Very clean store. Looks well managed and has plenty of stock. I routinely stop here on my way to work. There are always plenty check out lanes available and the store seems well employed. Thanks Kroger for always having what I need. 👍👍

This store has the worst customer service. Stood at customer service counter for over 5 minutes (I was the only person there). There was a female employee behind the desk who just ignored me while working on one of the terminals. I finally spoke up.. she looked at me like I was bothering her. She asked another bagger "where was Christy? and bagger replied "i do not know" recommending to have christy be called over intercom.. The girl behind counter ignored her and went back to work on terminal and continued to ignore me. I am writing this in the parking lot for time stamp. I left without assistance! I cannot wait until Publix comes to area!!!

Been going here for years, recently I've learned all the sections and codes for security solely based on them calling it over the intercom on me. I'd love to shop in peace so I won't be coming back. I've never stolen a thing in my life and I don't like attention like that. There's NO reason to be yelling it over the intercom.

This Krogers has the worst customer service I ever received in my life. The self checkout employee is always the same person and she is always pissed. Once again, angry tonight lol. It’s weird she doesn’t even speak back but is the same person who assist for help. She hate all the customers

Kroger bakery always impresses! Twice in 2 weeks I've called them the day before I needed a birthday cake and both times they delivered. Even when they didn't have a licensed cake for one of the cakes I requested, they still made me a cake to match the theme.However, beware the baggers. They tossed our cupcakes in the cart causing some aesthetic damage. Had to work a little magic to repair the bakers good work.

I've been going to this Kroger for a while and never have seen what I did today. I went into the produce to get black plums and there were nats all over the fruit and apples and such. I'm so beyond disappointed I will sadly be shopping at the mall road location more now.

The employees here are always so helpful and friendly. I always feel welcome when I am here. They worked in a snow storm once and I was shocked they were even there working with the weather as bad as it was and kept their composer even when they had this one extremely ungrateful and rude customer who made a scene when they only had self check out open. I felt she should have been grateful those employees even risked coming into work with how bad the weather was so that she could purchase food from their store.

EVERY single time we order from Kroger for pick up (which has easily 10 times at least) half the items on the list are missing and they still charge us for everything. It’s not even just this Kroger it’s pretty much every single one we’ve ordered from in the NKY area but this one’s the worst. They don’t tell us about the missing items so we don’t find out until we’ve already gone home. Like.. surely you can see that the 4 small bags you gave us doesn’t match the $135, 2 foot long receipt? One time we called to complain and they gave us $20 off, sounds ok right? But next time we shopped there we tried to use the coupon and they were claiming we already used it!?? So it was a waste of time and money yet again. Pick up is supposed to save time but it probably takes more time, effort and stress than just shopping in person. Never ordering here again, Aldis and Walmart have better deals and better produce anyway.

The young girl in the deli that dyes hair all diff colors can never get the meat order right. If I order 1/2 lb shaved ham. I get 1 lb sliced ham. She will tell u the meat u want is not there every time. I think just so she doesn't have to do work. Bc one time she said the meat I wanted wasn't there and the other AWESOME LADY that works back there overheard and showed her they had it...She never gets these orders right. I gave up and started buying Land O lakes pre packaged even tho I prefer Deli. She shouldn't be in that part of the store. She has made u Lose lots of money Kroger. I've even went to other Kroger's to avoid her specifically. I've called and Kroger cust service only said they have a hard time hiring since they have to be 18. They didn't care and only made excuses.... Ridiculous. At least have her do her Job correctly or find someone else who will appreciate it more.

This place has to be independently owned and operated!!! This is by far the worse Kroger in the try state area... How do they get by with selling things like propane and some other items only when they want to? Why is all fill ins rude and untrained and put on self checkout when that's the only way to pay for your stuff and they can't even do that right or with out a vary rude attitude? Who ever owns this store you lost another customer. Tired of the poor training and only being able to get things like propane about half the time. I now drive to Walmart and have yet to be denied the purchase of anything cause no one will go out to get it at 5 pm or any time of day it ....

I have shopped at this Kroger for a very long time. Though this Kroger is small it’s been very convenient and I know where most things are, so I can grab them quickly and conveniently. Sadly, I have used their click list only a few times and each time things get worse and worse. $0.80 bread that expired two days after I picked it up when I paid $1.79 for the actual item, not the exact product I asked for and no substitutions on these items, etc. while when I call back they seem to understand the issue and fix it as best they can it does not elevate the issue that I have to make a second trip, when I use click list to save time.

