"I have always had excellent experiences at the Kroger store. The staff is very attentive and helpful, and they are always willing to help. The variety of products is wide and the quality is excellent. In addition, the prices are competitive. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a satisfactory shopping experience!

This is by far my favorite Kroger location. Having been an employee, management trainee and devoted customer to Kroger, I’ve been privileged to visit several Kroger locations statewide, this one still remaining my absolute favorite for their large variety of inventory, cleanliness and friendly staff. I enjoyed working with the team and enjoy shopping there to this day.

Horrible service in the liquor section. Absolutely unprofessional whatsoever. The lady at the register argued with my sister and I about having different state IDs because we live in different states... She followed us into the Parking lot screaming and wanting to fight. Will never ever shop there again. Will be taking all my future purchases to ocean breeze where their employees do not harass people.

Delivery (with Boost membership) - this morning I was bringing in my delivery items and I had gotten half of my stuff and half of somebody else’s stuff. When I called the store, I was directed to call Instacart. So they handed off the problem to Instacart. I told them I did not use Instacart, that I’ve always done Kroger delivery. They said that Kroger delivery has always used Instacart. I don’t like Instacart because when I’ve used it before, it was also wrong. Anyway, it’s the store’s responsibility to call Instacart, not mine. If they want to use it, fine, but they must manage it. I don’t care if I sound like a Karen, this is unprofessional.

Don't shop at either kroger in frankfort, the u scans are always broke or freeze up takes 30 mins or more to check out...because you have to wait on someone to always come help you. I walked out of kroger west side last week left a whole cart of groceries! Bring back real people to check you out maybe I will come back

New Review. Will continue to shop there while in the area. However, everybody's life or situation is not the same. Must be honest. Disappointed that some coupons have been cut or limited, and if there have been subtle changes in some. Feelings can get hurt, but will speak up when necessary especially if the customer can be right because inflation is hard enough on all of us but in different ways! Also, to my knowledge, no one should regret their generosity if it helped save lives! Also, lately it makes it hard giving deals and coupons to pick up and delivery folks more and leaving the other out when everybody is not as fortunate in their lives as some others. I can't always believe that's right!!'

ACTUALLY, glad you asked - got coffee @Starbucks where sadly 1 young gal ALONE was serving working 💪 DID I SAY by herself! So pleasant, diligent, WORKING as 5 of us were to Order. God bless her n shame on the Owner of KROGER StarSUX, and that 2nd worker who called out on a busy Friday morning. Giv this lil gal a RAI$E n praise!!! Oh n a $10 Tip 😉 What if your daughter?

I went into the Wine & Spirits section the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. The woman that works there intentionally took a bottle of bourbon they had just unboxed and hid it from me in the back room (which is against store policy per management). When I asked about it she snapped at me and said, "you're not getting it." I called the corporate office and complained, I also contacted the management at Kroger and they told me they were handling it. Over a week later, I contact corporate again and they said they would call me about the situation in 48 hours, and I have yet to hear back. She still holds the same position at the store. This is how they treat their customers, like they don't matter. I will never shop at Kroger again. They obviously care more about protecting their employees who violate the rules than they do about keeping my business. I will shop at Wal-Mart in the future.

Things were not have prices on a lot of things. Paid 16.99 for a 3lb hamburger in a package I wouldn't had brought this. A lot the meats didn't have prices on them. Not happy with me visit

Typical average grocery. It’s not great buts it’s not bad. Easy to find products and friendly staff. This place can use a little bit of cleaning as far as the grocery floor goes. It’s always busy so the staff probably just doesn’t have the time or man power to help customers. Sweeping is probably last on the “to do” list.

Brighton Park Shopping Center/ KrogerI feel Kroger is becoming notorious for charging higher prices at the checkout.Prices increase at checkout from printed prices on bakery items.Instead of asking for a price change in the future I'm going to void that item and leave it there.4 months later and Kroger still hasn't corrected the problem so it's obviously an intentional scheme to overcharge for the particular bakery items.If I purchase this I ask the cashier to correct it on my amount due.

Fruit is always rotten, moldy, or beyond bruised. I’ve lived in a lot of places and this is the only Kroger that is always like this. I was in the presence of the produce manager recently and….. you’ve got to be joking. Get it together kroger.

