC including yours till today is 1st come 1st serve. Very unfair that others have to step aside for them. We also have places to be times schedules to meet

All i can say is receiving Tractor Supply care about drivers. They are willing to hear us out. Supervisor from recivinig very considering. I appreciate that. Treat me right.
