This was our first experience with Crocker Animal Hospital & we couldn’t be more pleased. To start with, I use a walker and was unable to carry my Yorkie in by myself. Once I requested help, they carried my baby inside in his carrier. The check in was fast and simple. Once the surgery was underway, I received a call letting me know how he was doing and to remind me they would keep him overnight just so they could monitor him. When we were going over his discharge info, they let me know what to watch for and made sure I had their emergency number for anything outside of typical postoperative issues. They took excellent care of our little baby and we will be using them for his care going forward.

We took our little Pomeranian 14 weeks old for her 1st VET visit since we got her and could not be more happy we chose them. From the time you walk in the door everything is pleasant, and the staff is courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about all of them. The pricing is very fair and affordable as well. We love our new VET and will be getting all of our care there for our little Dolly P

The doctors and staff are so concerned and show such empathy. Returned a call after hours. Gave suggested and places to search for help. Helped us be objective with the care and well being for our 16year old Baby. We can never repay them for their kindness and expertise while making some hard choices for our Baby.

Dr. Claire Crocker and Kelsey were absolutely wonderful. We took our girl for an emergency visit yesterday when she wasn’t feeling well and they handled her so well even though she can be a pretty “spicy” kitty. They were very kind and listened to our concerns. She’s feeling much better today and we are so thankful for the team helping her get back to herself. Their prices were much more reasonable than one of the Specialty ER vets would have been, which was why we decided to drive up from Gallatin to see them. We definitely recommend them for pet care.

Crocker Animal Hospital was amazing at a critical time for us on a Sunday afternoon. We had to put down our labradoodle after a long battle with cancer. They were kind, comforting, didn't rush us and took us even though we had never been there before. Lap of love is not available in our area or any other vets on a Sunday.

I took my dog here to get updated on her shots. I got my dog about 5-6mths ago when my father passed away an his dog needed a home. She's so beautiful on the inside an out! She's such a lover! But they did clip her nail 2 low and made it bleed an I didn't like that but in their defense she's so so so hairy and had black nails but it was a great price and I'm very satisfied with my decision to go there! Thanks Crocker Animal Hospital!

Had appointment for vacs and bath. Was there from 11am to 1:45. Got the bath but no vaccine. No one was there to administer them. Now I have to make another trip next week. Not happy.

This place DOES NOT CARE ONE BIT about your animals or you, they're only in it for the money. Was told $60 for office visit then they switched it up and said $160 because it was considered a emergency (ear infection) and I don't have a appointment even though they don't close until 5pm and it was 2pm. So $100 more than the original cost because I'd be considered a walk in. Money's not the issuey but I'm also not looking to get ripped off by paying $100 extra because I'm a walk-in. Yeah they really care about animals. To let a animal stay in pain because you want to jack the price up from $60 to $160 because I don't have a appointment is inhumane and proves that it's not about the health and well-being of your animals it's about how much money that can get.

My corgi herniated a disc in a very sensitive area in his neck, resulting in complete paralysis. They've been absolutely amazing at helping us rehabilitate him! He's currently rocking a wheelchair and attempting to use all of his limbs. They've been so loving on him. He's no longer nervous coming but just licks on them and has to come up and say hi to everyone working. We've very thankful for crocker

The staff at Crocker Animal Hospital are probably the best you are going to find. Dr. Gant was the most caring and thorough vet we have ever met. She kept in touch with us every step of the day. If she promised an update, we got an update.Our Golden-doodle, Murphy, is a serial chewer (and swallower) and had another bowel obstruction. Dr. Gant and staff removed the problem and watched over our deathly sick boy for 4 nights. He had a reaction to the sutures and had to go back to be cleaned up and re-close the incision. He is back home today and doing fabulously.I feel that the entire staff at Crocker Animal Hospital truly care for their patients (and their parents) and it shows in the care they provide.I would not hesitate to recommend Crocker Animal Hospital to any of our friends, in fact I would insist they go here.As an aside (secondary concern), their prices are amazingly reasonable and they only charge for what's necessary.We will return in 10 days to remove staples and I am actually looking forward to that visit.

I had the most wonderful visit with the Crooker family! I had to take 1 of our 6 furbabies in for a shot. The day Prior I took all the records from a previous vet when I arrived for our appointment they had already had all the records in their system and had all the records with reminders to put in my calendar for the up coming shots, Flea and tick as well as the Heart worm testing schedule! I was very impressed with the employees and the doctors! Please if you need a excellent Vet and Hospital Crooker Animal Hospital is the place to call home for all your furabies! A dog got into my backyard suburban chicken coop and killed three hens and left one injured. As a new hen owner I didn't know who to take her to for care. I searched and searched and finally found Crocker Animal Hospital and I'm so glad I did. Everyone was wonderful there! 100% recommended

Many factors go into people choosing doctors for our children, most factors are the same for our animals. A deciding factor for me personally is the helpfulness and manners of the first call.I cannot emphasize enough that you lost our business and will continue to lose more from the community if that practice is normal. We had a terrible experience not only on the phone, but again in person during a moment of fear for our animals health.We took our business 2 hours south and will recommend them highly, despite the drive. Sad we couldn't recommend Crocker in the least bit. 2 stars is generous.

