20230912 First time here. I see some products that I haven't seen in NOVA , but I haven't shopped in a pet store in a long time. I stopped here to get some treats for the homeless cats by the hotel in WV that I stayed at. Since I'm going to be driving through there, I wanted to leave them with some treats. The prices are reasonable. I didn't know Intuition is their store brand. I got my cats some treats, too. The employees was nice and store was very clean. Lots if puppy smell because my girls were smelling everything.

You know I used to love going to Feeders but the fact that this store has no actual animal enclosures, nor do they have fish display tanks is kind of a bummer. I just feel they are heavy on cat and dog stuff and light on everything else. Please get actual animal enclosure displays and get some fish in the store.

BILLION MY 1 YEAR FIRST TIME HAVING TO BE GROOMING. FIRST TIME I meet the grommer she is awesome she did fantastic gromming BILLION, I stood there for few minutes I was so amazed how still BILLION was he look. Smells wonderful. BILLION and I will see you in June. Thank you again Tammy

Love this pet shop. Definitely our favorite by far! They have everything you can think of that you might need for small/exotic pets, cats, dogs, and more! Plenty of toys and treats to choose from. The employees are always so friendly. Thanks!

Love this place!! Wide and varied selection of food, treats and supplies for your furred, feathered and scaly family members. Very reasonable prices and their store brands are worth trying. We personally love their clumping cat litter. You can also get live feeder bugs for your reptiles at reasonable prices. They are now our go to pet supplies place.

Yesterday 3/6 .. I used the diy pet was to wash my long coat GSD. As I was leaving, I was greeted by Bri near the groomer station. She was friendly and asked if I had questions and was happpy to give my girl a much needed nail trimimg , paw pad and sanitary clean up . I couldn’t be happier !!! I will be back .

NOT A BAD REVIEW!! The wash station there is awesome! The deals are also great as a rewards member. But… if your dog has a problem with food, definitely would keep them on a tight leash, they have cookies on an open shelf, at face level with dogs😂😂 My dog got ahold of 3 while i was waiting to checkout💀 luckily it was 3 for 7!

We used the self-serve wash and it was priced great for having everything included. Not to mention how clean and organized it was! My juliet was ofcourse talking to the other pups during bath time

They have a great product selection, and the staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There are lots of healthy foods and treats to choose from which is highly important to us.

My dog Odin loves it here because he gets to pick out a cookie. However he hates the vacuum in the bathing area. Also they spoil him with treats. Odin would 10 out of 10 recommend.

I’m so glad I found this store! I had heard from some friends about their pet wash, so I went in, and everything about this place impressed me! I was greeted by friendly faces, asked how they could help me, and even helped me find a great food my dog loves! Katie, the young woman who helped me, went above and beyond to make sure my dog was happy, and was so knowledgeable about the foods she was suggesting. Although they are a little higher in price, the customer service really makes it worth it. I will definitely be back! Keep up the good work!

Helpful, friendly staff. I'm always greeted when I come in, always get asked if I need help. The store is very organized and clean. Always stocked up on things. If you have lizards, this is the best place to get crickets. They are cheap, and they always give you the amount you ask for. Best pet store in Frankfort in my opinion.

Absolutely the best pet food prices in town for the brands I purchase for my dogs and guinea pig. Bedding is also much cheaper.Great staff and their animals appear to be very well cared for. Store is clean and staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

The staff here are so nice! They know my dog by name, and know what treat is her favorite. They also have a great selection of toys and other pet care products. A little light on the clothes though.

An excellent store for food and supplies for all kinds of animals. They have a broad range of dog foods, from basic to ultra premium. Our dogs love the buy-in-bulk biscuits and other treats that we get there. Their prices on basics like cat litter are as good as any of the big box stores, too. Add to that a friendly, courteous staff, and a senior discount, and it’s the only pet store we need. And they have adoptable kittens from the Humane Society there, too!

Took my 3 dogs in for baths. Much easier than doing it at home and it is only $12 a bath. They provide towels, soap, brushes and a dryer. Would have taken hours to do at home and would have been a big mess to clean up. The dogs are clean and smell good and it only took around 45 minutes.
