While the store experience was lackluster, I couldn't be happier with the grooming team! My dog is super anxious and they did such a good job with him!! We went over all his pre-check-in notes before I handed Zuko over, which I appreciated as other places seemed to ignore them. He was ready exactly when they said he'd be and he looks great!

STAY AWAY !!!! Lazy employees nasty attitudes multiple occasions, just barely does what has to do to get by. Very condescending makes you feel like they doing you a favor. Management apologizes for their employees and still there. If any is reading this review recommend look versailles or elsewhere. its a shame but i wish i read reviews before i visited this location. Dont make the same mistake we did go take your business elsewhere

I really appreciate the way Cherokee treats me as a client and my pooch (Maizie). She took care of my previous dog and she (Lena) loved her too. She is definitely the right person for the job. The rest of the team are always courteous and ready with help or answers. An extremely great team overall.

We love the care and service our two dachshunds always receive from Cherokee at PetCo. Our babies love when they get to go “see” Cherokee. She does the absolutely best ever job on their nails and teeth, and of course their baths.

Everyone has always been so friendly when I bring my poodle in to be groomed and the groomer is always welcoming her and keeping her calmed down when I have to leave her there. They do the best job on grooming! I would recommend anyone to go there!

I brought 2 dogs in and explained how I wanted them cut. My newest dog I wanted a teddy bear face and just a trim. Wanted her to stay fluffy. They didn’t listen at all and cut her very short all over except her ears and kept some hair on her tail long. Very disappointed.

They won't answer the phone especially the groomers so beginning to think I don't need to shop there been trying to get my baby Noelle bathed and nails clipped and get her hair cut but still nothing after a couple of weeks

Animals look terrible and sickly, I've found a dead green iguana in its cage before. They sell reptiles that are too young and emaciated. They want to sell exotics, but they don't know the first thing about them.