They push wearing masks on customers but not their own employees when it actually matters. I went there to get some shaved ham from the Deli. The woman working there wasn't wearing a mask and she coughed on my ham as she was shaving it. I told the manager and he said he would take care of it. He must not have said anything to her because I went in today and she still wasn't wearing a mask.

Went in to take care of some finances and grab a few things. Lacey at the Customer Service Desk was very helpful and knowledgeable and polite. The store has made improvements on size and product selection. But still too small to be a super center. Great staff, always clean.

While shopping, I came across a display of Kroger way with a sale sign for $1.49, I picked up the water along with my other items. I went through self checkout and it rung up for 3.19. When I mentioned the sale to the associate in self checkout, she said it was probably a digital coupon. She walked to where I mentioned the display was and came back and told me I had to download the coupon from the app. I'm not a regular Kroger shopper and have the card, but not the app. I left the water and checked out. On my way out I stopped by guest services to ask about the policy. As I walked up, the lady from self checkout came running up behind me to say it was a digital coupon. The lady behind the counter said almost everything requires a digital coupon now. It makes no sense to me that I would need to download coupons for every item I wish to buy on sale. I barely made the time to come in the store. Also, the associate's attitude in self checkout was very rude. She acted as if I was trying to rip off Kroger. She followed me when I had to exchange two damaged packages of vegetables, and felt the need to follow me to guest services. I couldn't help but wonder if she lacks customer service with everyone or if I was profiled. I'm a black woman and was wearing work boots and cami's, because I'd just gotten off working a 13 hour shift 🤷🏿‍♀️. I just wanted to pickup groceries on my way home. I wished I'd gone to Walmart instead. Their prices are lower, without downloading coupons or rude associates.

Convenient location for myself. Has a decent selection relative to the size of the building. It is due for a renovation or remodel. It has aged poorly and often smells like seafood. Has a Kroger Gas and Liquor nearby. I will be returning when in the area.

This Kroger store just works for me. It is smaller and the building is older than others and I'm fine with that. This is a "Supermarket" not a "Marketplace." So, obviously their inventory is going to have some differences. I find this store to be incredibly convenient. Easy to shop, big aisles, seem to always have what I'm looking for and the place never seems packed with people to me. If you need "groceries" this store is great. If you are looking to buy clothes or something to hang on the wall while also grocery shopping then go to a "Marketplace."

I’m new to the area and my husband and I have shopped here four times. My husband on two occasion brought back dairy (organic milk and eggs) that were expired. If you decided to shop at this location please be sure to check the expiration dates! My interactions with the staff have been pleasant and that’s why I’m giving it 3 stars.

I love this Kroger, I have been shopping here since I moved to this area 5 years ago, the employees are wonderful and efficient. They are quick to fix problems and give solutions. I love how the company gives work to the medically challenged individuals. Kroger is a beast in the business. If you haven't noticed most stores especially Kroger's there's only opening up two lines and then having you scans completely open as much money as they're saving you would think we could get better discounts for bagging her own groceries since it is more convenient than standing in line for 20 minutes for two things.

I like the idea of a smaller Kroger's so that I don't have to walk a mile around the store. However, it's not beneficial at this location anymore. Way to many shoppers at any one point in time throughout the day. It's hard to traverse the aisles. Additionally. The super market in general is weird to me anymore. I feel like they want u to do self checkout so badly that they make the regular checkout lanes narrow and uncomfortable, your slammed in on both sides trying to unload your groceries. Then on top of that if you do use the self check out its weird. U can only buy so much through there before ur little table gets overloaded and I can't fit no more on. Then u gotta have the self check out attendant help you. And it makes you feel like you should have went through regular check out. Blah blah blah

I have shopped here for 18 yrs. Made it through allot of managerial changes. Store updating a few years ago was great. But giving up on you now. I recently looked to buy Romaine hearts. All were rotten. Very unpleasant to shop there now. Store a mess ! Half filled messy shelves.No proper marketing. Empty bins sitting all around, and then cans of vegetables sitting in the cardboard boxes on old grates at the end of every aisle. The whole store is poorly merchandised. I want my strawberry gel and cakes by the berries. Not in some obscure place I have to hunt down. End caps, a mess . Point of sale items in the check out lane a mess! No proper stocking of anything. Whole store now looks like a poorly managed Speed Way quick stop. Just as dirty as a gas station also.
