FINALLY!! I stopped and went inside the place where I always passed by and said , "I should stop there !" It's a cool little,instantly Kentucky cozy, general store . There's nostalgic signage all along the walls, and I'm guessing what are look, but don't touch older looking toys on top of shelves . There's 3 or 4 shelves holding various products and very basic grocery items. On the other side of that are the dining tables, of which there are roughly a dozen . It was a cold and overcast day,so I chose a sunshine table ,trying to absorb all 99billion kilvenite coming slow motion through the window ! Luckily, the lunch special was a bowl of piping hot chili and grilled cheese on Texas toast ! Let me describe it in my Kentucky French, De` Freaking Licious !! Service was awesome, and with a smile ! Bill paid , no dessert (this time), and belly full ,left a happy customer. Can't wait to come back !Parking: Sits right at the head of the t in the road. Parking is tight. But if you want a good sit-down meal ,squeeze it in there. It should fit !!

The Lenoxburg General Store feels like stepping back in time. You’ll feel a sense of nostalgia and comfort when you walk through the door, and the service is welcoming and friendly. They have a variety of homemade food (we enjoyed a tasty breakfast) at great prices. This place is worth the drive!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible ramp directly in front of the store.

Wife and I stopped in for lunch. I got the "Hot Mama" burger and added bacon to it. It was two 1/3 pound ground beef patties covered with jalapenos and melted pepper jack cheese. It was absolutely delicious. My wife tried some and said it was the best burger she has ever had. I also had a side of onion rings and they were also fantastic. Wife got "The Big D" burger that was similar to a Frisch's Big Boy burger. She said it was very good along with the "6 minute fries". Place was a little chilly as it looked like they may have been catering another party soon and they kept taking tons of things out the door. No big deal. People were friendly and the place was nice. Would definitely recommend. A tad on the pricey side.

Right up the road from us and so, so good! Thursday roast beef special is my favParking: When it's crowded or there are delivery trucks also it can be difficult and sometimes they block access onto Lenoxburg Rd. Which is how we get home and it's somewhat dangerous trying to go around themKid-friendliness: Very. You may spend more than you planned bc they have a little store with cute, vintage toys that even I want to buy to save for future grandchildren

I absolutely love this little gem hidden deep in the country. It's a great place to sit back after a days work and enjoy a meal that tastes real! I have enjoyed EVERY meal that I've had there so far and look forward to the next. Angela is a very sweet lady who's not afraid to give you a welcoming smile when you walk in. And the entire crew makes you feel at home. Thank God that there are still simple good little places around out there like Lenoxburg General Store.

I had heard about this general store and had it on our to do list for a motorcycle ride. I am glad we went. The owner shared the history of the store. Lunch was delicious. Will be back .

Wonderful and friendly staff here. I love it! It's like taking a time trip back to the 50s and 60s when the local neighborhood store was part of the community and and the customer was actually treated like family and respected. I love it!Vegetarian options: They definitely cater to anything you may need in all of the categories. Their daily specials are awesome and practically priced as well.

Was driving by and was intrigued by the look so I stopped and oh boy I was not disappointed. I got the special and with every bite my mouth watered. They also have delicious ice cream. Thats why I really stopped but couldn't turn down an open face sandwich.. absolutely perfect. Loved it and saving it to come back.

Absolutely love this place. So kind and friendly really gives you that home feel. I buy my cigarettes here and yes they are a little pricey but I understand a store in the middle of nowhere has to be a little more pricey. Their food is amazing and the owners are always there which shows they really care about their business and customers.

If you enjoy stepping back in time 150 years, to a time when rocking chairs and pot belly stoves with a focal point of the General Store. Then you'll love this place! Combine that with great food, friendly hospitality in a Countryside environment you'll swear you're in heaven.Update: April 2021, revisited a few weeks ago to find the store has been sold. I could tell something was different the instant I walked in. Warm greetings and atmosphere are gone. I was greeted with "do you want something?" I was uncomfortable the entire time I was there. So sad.
