Always have what I need with pretty decent prices. They have a pretty good rewards system but would be nice if you didn't have to spend so much to get the coupons.. The staff is always friendly and helpful though and make it a great experience!

Waited in line for 10 minutes just to be told they were not doing propane refills. Even though as we pulled up someone was having a tank filled. Poor customer service.

Not the best customer service via phone.Forget about calling and getting an answer, they don't answer phones here, but that's at a lot of places.I will say it's individuals that make it a better sales experience and I was waited on quickly for propane gas fillup. I used the convinient ap they have for refills and I was waited on in less than 1 minute. I would return.Store is well stocked.

Came into TS last night looking for ointment for our nosey chi weenie that put his nose in business it didn’t belong and ended up with a wound on his face. So we were looking for something that would help him out and Robin pointed us in the right direction. With her extensive first hand knowledge with her own farm animals she gave us a run down on why she uses iodine and then suggested an ointment that we could use. After throughly flushing the wound with iodine and putting the ointment on, his face looks so much better! Thank you for your helpful suggestions!

Cannot beat the friendly and knowledgeable service you get!!!!!!! The vast amount of products available in the store have helped us out a great deal. We are are steady at least three times a week customers and always look forward to going. The employees are wonderful and the management has been super about a return or exchanges!!!!!! I went there to purchase Science Diet food but was totally surprised by the cute things that was offered such as cute Christmas trinkets,wreaths as well as wax burners and wax. Fun to look around and see all the farmhouse decor that's sold. Friendly employee too..

Love this place! They had amazing sales prices today, and everyone that works here was tremendously nice to me, my husband, and our doggie😊 We bought my son a giant dog for xmas, originally $59.00, we paid $35 for it!!

Every time I went to this tractor supply they didn't have want I'm looking for my lawnmower. There is no one to help us. I have better luck in Gallatin tractor supply plus they help us alot. I'm so disappointed in tractor supply in KY. So for right now I will not go back there till I see more information.

I came here to buy a Bad Boy Maverick 60” zero turn with my daughter. The guy at the service desk in the middle would not put the phone down even when I told him I could wait for him to finish. He was rude and said “ I can do two things at once”. No if you are going to sell me a $6000.00 mower you are going to focus... Tractor Supply doesn’t even give a military or veteran discount. Sad and horrible service. Don’t believe I came to buy, review the footage and look for a Ram 2500 with an empty enclosed trailer out front to the left.
