We took our cat in on a Sunday morning to get a second opinion on what was going on with him. We love our regular vet and Dr. Smith and staff respected that. They were wonderful! We especially loved the fact that there are no waiting rooms and that the exam rooms are animal-specific. Our cat LOVED his room and didn't want to leave when it was time to go! Don't hesitate to bring your pet here. The staff is kind, compassionate, and caring and the facilities are very comfortable.

PetVet365 is the best! My dog Portos is an explosive detection K9 at the local airport. The staff here is extremely accommodating to the unique needs of a working dog. They are passionate about animals and explain things in a way that anyone can understand. I love that the vet follows up after your visit via text. I recommend this location to everyone!

I wish I could give u all a 10. My bog Blu got his side ripped open and Katie and her Vet tech was awesome with him. I will never choose a different vet for my fur babies. They gave him so much love and were patient with him. Thank u all so much

I called in a panic. My pup wasn’t walking and was lethargic, I was beside myself. I was seen within 10 minutes of my call on a Sunday. The vet showed my little guy such loving care! The staff were so nice, calm and understanding. I am so grateful! 24 hours later my doggie is on the mend. I cannot thank PetVet365 enough for taking such great care of my best friend!

It was a Sunday and out of nowhere our 6 yr old dachshund had a injury and was unable to use his back legs and in pain. Our regular vet was closed and I looked online for a Vet that was open on a Sunday with the best reviews. We met Dr. Smith who helped us give our little baby some comfort and a diagnosis of Intervertebral disk disease common in dachshund breed. I was not prepared for the task ahead. Dr. Smith stayed in contact with me, answered all my text messages and has helped me look for alternative care other than surgery. I feel she has gone above and beyond any other vet we have been to and truly cares. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Smith and her team and appreciate all they have done. We are still fighting to get a recovery for our baby and hanging tough!

I dont remember the name of the vet that helped me or the front desk staff or nurse that answered questions but everyone was so incredibly kind to me and my family as we put our family dog to sleep. Our boys, Shadow (boarder collie/Saint Bernard mix), Moose (Great Pyr), Ranger (Great Pyr/Anatolian mix) have all come to Pet365 Florence! We have loved the atmosphere which offers our gentle giants comfort and room to lounge in their own special room. All the staff are so friendly and know us, even me lol, by name. They are kind and loving to our boys. There are no threatening tables to get up on for the boys. The rooms are fun and inviting for all fur babies.We have experienced losing one of our boys in the past few years and Dr. Smith and Dr. Bernal sat in the floor loving our boy with us to the end. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. The time the each veterinarian spend with your fur babies is great. They truly care about each of their patients and owners. We truly have the BEST Veterinarians anywhere!!!! We are so blessed to have a relationship that gives our boys the best healthy life.Dr. Johnson is so wonderful and passionate in her pursuit to bring safe, comfortable, caring veterinary care to all she can. We are super thankful for her and All her team!!!!

We brought our dog in due to being very sick and our vet we always use was closed. The vet and staff were extremely accommodating with everything and very transparent through this difficult process. The office was very nice and clean as well. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking.

The experience was quite unique as they have seperate waiting rooms with a couch and chairs for us and my dog to wait and since my dog Finn only needed a shot update she took care of it right there in are comfortable waiting room! My Finn has anxiety with vet's so this has been the best vet's visit in his 3 years!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this team is. The knowledge this staff has cannot be beat. They are friendly and professional, and truly love caring for every furry family member they care for. We love the comfortable exam rooms (picture shown) that are unlike any other vet exam rooms anywhere. On top of everything else that can be said about how fabulous they are, Dr. Bernal literally saved our boy’s life and we will be forever grateful. I took my new puppy to PetVet365 and absolutely love it the environment didn’t feel like a vet office it felt like walking into a room or a home ! The staff were amazing all were good at educating on everything they were looking and and what for ! I would highly recommend our vet to anyone ! The vet was so nice the staff loved our puppy even gave them a complimentary little nail clipping which I thought was so nice ! If you don’t already bring your fur baby or animal to them !

I'm not a mommy of a patient of PetVet365, yet.Long story short, my Pom-Chi Charlee's first ever vet visit was just a few months ago (she's 11 years old). ...btw, I'm not her 1st mommy, she was born on a farm and given her shots and checkups at home on the farm. Anyway, first ever visit, she left so scared she didn't eat for 2 days. Plus $300 later she wound up being allergic to one of the prescriptions we went home with.Stopped by PetVet365 just to grab a business card (it was closing time) , wound up talking to a receptionist, and a tech about possible causes for her allergies and alternative foods to try(20-30 min later) I left with the thought that I'm definitely switching my babies vet to this one!Also Charlee is my ESA so I need her with me for as long as I can keep her around.

We have been clients for over a year and are quite pleased with them. They follow up with you after visits and treat your fur babies with care. The fear free atmosphere is much better than the cold steel tables. All of ours are in the wellness plan and it is added peace of mind to have after hours consults at our disposal. This is our third vet in nine years in this area. We had a very bad experience with one, a decent experience with the second, and now we are planning to stay with PetVet365 for good!Wanted to add their little extras like photo booths and a graduation picture of our puppy when he completed all of his puppy shots. So sweet!In addition, they let our puppy hang out with them for socialization in the period where he was still getting his shot series and wasn't quite ready to go out and about to pet stores and such. He loved it!!

Arrived 11 am I was first one there. Another couple arrived after I did we walk up to door together. The other couple walked there dog around corner. The receptionist open door and told me I had to what in my car so she can bring other dog in first. She was very rude about it he tone. Asked if there another room we could go in. She yes but had to wait in car. I left canceled appointment. Will spendy my 500 at newport office. Or other vet not sure.

When Spooky dog started to refuse a muzzle, as he is a "fear biter", all his regular vets refused to treat him. Being in a delima, I prayed about it, then called Boone Co dog pound for help, they gave me the number for Pet Vet in Florence. After explaining the situation (that he bits & will not wear a muzzle), they said "bring him on in"! Dr Carson and all the staff were so very kind, and handled the situation very well. Another plus, their open 7 days/week.

We usually go to the Florence location and our main Vet is Dr. Smith (who is awesome), but we have also gone to a few of the other locations in Cincinnati & Kentucky and they are all amazing. My super anxious dogs are handled with care here. The entire team is patient and understanding. Lots of of toys, treats, and lick mats to clam dogs and keep them distracted. Dr. Carson is wonderful!

Any time someone ask me for a recommendation on a vet, my first choice is always PetVet365. The vet itself is a home like setting with the themes in the rooms. And the staff are very caring when it comes to our furry animals. They make them feel like home when we have a vet visit. And any time that my dogs were sick, just got shots, etc they would check up on my dogs later on the day we left, the next morning and for a few days to make sure they were doing good.

I’m new to the area and I called other offices before settling on Pet365. I liked that they had weekend hours and a VIP preventative care plan. They were super sweet and helpful with my dog. She is very anxious in new surroundings and they made her feel at home. The doctor went over all our options for care and explained all the pros and cons of different treatments. Highly recommend!!! Our 40+ pound dog needed an ACL repair surgery and the PetVet staff coordinated a traveling surgeon to do the surgery in their fear free hospital. Great experience!!!!! The text messages throughout the day made me feel at ease. The whole staff is wonderful and kind. 10/10.
