I have recently made two purchases at this store both of them were unpleasant because the employees did not understand the products or made mistakes during checkout I got a totally different washer than I ordered. I wanted one with an agitator and I got one without. Then I ordered a Larson storm door. It had the screen and the glass clamped into one piece when it arrived you had to pry the screen off to get the screen out and now the glass won't stay in. It is a horrible product..... duct tape doesn't even work. The employees on both products were dum dum dum

I live within 20-30 minutes of at least 6 Lowes stores. I always make an effort to shop at the Franklin, KY store.The Pro Desk staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They always go above and beyond providing exceptional customer service. I am ways overwhelmed by the level of assistance they are willing to provide.

I would just like to say Lowe’s has been awesome to us! We recently had a installation for a backsplash in our kitchen done and it turned out fantastic! Very professional and I want to give a big thank you to Hollywood who helped us with some issues before the project was started. He went above and beyond to be so helpful and very professional! Lord how I do enjoy, almost ecstatically, being in a hardware store. These guys have just about anything that you might be able to use for virtually any repair and or remodeling endeavor that you could possibly have undertaken.

Went to Lowe's for a piece of plexiglass. Walked around lost passing at least five employees who ignored me. Finally asked an employee for help. She did help us. When we went to the register (the only one open) the cashier walked away. The nice young lady at returns checked us out. The girl who was handing out candy to cars was wearing short shorts with cheeks hanging out and no mask leaning in the cars. Not thrilled. Won't go back unless i have no choice.

I carted my old mailbox with the bracket still attached into the store. Box couldn't be hammered into shape but the bracket was only slightly bent. Steve not only helped by getting it straightened but offer to transfer it to the new box. Made my task easier just pulling into the driveway and bolting it back to the post. Thanks, Steve!

Phone service is absolutely horrible.have been on phone for 37 minutes so far in an attempt to get a person on the phone.in order to reschedule a delivery.think im just gonna drive up and cancel the purchase

The worker was nice but, it took two hours almost three to get a washer and dryer ordered. I told the worker that I had to work at four on the day that it was going to be delivered he said he would leave it in the notes… come the it was delivered a person called me and at 11 and told me I was moved to the time slot 3/4 instead or 4/8… I asked if they was notified that I worked at four and to have it there by three and the caller said no.. she would call the truck driver to have it delivered early and rearrange the schedule when the delivery finally called me at 3:50 I had to call work and tell them I had to be late. The driver told me I was the “last stop on the list” and tracked mud though my home what a great experience

I started a business planning on using Lowe’s for most of my material and tool needs because I’ve had great experiences with Lowe’s where I lived before. However the Lowe’s in Hendersonville has not met my expectations and I’d recommend going up the street to the other guys as I am planning to do. The service here is subpar, I can never find anyone to help me and when I do they aren’t very knowledgeable. I wish they would staff up so customer service wouldn’t suffer.

Needed locks for storage compartments on the truck but they only had 2 in stock and was when asked for help and info about getting more in the man was so helpful and very informative. Even took my info for a special order placed just for my needs. Was amazing.

The worse customer service I have experienced in a long time. No knowledge of any products in their department. 3 different people sent me 3 different directions looking for something I was never able to locate. Since my move this is unfortunately the closest Lowes but I will never waste my time in there again.

Always enjoy going to this Lowe's for all things related to my house--sometimes other items for a project at the house such as a recent cargo trailer conversion to a camper. Cashier's are always friendly and helpful.Edit DEC 2022: I was in this Lowe's yesterday getting some hardware and another radon test kit. During my 15 minutes or so in the isles, I was asked three times if I needed help, or if I was finding what I needed, by store associates. It's nice to see associates trying to assist, because this hasn't always been my experience.Edit FEB 2023: Have picked up three internet orders this year. The folks manning the customer service counter are helpful and retrieved my orders quickly.Edit SEP 2023: Stopped here to get some Home Defense spray for the garage. Good check-out experience.

Had a very pleasant experience due solely to the fact that I was helped by Stephanie. She went above and beyond to make sure that I got the item that I was looking for.She not only deserves a promotion but she should be training ALL of your associates on proper customer service.I usually drive the extra distance to the Glasgow store because of prior bad experiences at Franklin but, if she's working I'll try the Franklin location again.

First off I will never order anything online from the Lowe's website again! They are absolutely incompetent and even their customer service supervisors are insensitive and worthless! After dealing with them this morning for over an hour and being told I would have re-order all my appliances again and wait another week or 2 for them to be delivered, I decided to go to the store in Franklin. Upon arrival I asked for the store manager and explained my frustrating ordeal. Carolyn was patient, understanding and immediately called appliance employee Tommi Lynn. Tommi Lynn immediately went to work looking up my order number and asking me questions about my products. She was able to find me a refrigerator they had in stock at the store and could be delivered the next day. Next was the washer,dryer, and pedestals. She was able to locate all of those as well and they will be delivered 10/17/22 mostly because the pedestals are special order. Tommi Lynn is absolutely amazing! I have no idea what you guys pay her but, it's not enough! Thank you so much too both Tommi Lynn and Carolyn!

They got me with their appliance scam for $1,000. Dryer was dropped off in the driveway banged up and inoperable. Management worked as a team to ensure the garbage they delivered wasn’t their responsibility.
