If I could give negative stars I would! I went in looking to buy a cake. I found one but unfortunately it had a huge mold spot on it. I took it to the cashier, not to complain but to simply get it off the shelf so no one would buy it. The cashier sighed with annoyance, jerked the cake from my hand, and tossed it to the side aggressively. She was clearly annoyed by the mere sight of me! I’ve been in this store three times and ALL THREE TIMES have had a very negative experience. I will not be going back again!

Bought 11lbs of peaches to can. They were not ripe. Waited 4 days. They were meely and rotted from the inside. Anyone in the grocery biz knows its from being held too cold. After a week of chasing someone down, the owner reluctantly offered me a refund but I have to drive an hour to get it. I offered a solution. He would not agree to give my refund to a local friend...and hung up. So much for the quaint friendliness of a small-town store.

Always used to love the Pig. They have been my "go to" for years when it comes to meat. I really love their meat selection the most but lately their meat has been ruining in my fridge within a day of purchase and before the "sell by" date on the packages. The milk is already turning sour before the expiration date on the carton. I bought a bag of tangerines recently that were not in a clear bag. They were ruined when I got them home. Watch what you pick up. Never had problems with their produce in the past. With prices so high everywhere now, there should at least be some quality. Hopefully, it's a fluke.

I have always loved shopping at this store but here recently the cashier's they have is very questionable..... The bag boys was training in on cashier's position tonight and I think that's a great idea but the cashier's need to do their job while they are training! I have always been ask if I need help with my groceries but not tonight I even had to load my buggy up with my groceries myself while the cashier's was busy talking about what they was doing when they got off work. The store itself is a great place to shop and Dale and the other managers are super nice but the help really needs to be looked into a little more with their respect the customer ethics for real !!

Not happy with my last visit but it's partly my fault. A few of the prices on my receipt didn't match their sale prices. I should have double checked the receipt before I left the store. I live in a different town, so I didn't feel like the drive back for a few dollars, but I will definitely check my receipt before I leave next time!

A throw back from the past with modern convenience and selections! I go there to purchase Ski soft-drinks. Ski is produced in Chattanooga and sold in Kentucky! Go figure!

Wonderful staff very kind and courteous and helpful. Great store lots of good bargains and still has the pick 5. They also work with the church across the street with food vouchers for the needy. I highly recommend this old world grocery store! 👌

Great Grocery store and great selection. I liked that having never been there it was easy to find stuff and the prices were great. Its definitely a small town grocery store with friendly staff and limited selection but that's ok because again great selection. It was certainly worth the trip.

Great little neighborhood store and a real asset to the town of Franklin. The cashiers, stockers and managers are always ready to help or to say a friendly hello. They have the best prices on meat in the area and most other items are competitively priced.

Well stocked for a smaller supermarket. People were friendly and helpful. I would rated 5 stars but a number of employees were not wearing masks. Unacceptable in the current environment.

Staff was a little rude, and started at me like I was disfigured or something.(My face is broke out from an allergic reaction) the cashier even asked if it hurt!But other wise, prices are ok. The only reason I gave it three stars for this visit because I discovered there Rockstar case!!! Having the blue Razz right now and it's fantastic

I love our Piggly Wiggly. Neighborhood store, great meat, friendly people, local produce. The prices are good and you don't HAVE to walk 1/2 a mile for a gallon of milk.

A good supply of all grocery needs. Their meat is always fresh as are the fruits and veggies in season. They also carry a wide variety of plants and seeds in spring for your garden.

I'm glad there are still some of these stores left. This one is still consistent and a good location. It is well stocked, however could be a little cleaner.

I go there often because I love the small town feel of it and it's so easy to get in and out of compared to Walmart or IGA... The employees make you feel at home and is if they know you , which makes me like it even more...they have some great deals on meat.

Small. Limited produce. Didn't see a deli or bakery. Nice for a quick trip for essentials. Prices are higher than big box stores.

I give it 3 mostly because of the pricing of name brand products. It's Pick 5 for $20 deal could be considered a steal, but it's the overpricing of everything else that really makes it trivial to do major grocery shopping here. And don't get me started on the other stuff like washing detergent and toilet paper. Best stick to Walmart for that stuff.
