I will always buy from Wild Birds Unlimited.I bought a bird feeder from here a while back and a piece broke off. I emailed the store with a picture and asked if they could assist. I received a response from the store manager same day, and the replacement piece was shipped promptly. Just received it.That is one of the many reasons I’m a lifetime customer. I’ve been a customer if WBU at this location for some time. They carry a nice selection of quality seed (no junky bits) and feeders and feeder systems. I purchase all my seed and feeders from WBU. A part on one of my feeders broke and they fixed it while I waited at no cost. They are all quite friendly, and so knowledgeable! They even carry my heavy bags of seed to my car. I highly recommend WBU for the best merchandise and service!

I called our store to inquire on the snowman. It was sold out over the week-end. I spoke with Teresa, she was very sweet and had one of the gingerbread combos in. She was holding it for me. I called today to let her know when we would be picking them up, she said she found the snowman and was holding it for me. I was so excited. They are wonderful. I can't wait to get this and set it out for the birds. Thank you Teresa for being so kind. I will be shopping there again for sure. Happy Holidays.
