Clean, well maintained. Easy to park. Have florist, minute clinic and sushi - which are not always available in all Krogers. The Starbucks location inside the store also allows you to order ahead.Near the Starbucks there is a small seating area.

Black beauty and African American Hair Care products.Aisle 47 Kroger in Florence ky. On mall rd.I took the time as a black man shopping at a Kroger in a predominantly white area, this Kroger location has the most extensive line of African American hair care and beauty products I have ever seen at any Kroger's I have ever visited.I am extremely impressed with the corporate team who setup these product lines in a Kroger location.Job well done Kroger. Job well done. I even bought a wave cap. I was surprised to see wave brushes caps large bonnets etc.Multiple rows dedicated to Black Americans.

Good to be back home in the midwest after 25 years away. I was really excited by the 3 full row of chips and snacks and dipping cheese as far as the eye can see. This is not readily available on the coast. Cherish it!

I came too many time , one employee work on the customer care I don’t think that’s enough , there’s always long line , I don’t have to wait 30 minutes at Least , have to be 2 person on the customer care , hopefully you guys take it serious

Just so you know, this Kroger has the smallest sushi selection compared to the Ft. Mitchell and Union locations. But I do like the California Roll, which can be found at any location, and boy was it delicious. Overall, pretty nice Kroger that seemed clean and organized.

Ordered a cake. It had no decorations at all, only writing. Very generic! Had to try to find something to put on cake before party. Charge $25 for an iced cake. NEVER AGAIN

It was my birthday and my husband went in to get me a cake. He could find nobody to even write my name on it and it was between 3 and 4 on a Friday..rediculous! The cake itself was yummy but come on bakery department 🙄

This is twice I have purchased the chocolate teddy grahams and every box is burnt! How is this possible that they have such a huge bad batch that on two separate times that all of them are burnt and money wasted because you can't return them because you have to open the box to check inside freaking ridiculous

10/15/22 at 9:40p.m.I delivered to this kroger and went inside for some water and food. I saw a ton of "Cars" toys on sale for $1.18 [Tag said "Disney Cars"]I grabbed 6 and had to go to self checkout as no regular lanes were seemingly available.They did not ring up for sale price.An employee checked and told me that they were in a spot for a different Cars toy and were misplaced. So I would still get them for $1.18, he just needed a manager.I waited about 6-8 minutes or so and the manager showed up with the employee.She told me the tags read "matchbox 4/$5"I assure you, they did not. I specifically checked this...She then told me I could go check if I didn't believe her. I INSTANTLY knew what she had done. I still bought my son the Cars, but on my way out I checked the price on the tags. They were 100% Altered. New crisp tags in place. Just know Mrs. Cheetah print headband ...I know what you did.I have attached a pic of the new tag that was printed. I didn't actually think to photo the tag before unfortunately.

I was in the Mall Rd Kroger 2 weeks ago and again last night and saw the same girl working the self check out. Both times, and grant you that 2 weeks ago was early Sept, she had on Halloween face paint that i thought to be pretty scary and creepy, and little devil horns on her head. We're not even close to Halloween, and personally, I find the makeup to be very out of place and unnecessary. I guess Kroger has no dress code for their employees? You'd think they would have a company image to uphold, but apparently not. To me, her face paint would be scary enough to scare a small child. Also, I passed her by as she was walking away from a fellow employee and all I heard were cuss words coming from her mouth. If you want to get rid of an employee, get rid of her, not the autistic or special needs kid that is trying their best to deal with the public and learn job skills. Guess I'll be going down the road to Union. They always have more in stock anyway.

Great salad bar, pasta bar and about eight different types of olives. The beer selection was absolutetly mind boggling! What a great store! I hear the new one in Union Ky is just as nice. I will visit it next time.

On Sept 7, I arrived at the Krogers on mall road right before the customer service desk was closing. As I walked up to the deck one of the male associates slammed the close sign down and obnoxiously said “closed” I find his behavior very rude considering that he’s working in customer service. The other associates I’ve encountered are usually helpful and kind.

Horrific. Not only do lanes get long while multiple supervisors watch from behind and refuse to help but now they terminate a special needs child because he has social anxiety and is not vocal enough while greeting customers. How dare you??!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!! Choose for yourself but I will not give this establishment one cent.

How dare you fire a child with autisim because he was shy and "did not greet every customer" or "he was not speaking loud enough". Kroger is really showing its true colors that it hates people with disabilities. What's next are you gonna take the wheelchair ramps away or push down an old lady. Very disappointed in you guys. I'll have to add you didn't even write this kid up. With the power of social media I will be getting everyone to go to Walmart.

The ladies room was a mess. TP holder broken, soap dispensers broken, hand towel dispenser broken. The new carts have a wheel lock system that seized up in the parking lot. Very dangerous. There must be a sensor to keep them in a confined area of the lot. We had parked a little further away to be in the shade.

Adequate. Parking lot is tight. Fantastic produce. Beer is cold. Our cashier was a bit too chatty, which was awkward. The Kroger is great, but the customers leave a lot to be desired. It's your typical rough Florence crowd, so a lot of mouth breathers and people with no agenda standing around in the way. Some of these people are hard to look at. I saw multiple dogs inside the building as well. I don't think non-service animals should be allowed in any place that sells groceries. I saw a snaggle-toothed woman holding a pomeranian puppy to her chest over top of the salad bar while she scooped herself some stuffed olives. Disgusting. She had a second dog in the cart that she was neglecting entirely. It was appalling. Dogs should stay at home and Kroger should enforce this. You dog doesn't want to be at Kroger, you heathen.

The pharmacy at this Kroger‘s is pretty bad first time I went in today the line was backed up into the isles. I show up at 8:02 everyone is still there yet she tells me she can’t help me because they close at eight and she’s already turned the computer off I asked her could she turn it back on and help me pick up a prescription for a sick child and she said not really. I asked could someone else help me once again she said not really I don’t know if she was a manager I hope not.

I'm furious with this store right now! The lady at the deli was completely nasty to my 11 year old who I sent to order 1 thing trying to teach herindependence and she got skipped on her turn and basically wasn't going to do it. Long story but I'm done with this store. She told her she could get back in line after 20 minutes of already waiting. After the next 10 adults could go!

I think whichever is your regular Kroger will usually be your favorite just because of familiarity of the store and product placement. I can usually find what I need here. They have a large selection of organic and clean products. You do need to check expiration dates. Carts are terrible.

I visited this while in Kentucky. I don't think I've ever seen a cleaner store. I work for Kroger in Columbus, Ohio. You all are doing a fantastic job!