Very wide selection of beers and wines. Very good produce including organics. Plenty of fresh bakery items. A very large frozen, ready to heat and eat meals. Lots of ice cream from many producers.

Ghetto monopoly. Poor service, empty shelves, bad attitude. Shop elsewhere, when possible. Filthy bathrooms, wilted produce.Shortly after posting this bad review, I received an angry and threatening phone call from an unidentified person. Apparently, the minions read these reviews and react in the usual way. I will continue, unafraid. If any other minion calls again, I will report them to the cops.Further deterioration: the employees no longer even pretend to care. They agree with the customers when the customers complain. Open contempt for management.

I am the customer buying your products. I shouldn't have to do an employee's job by checking out myself. If I wanted another job I'd fill out an app. Get rid of the damn self checkout and put the employee's back to work.

Need more people getting carts. Never any carts or baskets when I go. Also app says they have items and they are out of stock frequently. Say hiring manager one day and she does not seem very professional, explains staffing issues.

NASTY store!! Bathrooms are a big deal imo and theirs literally had the tp STACKED on the floor. No holder even in sight yuck! And to top it off the paper towel dispensers Did NOT WORK. Also yuck.

This store has plummeted in every area of customer service. The franchise has become uncaring of complaints and concerns. It is time for Public Grocery Stores to remove Kroger off of their food chain throne.

My sister had just got out of a coma & got prescription from her doctor, my sister had her foot removed… the pharmacy acted like they didn’t have her medication when they did. She said wait an hour, of course no big deal… I go threw in an hour she said “ ha, not ready sorry, you can wait another hour!”I’m disappointed in how people get treated over medication they’re prescribed to help them! I’ve never experienced how rude people can be for people who are trying to live their lives better & be better. They’ve treated my sister like she was trash today & I’m in complete shock!I feel so bad for my sister cause it had her so upset. It’s sad that a pharmacist feels like she’s over a doctor & wants to abuse her power to be rude & cruel to people who are just trying to better themselves!Again I’ve never been on any type of medication so I didn’t understand until today & I’ve never felt so bad for my sister…. No one should be treated that way no matter what medications they are prescribed! I’ve never been more disappointed & absolutely disgusted! 💔💔💔

The last three times wanting to get cold cuts sliced at deli, one man waiting on 3-4 people waiting. Cannot wait that long for deli meat. Other workers not helping, need more people waiting on customers.

Showed up about 5 minutes after 10pm not knowing they changed their hours to close at 10pm. Totally fine no big deal, wouldn't have even stepped through the door if the hours were posted on the window or a closed sign was up but it wasn't. Wish the hours were posted on the door because then I wouldn't have had to deal with one of the rudest people I've dealt with in a long time. I get it everyone has a bad day and this employee obviously wanted to go home or for people to stop walking in. I was totally fine just leaving, didn't complain just turned to walk out. But apparently this rude employee felt he needed to ruin someone else's day. Congrats you did!

I'm leaving this review because my mom left her phone at the store in a cart and somebody took it to lost and found. It was easy to pick up form there. The lesson was somebody at the store was honest.

I’m a regular customer & I’m always at the Starbucks to get my mid-day coffee, I don’t usually post reviews. I think it’s important to post a review about the Starbucks having flies & bugs all over their food… I never really realized until I had a closer look at what the black little dots were today.. when I told the Starbucks cashier lady she told me & I quote “I’m sorry about that, but don’t tell me how to do my job”. VERY unprofessional, ive worked fast food & I know first hand how customers can be believe me, but this was very unprofessional & also the lady that works as the Starbucks cashier with the piercing in her face is very rude as well , you greet customers when they come up to purchase something.. not wait until they ask YOU how your doing… very disappointed & I’ll be taking my services elsewhere.

I gave this Kroger 5 stars 3 years ago, but they have not lived up to the rating, so here I go with a revision.They consistently are out of stock on certain items, which I can find at Walmart.They rarely have more than 1 or 2 checkouts open at any given time.The clicklist team will mark something as unavailable with no substitution, but if I return an hour later, the shelf is fully stocked in that item.The last 2 times I've stopped by the restroom, they weren't clean and there was no paper towels.I don't know what the problem is, but I'm about to start taking my business elsewhere.
