I love this practice. Dr. Echols was amazing when my tiny Beagle had to be put to sleep. She continues to amaze me with the wonderful way she interacts with my two Corgis. They absolutely love her. She gets down in the floor with them and lets them love all over her. She is on time, doesn’t order unnecessary tests and gives great tips. The vet techs and front desk staff are terrific as well. I feel very lucky that we have such a great vet practice five minutes from our home.

I wasn't too sure at first but a neighbor recommend them, so I gave it a shot. Glad I did! They are wonderful ❤️ not only were they able to see and treat my sick baby the same day on top of sincerely caring, they are reasonably priced. The vet and her staff are wonderful and I plan to use them from here on out.

Really did their best to accommodate my wishes in grooming my long haired cat. Some really tough mats but they did a great job Athena!!!! she rocks. The manager Elizabeth was very patient with me as well. The groomer, Athena, took personal care and responsibility for my pet and spent a good amount of time explaining things to help prevent future issues

Receptionist immediately acknowledged us and pointed out how cute my little Shorkie puppy is. She quickly got me signed in and within 10 minutes we were brought to the back. They gave me recommendations on vaccines and determines. Listened to a concern I had about my puppy's breathing, and answered any questions I had. They even threw in a free months supply of flea/tick/parasite preventative! Clearly the health and well-being of the pet (and the owner as well) are their primary focus. This will be my little Riley's primary vet going forward ! Brandon Frantz and the assistant that was with him for our visit ! The gentleness and focus on little Riley.

We took our long haired cat to Petwow for grooming because he had some mats that I couldn't remove. Fuzzy got a lion cut, looks very handsome, and I'm sure he feels much better. The groomer did a great job. Thank you.

Always have the best care for my pets at Petwow!...adding to this review, (2024) after taking my dog there for years, from healthy Hank to loosing energy Hank... many tests, two surgeries, then my poor Hank had a short while left with lymphoma. I called pet wow, his vet of many years, and asked to discuss an end of life plan... They told me it would be a 45$ consultation fee. After everything... he was just another fee for them! Haven't and wouldn't set foot in there ever again. I will go to a holistic vet going forward. I changed to fresh, mostly plant based food for my other dogs and future dogs. Any vet that doesn't recommend that, I wouldn't trust. No more oral pesticide flea tick treatment, switched to all natural Wondercide.Pet wow, is good for healthy pets, but don't look for them to be proactive to keep your dog healthy.

Had a great experience with my dog's haircut.It was my first time there so I was very nervous that they would not be able to get the cat that I wanted. But they really able to capture everything I wanted a little more. I have a Maltese and it's really hard to keep her eyes clean as well as without using a full razor and they did really good on getting around her eyes without having to shave around them.

Got us in quickly. Really took care of my mom's dog. Made sure we knew exactly what was going on and let her dog pass in peace and even gave us enough time with him before he passed. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who cares for their dog.

Beware - make sure the right veterinarian is working the day of the appointment. I was in there for an hour and 15 minutes for them to look at my pet and charge me a fortune for something I already knew. First experience was good, but different vet today.

Dr. Calland is amazing! We took our guinea pig, Boris, to see her. If you have a pocket pet, she introduced me to the term and I love it, go see her. She is fantastic!!

Took my sweet Charlotte to get shaved yesterday. Molly and Morgan did a great job. My cat does not enjoy being shaved nor does she like when strangers try to handle her so she has to be sedated but I've taken her here before and they did a great job last time as well. I hate that my cat gets so badly matted but I trust petwow to take great care of all of my animals. Thank you so much! Also, Athenia is a great addition to this location. She will be an amazing asset to the team. When I brought Charlotte home yesterday she rubbed up against my leg as her way of thanking me for taking her to get the care that she needed.

Incredible staff and vet! I brought in my cat who was much more critically ill than I realized and the staff at Petwow acted so quickly getting her stabilized and truly saved her. Dr Hillary Calland was phenomenal in both her swift action and knowledge but also her compassion. Helping me through an extremely emotional week with my kitty but also helping me get her the best care possible. The office went to great lengths to make me feel comfortable amidst everything and allowed me to see Poppie before I went to work. Seriously can’t thank them enough for saving my best friend and we will be going there from now on!

I paid $300 for my cat to be groomed and to be updated on vaccinations. I requested a bath and hygiene shave. My cat came home not shaved at all and I feel all that was done was a waterless shampoo. They also said my cat had fleas and I know that he didn’t. I feel they just wanted to charge for flea medication that he didn’t need. I never spoke to a vet. Overpriced and underwhelmed with my experience here. I won’t be back.

They have a very friendly staff. The vet that seen my dog was very thorough not only in her exam, when she came in to share with me her treatment plan for him she was thorough in her explanation. They seem to be very carrying and very attentive to your pets needs. I'm really happy with my visit and I'm definitely going back for his follow up! Thank you pet wow staff.

More of a general comment on all businesses anymore who feel the need to milk every penny out of people. Example here is not being allowed to purchase flea and tick meds without the dog being seen. ? What are we being seen for? I could understand for antibiotics or steroids etc, but flea and tick meds? Give me a break. Money grab.

I had started the process to switch my 2 dogs and 2 cats over to this Vet Service was originally over joyed at my experience. That was quickly changed today and I will no longer be utilizing their services. I had an appointment for 8:45 am, due to rain and traffic that comes with it I arrived at and walked in the door at 8:48.There was 1 person at the check in counter and she was busy helping another person with his services. I patiently waited with my dog when after about 4-5 minutes someone else finally appeared to the counter. I gave her my dogs name and she said ok I will let them know your here. She heads to the back and I take a seat with my dog.After about 2 minutes the lady re-appears to inform me I can just go home and collect a urine sample and bring it back. Confused I questioned this situation. Only to be informed that since it was now past 9 and they are very busy my appointment was no longer available. I looked at my phone to see its only 8:56.When I ask why since I was actually only 5 minutes late. (Even though it was less) why this was an issue. She repeated they are pretty booked so maybe the vet can squeeze me in later. I told her not to bother we will just leave.It is a 25 minute drive one way. I am sorry you guys overbooked, but not checking people in promptly and then using that as a reason to decide to cancel an appointment on a person standing in your Lobby. I mean seriously

I will not be back there. I went in for my dogs shots, and the doctors are rude. They done 300.00 Exrays before asking if I could even afford it. They only care about their paychecks. They came back and then I had to pay for antibiotics on top of that. Which is fine. But the doctors are so super rude about everything. What would they have done if I couldn't have afforded the xrays that I didn't agree with. I wouldn't refre them to my worst enemy.

You know you are in a good pet facility when it is so clean and the odor of the pets doesn’t overpower you when you walk in the front door. The staff are very professional and friendly, the groomers have been very good and I would highly recommend Pet Wow.

Everyone in the office is super nice and informative. I take my beagle there for grooming. He HATES getting his nails done and they are so good with him. We just got a new puppy and wouldn't think if anywhere else to take them! Dr. echols was wonderful
