so here is a funny story. I am a black male flight attendant and I was out for a walk during my lay over and it was kind of cool out so I went inside to kill time and get a bit warm. I got followed by one of the managers the entire time I was in the store. he wasnt even good at doing it. It has been a long time since I was followed in a store. I got on the phone with my dad just to distract myself from him but it was very annoying. No, I'm not a thief and Im not intending to steal anything out of the store.

This location is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If something is missing from the shelf, they're happy to check in the back room. They have pet vaccines, food, toys and supplies much cheaper than traditional pet stores. It's worth a visit.

Clean store and parking lot. Went in today March 19th to get a propane heater. Florence KY store had 8 in stock so I went to get one. Looked around the store and couldn't find one so I asked the cashier. She called in the back and they said it was a seasonal item and already put away and they want going to get it. Keep in mind, it's 30° outside and quite cold. I was informed that I had to buy it online and have it shipped to me. Complete laziness is why I took my business elsewhere. Bought one at Ace hardware. They goodness they wasn't lazy.

I called and asked if they had a particular product. The employee looked for it and made me aware they had 1 bottle left and put it on hold for me. I drove to the store after I got off the phone and the cashier was real friendly. I bought what I needed and a few more things. Everyone in the store was nice and helpful. This was my first time there, I'll definitely go back :)

This is not aimed at store in particular. But their website . I ordered gifts for my boys about $200.00 worth. While ordering in bold orange font it said this item will ship in two days that was on Dec 15th and it's now the 18th and my order still hasn't shipped and might not be here in time for Christmas. I found them on Amazon and could receive them on December 22nd but I don't have the extra $200.00 to buy another set and can't cancel my order according to customer service. I usually don't order online because of this vary reason . First and last time order anything from their website. I really didn't want to highlight a star but had to ,to be able to post . No stars for you.

Picked up my online order. A new employee got to learn how to take care of the order. He called another to help him. It was great. The older employee talked him through how to do it but allowed the new guy to actually do it on the computer so he learned how to. Most people learn by doing.

The girls that work there were snobby little witches. Didn't bother to ask if I needed help. The only time they spoke to us was to tell us that the store closed at 8. Pardon us we didn't know!. We were buying a shirt and clearly posted above the rack said "managers special extra 20%off lowest price" we kept telling her about the sign and she said no it doesn't apply to clearance I kept pointing to the sign and she ignored what we were trying to tell and kept ringing us up.I've been to alot of TS stores and I enjoyed my experience but this store absolutely sucks!

Very poor customer service. Told me over the phone that they had an item in stock and I showed up (with my 3 young kids in tow) and they actually did not have it in stock. And frankly, didn’t seem to care that I was told wrong on the phone. The place was super busy/crowded. Had to stand in line twice. Will not be shopping here again. This was an absolute terrible experience.

For the record Tractor supply is a great company and this is the first time I have seen this in a TSC. The isles were full I had to walk around the outer edge of store to back track to get isles I needed. This was also a safety hazard something will fall on someone in this store. The staff was nice .

Tractor Supply is 1 of those stores that I have to walk through and look at everything! The bargain bins are a must! You never know what kind of tools you're gonna find. Our dogs and cat love their 4Health brand dog/cat food and treats!

I was in the Tractor Supply in Florence, KY on Saturday afternoon. The people who work there are very nice and helpful. I'm giving a three star rating due to the checkout. They had one register open and she was doing a return and I don't know what else. The wait was getting unbearable. I would have walked out if I hadn't been buying live chickens. She finally had to have a manager override for something, and thank God he started checking people out after he did her override. Why didn't she call for assistance with that line? So very aggravating and tiring .

A convenient place to get your propane tanks filled. It's a tad bit cheaper than running to the grocery store and swapi out tanks. Depending on the price of propane, you can save in the neighborhood of $10. Plus every time I good the staff are very friendly, even the propane guy Kevin. Take a chance and see for yourself

If I could go lower than one star I would. I purchased a tool box for a trailer on 6/19 as of 7/2 it flooded full of water ruining everything inside including a drill an impact a hackzall and the batteries for these tools. I personally worked in retail for 4 years so I understand that typically in these situations the customer can be quite angry and belligerent so I took a different approach and was as calm and collected as I could be and it only got me was the ability to return the tool box without a receipt I don't blame the staff for this because like I said I've worked in retail before and I know there are company limitations implemented and I believe thats exactly what happened is a company limitation prevented anything more from being done. So I am left with a 500 dollar bill and no toolbox.

They don't like to honor their signs. We went to get a tire and They had it on sale. When we got to the register the price was higher then the sign said. They didn't want to honor the ad sign. This has happened on more the one occasion. On this day after some serious talking they said fine.

Literally the worst customer service I've had this year. After standing and waiting for who I assume is the manager to get done with what was clearly a personal call I asked him for help finding a Carhartt coat in the size that I was looking for. I asked the obvious questions do you have one in the size I need and he said no.. without looking or without suggesting any alternative ways for me to find that coat. After prodding a little bit he suggested that I use a computer at his desk station to find the coat. I pulled it up and it wouldn't let me add to the cart and he was back on another personal call after waiting for him to get done I much push your customer came up asking for his assistance and he left. I was standing there staring at him clearly waiting for assistance still. So I asked the other guy standing next to him and the phone rang and if he could help and he looked at the computer screen and said nope. I then asked a female employee and told her that I've already asked to other employees for help and she said she had to take a propane class.I buy a lot of stuff there, never again

Average, good o'le TSC. Clean & orderly store with friendly staff. HOWEVER; went in for a couple of lights, there were 6 of them and 5 of them were broken(defective) with the same commonly known issue (per TSC reviews). These should have been pulled from the shelves so others would not buy defective goods and have to return them. As luck would have it, I had seen the reviews and knew what to look for. However I could only find 1 that worked correctly..

Waited in line 30 or 40 minutes yesterday to have someone look up lawn mower parts for me. Only one person in the entire place knew how to use the computer they have. He was unable to help at all. Ended up leaving and getting what I needed at Lowe's. Would not recommend them unless you know exactly what you need before you get there. Probably fine for tools, farm supplies, etc., but even then, some prices I saw were high compared with Lowe's. Will not be going back.

I've been buying organic chicken feed at three different stores and TS is the lowest-priced for chicken feed, cracked corn/scratch and meal worms. Fresh Start Growers supply charges $25/lb. for meal worms while Feeder's Supply charges around $18/lb. TS sells 5 lbs. for $40 and sometimes it's on sale for $30! That's a huge difference! TS is also a great store for finding country-themed items.

I love walking into Tractor Supply here in Burlington Kentucky! It reminds me of how Hometown the place I live in is!And they've got items there that Walmart, Kroger, Target, you name it, don't ever carry!

Can't get supply chain worked out for monthly orders... Delayed, then cancel that day or the next. It's the same each month to month but they can't get it in... At all. Out of 4 orders 3 and 1/2 cancelled.
