Took my puppy here for an intro to Grooming thing that they do, it seems to have been a good experience as my pup left with his tail wagging sad to see his groomer ( I believe her name was Lizza) walk back thru the door. He's so fluffy and soft and still smells good a day later. Definitely a good experience all around

I take my 2 year old Pembroke Welsh Corgi here and they do a beautiful job! They do a fine and precise job at trimming and making her look nice and luxurious. She always smells so clean and has a little extra pep in her step when she leaves the salon. Thank you for taking care of my pup! 😊

PomPom loves her groomer, Mr Tyler. She is a very timid former puppy mill mama. Tyler is very calming, patient with her diva personality and he does an amazing job with her coat.

I got online early this morning to find a dog grooming place near me. After reading reviews, I chose Wuf Pet Spa.I provided the requested info, including rabies info from the vet, as well as a picture. I was immediately contacted, stating that an opening came open today, due to a cancellation. I immediately booked. Thrilled!Be sure to request a quote ahead of time.Be sure to NOT arrive early. My pittie Raiden loved his spa day at Wuf. He smells amazing, his coat is so soft and shiny and his nails look amazing. Despite him hating nail trims/grinding and not being the goodest boy during it, Maddie still did an outstanding job. We will definitely be back!

My dog, Penelope (Nel), is a totally nervous Nellie. Except when she comes here. According to the groomers she is always so good and I always get her back PERFECT. Especially today. Tyler cut her the perfect amount when I asked for her as short as possible. He also made sure to clean her eyes which is a typical miss in grooming in my experience. I also think it’s important to mention he took the time to let her sniff him and feel him out before just walking her back and listening to what I wanted. She came out so clean and tidy and I couldn’t recommend a better groomer than Tyler for your pet.

Wonderful service if you don’t want your dog to be kept in a cage. Jonny does everything he can to keep your dog comfortable and the “no cage” approach is worth every penny!

It was our first time taking our aussies to a groomer, and we weren’t sure how Winston would do being a rescue and with some previous trauma (and struggles with anxiety). He did great, and both staff there were incredible with them. Completely blew us away, and exceeded our expectations. We’ll for sure be coming back.

Hina absolutely loves visiting Wuf in Fort Thomas. All the staff is wonderful and you know they care about your furbaby. Parking is convenient and there’s an awesome coffee shop across the street while you wait. Would recommend Wuf Pet Spa to everyone.

Awesome place. I took my cat Rex here and they said I had only booked a bath when I thought I booked a cut (just a miscommunication). The groomer said it’s probably better to start with a bath since it’s his first time getting groomed. I came to pick him up and he did end up having time to get a cut too. I was worried how he would do because he doesn’t tolerate baths or let me groom him, however the lady said he did well. Rex came out with a beautiful cut and was nice and clean. I sat at a nearby coffee shop in case I needed to pick him up early. I would recommend this place for your cats!

Jessie & Jonny are amazing groomers, their attention to detail goes above and beyond. Their love for their clientele shows with every single, shampoo, snip of the scissors and brushstroke. The salon is a beautiful, clean, safe environment you want your fur baby going to, or in our case 4 of them! I cannot say enough positive things about them and the entire staff. So whether you go to the new Fort Thomas location or the OTR one you won’t be disappointed!
