I ordered platters for a special occasion, felt like I had inconvenienced the deli person, and the fruit as well as the vegetable platters were big chunks instead of finger food size. Also not the variety that was shown. When I went to management, she also seemed unconcerned. Very displeased.

This review used to say "Appropriate number of lanes open for the amount of customers." Which shouldn't have been a real compliment. However, there's now. Checkout lanes are numbered from 1 to 16. I got in line near the one. We're all in line for self-scans 13-16. There are also people behind me.

This location is horrible in comparison to others. I had to go get my own cart from the parking lot which is ridiculous when people get paid $12-$15 per hour to push carts back inside. Also, this location rarely has simple truth brand bottled water in stock. The shelf spot for it is always empty. Other locations often have a whole pallet of it available.

It took so long for me to get through customer service there was nobody there nobody was getting me help I asked several times for somebody to get somebody to go to customer service people walked off in front of me you lost three customers that day due to poor customer service

I shop at about 7 Kroger stores regularly. This store desperately needs new daytime managers! This is the second time this month I stopped to do my weekly shopping here. There were no carts available inside either time. The first time I just left and went to Walmart across the street because I needed groceries for the whole week. This time when I saw they were no carts and the store looked like a disaster area I still decided to go in and get enough for one meal and items I had to have. I spent about $46 I think and I reported the problem with the carts to two different employees who never even said, they were sorry and just looked at me like they didn’t understand why I would report such a thing. I won’t be back. My advice is avoid the store it is not well stocked anyway

Employee made racial slurs about my wife and kid thinking they couldn't hear them (updated: this issue was addressed by the store manager and HR)

Management should really speak to the employees about acknowledging black customers just as much as the white customers when they walk into the store. I have been shopping here for months and seen this difference. The self check out attendants always go above and beyond for every customer except the black ones. I just had one almost break her neck to avoid even speaking to me when I left yet everyone got a "have a great day" or "thank you". Do better Kroger.

This was “my” Kroger until I moved from the area. I was visiting recently and ran in to pick up a few things. The staff was as polite and helpful as when I left. I’ve been gone several years, Dot, checkout, and Derrick, deli, and were especially friendly and welcoming!

No toilet paper in the men’s room so I asked for some from an employee. I clearly stated men’s room yet she looked at me, made an assumption, and called on her walkie for help in the ladies room. Disrespectful and doesn’t show that she listens to the customer.

Can you please limit the amount of purchase to 1 of heavy whipping cream and hashbrowns? They are always out or like only 1 or 2 left and I get really lucky. I get that supply isn't always the best given the economic landscape, but I think people are hoarding both of these when they see them hit the shelf.

Did a delivery order . Items were charged and left off. Substitute items double price were made with zero notice. And some items not substituted at all . Had to do chat with customer service and they could only give me credit for items not recieved that were charged and they said they would give feedback / Walmart delivery is way better - idk what I was thinking trying kroeger at all . I will not make this mistake again

The quality of the meat, seafood and produce has drastically declined and the prices have gone up. The shelves seem to be less and less stocked now as well.

Very nice big store. Good layout makes shopping easy. Produce is very good and well tended. Deli is well staffed so you don't spend forever waiting for your turn. The store had everything you've come to expect from a Kroger. The best thing about this location are the workers. Very friendly and helpful.

I may really have to start shopping elsware. New checkout system is making everybody wait for long periods of time just to check out. Really frustrating

Wow. I tried pick up for the first time and it was AWFUL. I'm missing half my items, totalling well over the 20$ the automated voice credited me for over the phone. On TOP of that half my other stuff is substituted and substituted poorly, I was not asked to verify ANY of the substitutions and only discovered once I got home. Now I have to RETURN all rhe way back to kroger to return half the stuff and redo my shopping. I will NEVER do a pick up here EVER again.

Stopped by for some fresh pet dog food and some sale items. I choose Kroger for the customer good service they generally give. I witnessed a customer at self checkout with an issue blatantly ignored by a lazy front end manager of sorts for a solid 5 minutes (reminder: your customers do not work here, I refuse to use self checkout. I may consider using them if there were a discount of some sort for saving the company from actually paying an employee)1 manned register open, i patiently wait as 3 clerks are standing by the one register as they check out a customer purchasing a few hundred dollars in produce for a local truck stop. A few minutes go by, head clerk instructs the 3rd to open a new register next to me. Surprisingly, they ask the 2 people behind me to move to the 2nd register. After a few MORE minutes, produce man finishes checkout and I am up next. Had to tell the clerk to have a nice day to get a response out of her. Not the kind of experience I would expect from the more expensive grocery store in town. I'll be exploring other options next time. Step up your game Kroger, keep your customers satisfied.

Very displeased how we were treated by Wayne at the service desk this evening. We came in from another county and stopped in to buy a couple of things. We went to the service counter where Wayne went into the office after he saw us walk up and ignored us for almost 10 minutes.Then he came out acting all mad Because he had to wait on us. He then went on to say that for now on so that we know only one person per household is allowed in the store and was rude to us the entire time he was checking us out. Wayne does not have to worry about us coming back into that store but maybe someone can do something about wayne's attitude.

Went in last night just before closing for a few essentials, orange juice, creamer, chips, cheese and Bark Thins. A young man stocking saw me wandering and asked if he could help me find something. Unusual experience but readily agreed since I couldn't find the item. He looked it up on his scanner but it wasn't where listed. He continued to look and next ile over in a end display he found what I was seeking. Thanked him and began checking out, a young lady helped me turn off the chatter of the self checkout scanner which was a great improvement. Variety is one reason to shop Kroger's but great friendly staff even better. Thanks guy's!

Update: Unfortunately, the shopping experience has declined. They hardly have any checkouts open, self checkout is backed up, and it seems like something rings up for the wrong price every time I go. Not to mention that most items are way more expensive than Walmart...- Old Review: Great Kroger. It offers anything you could need aside from specialty items.

We never shop on this side of town. Well we stopped in there to grab a few things. We went to check out and the "red vest" person was extremely loud and yelling at an employee because she was asking about her hours. I'm extremely surprised he shouldn't have been acting like that in front of customers he should have took her to an office and should not have been yelling at her. It was so bad I almost left my buggy.
