I called with a flat tire on my old trailer. I asked for a used tire but he didn’t think he had one. I told him that I guess I’ll buy a new one and showed up 15 minutes before closing. Not only did he find a used tire, his crew jumped in and had me back on the road in no time. When my old truck needs tires, I know where I’m going. Thanks guys