It’s clean, staff is friendly. It’s a bit pricey and I’ve asked several times about a senior discount (or veteran/military). I’ve had vets in the past honor a 10% discount. It doesn’t seem Crocker cares to offer any despite the higher pricing. (I can understand why many people can’t afford care for their pets.)

I took my 2 9 month old kittens in 4 days ago to be spayed, they kept them overnight I picked them up and one smelled strong of alcohol and her butt was nasty and leaking. She ate a small meal and then turned bad laying around spitting up pink liquid. I took her back in for an emergency visit a day later to be given nausea and diarrhea meds. Nothing improved. She went back yesterday after the receptionist got rude about getting her in the afternoon before..needless to say they done no testing only pumped her full of fluids after they were told she has been drinking a lot and not eating and has blood coming our her butt as she lays in it. Sent her home with antibiotics and she woke up at 3am this morning screaming and spitting blood and died. After a major surgery as professionals you dont think to look inside to see a problem? Only guessing? This is not the first bad experience I have had with a ill cat at this Vet. In general there are some very nice people there and then there are some that are rude as hell and act like you arent paying them for a service. This will be the past pet I walk into this place to be sent out worse than they went in.

I recently reached out to Crocker regarding a teeth cleaning for my boston terrier. Not only were the prices much more competitive here compared to New York, but the amount of compassion and care they provide to your fur babies is priceless.I would highly recommend this individual practice as the doctors explained everything fully and was very clear about post-op instructions. Even the receptionists and nurses treat you and your pet with compassion and not just a sales number.I will definitely go to this vet again, regardless if I am out of state! Go here, you don't be disappointed. 🐾🐾

Everyone from desk personnel to the vets give your pet great care. Had my dog's records emailed from our previous vet. The Vet here at Crocker actually read his entire file and talked to us at length about his excellent past care and how we will take care of him moving forward. Bring your pets here, you will NOT be sorry and you WILL go home knowing your pet is in great hands. Also, when comes that time when your pet will cross the Rainbow Bridge, they way they treat you and your pet, it's almost as they are also loosing a family member. What was a horrible day for us was made so much better with the kindness, understanding, and love that they all gave us is absolutely fantastic. Even in death, they handled my dog with LOVE.

They always treat our sweet Charlie like she is their own puppy. She is always happy to walk in to Crocker. She recently was spayed there, they updated me with how she was doing during the day and post-operatively. They even called several times after her discharge to check on her. They also bragged about how well behaved and calm she was and everyone must loved her.

Crocker Animal Hospital staff did everything they could to see my dog quickly after he suffered from an eye injury - we had to take "Phil" in on an emergency basis. We did not have to wait long and the prices were very reasonable. We will be taking all 4 of our dogs back to this veterinarian business. I appreciated the courteousness and politeness the staff showed us throughout our appointment.

We had a family member with a 6 year old Pitbull. They drove frome Colorado to here. The puppy was not feeling good, not eating and shaking. We tried to call to make an appt. On Saturday Morning. They had no availability til Tuesday. The puppies mom then got scared when the puppy started shaking more. She drove to the the hospital due to the emergency and they said "They told the lady (My Wife) that they had no openings unless it was an emergency and told them to go elsewhere. Upset she left and drove to Nashville and they said they couldn't do what was needed there to then go to Franklin Tennessee and when she arrived they were sweet and kind unlike Crocker was. They then had to give the puppy medicine and keep her for 3 nights for a blood transfusion and observation. They said if she had waited much longer the puppy would of died due to the toxicity of her blood and her blood count being 14 when it is supposed to be closer to 30. It's so sad to see that the Hospital here in Franklin is useless. The puppy almost died due to there rudeness and negligence. I wouldn't take any animal there or even think of visiting due to the unprofessionalism of the staff. A 12 year old boy (Our Son) almost lost his best friend due to this place. So sad to know we are at a point in life where people don't care anymore. Thank you Blue Pearl of Franklin, Tn for saving our baby.

Very nice place and Dr. Stoneman was very nice and loving to Sasha. He also seemed incredibly knowledgeable. They seem very reasonable in pricing, except to get dental work done is very expensive! I'm glad my dog has teeth in great shape even though she is 12!! I will go back if needed.
