Kellie is absolutely wonderful! Very sweet girl and great with dogs! Definitely her passion. I took Blue Angel in and asked for specific things and her groom was done 10x more than I expected! Very happy and will be a regular with her! Blue looks adorable for her birthday!

I needed help finding something. I asked 3 men who were standing together that worked there where I could find the items I was looking for. They pointed at an isle and said they are down there. I asked on the right? They said yes. I went and looked and tried to find the items , but there were a lot that looked similarI went back up to the 3 men still standing there and asked if they could come show meI had pictures of what I was looking for. One of them came with we and found one of the items and handed it to meI was showing him another and a young man came up and asked for help getting crickets. The worker started to walk away and ignore me. I said something and he turned around and came back. With attitude that I was bothering him he showed me where it was. Then turned to leave again! I said just show me where this last item is and I'll find it. He then left to help the young man with probably about $2 dollars worth of crickets. My total was over $30!!!? Very rude . Unhelpful . I told the checkout girl who was really nice! Don't go to PetSmart if you need help from an employee standing around. They don't want to be bothered!!!

From the ease of making the appointment on the phone, the excellent service from the woman who took my call to the excellent service of the two women who groomed my two dogs. The express service is ideal for our situation. Everyone was friendly and exceptional and treated our dogs very professionally. Thank you!

We took our granddaughter's golden doodle, Lily, for a much-needed trim. Emily did an awesome job addressing her skin, coat, ears, nails, teeth. We got a coupon for her next grooming. Picked her up with cute little bows in her hair!

Bought guppies last week, and everyone broke out in ich. Those were the first fish in a new tank, so it definitely came from this location. I should have been more careful, there was a number of dead fish, and many more that did not look well. Will not be shopping at this location again for any aquarium supplies. Just hope I can save my new fish.

Sydney, my dogs’ groomer, is fantastic! She is absolutely so talented, so my dogs always look their best. The bonus is that she is so caring and dog savvy that she gives your dogs a very loving and comfortable experience during grooming. We couldn’t ask for a better groomer!

Always have a great experience when shopping at this store. Staff is very friendly, received some wonderful tips on training my German shepherd mix from one of the trainers, only buy my pets items from here. Rewards program is a nice perk to!

I've never taken a pet to pet smart for grooming. I called to take my dog to get her nails cut. I was told if I was there by 2p.m. they could cut her nails. I got there and they ask for rabies papers. She has her tag on and I was not told I needed her papers. I will never go back. If you decide to go ask questions about any paperwork needed. Wasted my time and gas because someone didn't do their job by telling me what I needed to bring

We took our dog for her first haircut there today. She was scared so they didnt cut her hair and still charged us 80 dollars and didnt even cut her hair . Dont ever take your animals there.

Just in this evening and the cashier with the blonde curly hair was telling me not to let my dog eat too much of a bone I bought. Please tell your cashier to keep their advice/opinions behind closed lips. This was rude when unasked for. Someone should explain a cashier is not a vet and should not be offering health or food advice about my dog.

My son loves visiting this store while his dad is getting his hair cut next door. This store is always stocked and has almost anything pet-wise you could ever want. Items do tend to run a bit more here than a grocery store or big box store. They have a good selection of aquarium fish, but a rather small selection of any other animals.

I’m heartbroken. I went out to PetSmart today, with high hopes of getting some beautiful young lady bettas to start a small sorority, some ghost shrimp for a tidy-up crew, and to turn some poor feeder fish into a wonderful school. Instead I found dead or Diseased betta fish in horrible water, many empty and over stocked tanks, fish being blown in circles by the extreme filter flow, and rude inattentive staff. I bought 15 rosy red minnows, only got 12 and three died on the way home and now there’s only 4 alive, 3 female bettas where one has finrot one has a swim bladder problem and the other is extremely under sized and too young. I’m at a loss. I don’t know what to do

I let my baby Jack walk up and down the aisles and pick out some toys it was so much fun he was sniffing and sniffing and then he grabbed one and he carried it around with him and then of course he had to grab another one what a beautiful experience.

Friendly staff there and prices have gotten better in recent years due to competitive markets. My German Shepherd Dog is taken there for her baths/brush and nail trimmings over pretty much every else. The salon does well for her needs and the overall store selection of various products is pretty large.

A lot of neat stuff here for your pet. I've got a dog & he loves coming here. Sniffing around the store & picking things out like toys. They have a grooming area, vet area also & adoptions. Lots of things to choose from accessory wise like leashes, collars, harnesses, outfits, shoes, cages, beds, foods, training collars, and things for cats, birds, etc. I'm more familiar w/ the dog section than any other area. For our boy it is nice. We find what we need when we stop in.

extremely disappointed in pet smart on turfway road in florence ky! they refused to take my dog for his grooming appointment over being late by 4min. They head groomer was rude and unfriendly! she tried to say she would not have time for him now, really?!? How about cut a minute off of each services i was receiving that day and we would be fine! Super disappointed!!

Great staff and huge selection.The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was greeted the moment I walked in. There were also staff around the store that were more than happy to answer questions.The sheer amount of items in the store was amazing. Anything you could want for your pet was there.The only drawback (and reason for 4 stars instead of 5) was they were a little higher prices than local grocery stores. However, if your grocer doesn't have what you're looking for then PetSmart is likely to have it.
