I stopped by for lunch during the busiest part of the lunch rush. Just have to say, there was a young lady making sandwiches for multiple clients and "to go" orders. I would've been totally overwhelmed, but was impressed that she was calm, polite and 110% in control of the situation! She was making as many as 12 sandwiches at a time, doing a great job with each, putting them together with care, communicating politely with customers eagar for their food, helping finalize order details at the register and just being the boss of her space! It always impresses me to see when people take their job seriously and focus on efficiency without sacrificing quality.

Even though they didn't let me bundle, we were able to negotiate the terms of my footlong sandwich and he was able to honor subways foooong special. All kidding aside though , the employees and management team that they have there are very service oriented, and they seem to actually genuinely care about their customers experience as well . I would recommend this subway to my friends

We always eat at the Subway all the time usually it is great fabulous service no worries today was not so much. Came in came in and got my sandwiches and I understand that they are training but at the same time customer service is key I decided to go ahead instead of just getting 2 sandwiches get a 3rd one and it seemed like they were irritated so I just went ahead and got my 2 sandwiches and left

My wife ordered steak and cheese foot long I got meatball sub and a drink got home to eat and meatball sub was good. But the wife got a BBQ BLT SHE was not very happy lesson always check order before you leave drive thru happens allot anymore

I arrived at the subway in pilot, at exit 6 in Franklin Ky. At 1:30pm, there was a sign that said gone to lunch be back in 30 mins. I went yesterday around about 1:25pm and there was the same sign. I've never heard of a resturant close for lunch, for lunch. Hummm very disappointed customer here. There needs to be a sign outside, so i don't waste my time.

It wasn't a good choice for us!! The so called fresh veggies were almost all very old and some were no good anymore. My son showed his concern and the lady said that it was normal.. That isn't normal nor acceptable... very I'm unplease with this subway location!!
