May 26th 3:15. I have been going to this store for propane ever since it opened. I have always had a good experience with the staff. Not today. I was informed that there was only two employees working and one was outside with the trailers. When she was finished she started messing with the security cables for the lawn mowers. I this point, the other customer took his tank and left. When I got her attention and asked if she could fill up my tank, she quickly told me that it would be a few more minutes, in a very irritated tone. When the other employee walked back inside to get her keys, who also had the irritated tone, I decided to leave. Evidently I was being a huge inconvenience to them.

I have always liked this Tractor Supply when it was under the previous management, which I found out Friday had changed. I had a question about my points on the app, my checkout person wasn’t sure about it so called manager up front we stood and stood to the point waiting that our checkout person asked us if we could step aside so she could check out other people behind us. The manager never came to the front, our checkout person called again and the manager said she didn’t know either but I could call customer service, you bet I will. I guess it wasn’t important enough to her to even come to the front and at least try to figure it out. I know the previous manager would’ve been right there and if he couldn’t figure it out he would’ve given me my points anyway. Very put out by this.

I bought a electric pressure washer I used it three times and it completely shut down had it for about 4 months went to try to replace it tractor supply management would not replace the pressure washer that I paid $380 for said that their warranty was only 30 days but I bought a year warranty on it and they still would not return it for a new pressure washer instead they told me to call the company that they bought it from That's not how it works you buy something from the store the store shouldn't make it right but they did not do it I do not buy electric pressure washers from tractor supply their policies is b*******

Found the ant bait, Terro, that works incredibly well! Got a wind chime for about $10 off! They have a great selection. Love walking through!They had our cat treats that are hard to find.

Tractor supply has the best customer service in Frankfort !!The employees are super nice and so helpful !!It is such a pleasure to see such teamwork among the employees!!Every single person I delt with on Aug 11,12 of 2020 was absolutely wonderful !And the employee I spoke with was so complementary of her boss!HOW REFRESHING !!!

First time visit at this location. Associates need to know stock. Before saying "We don't have it" The associate should check inventory. Offering to assist customers with large bulky items should be standard practice for exceptional customer experience. Customers should not have to ask.

They have a great selection of items. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The couple of returns I’ve had to do are hassle free and quick! I’ll be back when I need something else!

The store and the majority of it's employees are top notch!! The one glaring blemish on this otherwise fantastic store is it's manager... It's name is Pat, a rude, tactless, ginger grump. I was treated worse than poorly (honestly can't find the words) by said manager. His customer service skills are completely nonexistent, how someone with his demeanor could be promoted to the leader of anything truly escapes me. I would recommend calling ahead and asking for Pat if you are planning to visit this location. If an employee says "yes, just a moment" hang up and reschedule your tractor supply run. If the answer is "no, I'm sorry he isn't here today" then cheers on ya mate!! Head on in with no worries. Again, my review is based entirely on Pat. The store is clean and well organized and the other employees I've been in contact with are polite and helpful!! I'm not sure if I should include this but I did call the TSC Consumer Relations 800 number and was informed that numerous customers have called in just the past few weeks to lodge complaints against Pat. With that kind of name recognition, it may not be too long before you'll be reading negative posts about WalMart due to Pat's sparkling wit and can do attitude. Seriously, my experience with this guy was so poor that I had to write this review so other people could avoid the same situation.

I have always loved shopping at TSC. I still do,but I recently bought a $80 pair of boots that said water proof, and I promise you, my feet get wet from the bottom. I mean I can stand in a half inch of water and the bottom of my feet get wet and stay wet. I can't return them because I wore them for a month before I ever got them wet, to find out they leak around the soul. Still a great place, just wish they could make this right..

Went in and found exactly what I was looking for. Only had one small issue which was an item I wanted the cashier could not find in the book so he had to go physically scan it. It was a larger outside item. But I was in and out in no time flat.

I went for a truck tool box. Always have liked tractor supply and there tool boxes just be sure to look them over well. It's ok to need to adjust the latch but took a couple to find one not damaged and with a set of keys

My 1st time in the Frankfort store. Employees on the floor helping customers, i liked that btw. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Didnt have to wait in line long ar alland GREAT Deals! Very happy I'll be returning for sure!

Knowledgeable staff. They have everything you would need for anything outdoor or animal related. I buy all my lawn chemicals here. There are several knowledgeable staff members that know that line of products that can help guide you.

For the farmer who wants his stuff to come from China. The overwhelming stock of this store is made in China. The quality is borderline (or less) but the prices are competitive. If you want to get depressed, shop there and see all of the American brands with the fine print: "Made in China".

This year the handicapped spaces are blocked even worse than usual .I guess I will have to call corporate office again or file complaint with the ADA. I like the store, and I always buy my dog food there, however, as a handicapped individual, I despise how they block the handicapped parking spaces with goods for sale. I have called corporate office concerning this matter, but it didn't do any good.

Do not price match and charge double for a lawn mower tire that you can get at Wal-Mart with a run for half that price. Not going there again! Good luck over charging people and staying open!!

So, You have to give at least one star to leave a review here and that's theONLY reason I clicked on one star, otherwise. ZERO stars for the guy that answered the phone today for an answer to a simple question I had referring to lawnmower parts. Just a Briggs starter lol, He said that any starter there is a special order - I freakin know better as I have bought a few starters there. Simple enough- Frankfort Tractor Supply should not let just anyone there answer their phones? He didn't give his name or I would put it on this review. (We'll call him Steve) The starter I am looking for is one of two made for my Mower's Briggs & Stratton engine. I simply wanted to know if the one I needed was in stock there.STEVE told me that I needed a part number along with a model and serial number just to order my starter - NOPE - I have done this b4 there and a simple part number for the starter is enough AND if you don't have that info, you can go by model and serial?? Steve is an idiot and I will buy elsewhere now !!Thanks Tractor Supply in Frankfort, Ky. I will be buying this 50 dollar starter in Shelbyville - DON'T LET CLOWNS THAT WORK THERE ANSWER YOUR PHONES!!
