I have a 1yr old bernedoodle with long, thick, curly hair. We take him to see Brittany at klassy k9 and he loves her! Always happy, well taken care of and looks great! He always comes in with some mild tangles and Brittany does magic to get them out. He looks great, smells great, and is so clean. The fresh smell last several days on him. The new shop is very open, you can see the groomers, and it is very welcoming and friendly.

I’ve had several different groomers here and liked them all. Bonus that I can schedule online. Also availability is better than competitors in the area. New location is much easier to get to and has lots of parking.

Our dogs & cats are taken care of by Marcy and girls at Klassy K-9. When they are finished, the boys look & smell so good. Rates are reasonable and never a long wait for an appointment.

They are amazing!! They got my corgi's cut perfectly even though he's not such a good boy. My other dog is a first timer and he looks shiny and smells great ! I will be back.

I’ve been coming here for a few months now, my 2 dogs get groomed once a month.. everything has been fine but today Ive decided I won’t be coming back.I’ve always paid $97ish and will tip $10. I came today and was charged $132 I said no I only brung $110 she said that prices was raised and that was the first I’ve heard of it. She took the $110…Also when I dropped them off I was told 3 hours.. it took 4 hours I was a little late picking them up. I paid got the dogs as I was walking out the lady said just for future reference we close at 4 and if you’re late again we will charge a daycare fee.Want to add last month my dogs was there 8 hours…. I sent my dad to get them 4 after after being there and they didn’t even start on them yet. I didn’t pick them up until 6pm.. so you guys can take 8-9 hours grooming our dogs but if we are a few mins late we are charged? I’ve never had any problems. I’ve always tipped also never missed an appointment. I feel this lady was being very disrespectful. I don’t appreciate it. I could add a few things I’ve seen while coming here but I will just tell the issues I have.

Aww they did such a good job on my Ozzie. We switched to here when Petsmart screwed up our appointment. This place charges by the size and was $22+ cheaper than what we paid Petsmart with a Military discount. It was recommended by a friend who has much bigger dogs. Definitely love that it’s #VeteranOwned!

I was talking to my neighbor about my dog PRINCESS on getting GROOMED. I ask her where did she get her dog groomed? Her dogs name Josie’s a long haired Dachshund. She told me that she takes her puppy toKlassy K-9, so I made an appointment with them and drop my puppy PRINCESS. They got her in right away. The owner, I think her name is Tracy. Really really nice lady told me she moved to Dream street in Florence by Bob Evans. I dropped PRINCESS in the Morning 8:30 and guess what? She got her done 1 hour later, that was really fast compared to when I use to take her to PoW-WoW and they would take all day long and she did not look clean. Now PRINCESS looked great, I’m giving a 5 STAR review and great service. Thank you Klassy-K-9

Online scheduling available and was easy to use. Useful appointment reminder system. Dropped off our long haired boy for a bath, haircut and nail trim and Maranda did a great job! We will definitely visit again. Thank you!

My boyfriend and I got our boys bathed and groomed here. The staff are friendly, professional and great with dogs. They have different scents, and even medicated shampoo for dry skin which one of our boys needed. Typically it takes about 2 hrs for a bath and groom, and for both of our boys was around $105. For baths only it is cheaper.

I have been bringing my dog here to Brittany since she was 4 months old and have been completely happy until now. Brittany called me half an hour before my appointment last week and said she wasn’t feeling well and had to cancel. I live 45 min away and was already on the way. She told me she would take her the following Sat instead and I drove there the following Sat to discover the doors locked and lights out. I called Brittany and she acted like she didn’t know about the appointment and said to hold on and then she hung up on me and she now will not answer her phone. I just drove 45 min and set my day aside to get my dogs hair cut and this is twice in a row this has happened. I don’t know what has happened to the service all of a sudden but this is hugely disappointing. As customers we schedule around our work also and I understand things come up that you may have to reschedule but this is more than bad service and it is messing with your customers plus now my dog is well past due for a haircut and I don’t know what to do. So disappointing and Brittany has given such bad customer service I will be reporting this to the better business bureau.

I took our dog for grooming for the first time today. We have tried a few different groomers in the last few years and she has been very upset and shaky when we picked her up. She does have some separation anxiety issues. When I picked her up at Klassy K-9 today she was happy and looked wonderful. Thank all of you for a great experience.

Thanks so much to Tracey for giving Lela her 1st groom! My brother & sister in law were not sure how she would do being only 4 months old. She looked fabulous after Tracey did her magic! Definitely the best groomers in town, take time, work with each dog and have a ton of patience. Thank you!

Brought my pup in for an appointment, because it was quick to get into recently. My dog supposedly didn’t like the dryer. She is literally 8-9 months old and never had the experience before. For an employee to tell me I should have done a better job training my dog is completely unacceptable, considering shes still a puppy and I didn’t know she wouldn’t like a dryer. The icing on the cake is it seems as if my dog was only given a bath and that was it. I paid for a haircut & nail trimming. Neither were done. I will not be back.

Did a good job grooming but didn’t cut his nails because “he didn’t like it”. Can’t name a dog that loves having there nails cut. He lets me cut his nails so it’s whatever but I kinda paid for that service. My dog isn’t aggressive in any way either so I don’t know what the deal was.

Took Mr Giggles for a bath and they clipped his nails AND brushed his teeth. His white coat was so white and I could tell he felt better all day. A dogs face tells the whole story. I also love the pride they take in their salon. Will return! ❤️

My dog was in desperate need of a bath, grooming and nail trim! Klassy K-9 was able to get her scheduled within that same week. Their employees took great pride and care into the work they did for my dog! I was impressed with the outcome and plan on using them for my other dogs in the future! Great work!

Klassy K-9 is awesome!!! We did puppy training with Robyn and we couldn't be happier. It was amazing to see how much our dog could learn and how quickly. And Robyn is great! She took the time to explain the methodology to us which really helped us to understand our dogs behavior and how to work with it. We also took our dog to puppy daycare there and he loved it. I highly recommend Klassy K-9.

This place is under new owners and they are amazing. Very attentive owners and the staff is wonderful. My boys came out with huge grins on their faces. I never heard any unusual noises, everyone was kind and treated my dogs like family. Highly recommend going here. And they have some awesome extras like holly berry shampoo, they literally smell like bubble bath, and blueberry facials which we're getting next time. So pamper your babies.

This has got to be one of the best groomers around!! Sydney absolutely loves Brittany and she takes such good care of baby, I couldn't ask for anything better. I take Sydney there faithfully every 6 weeks and he gets his normal pampering and shave along with his colored mohawk. Love Klassy K-9, they are by far the BEST!!!!!

finally found a place that cares for my little guy - ShihTzu. I felt comfortable with staff the minute I arrived. They talked to me and my little guy - like we were long time friends. He does not like to be combed or groomed. They got the job done and we will be back. Klassy K9 - great job!

Great place! We did puppy training with Robyn and she was very knowledgeable in trying to get our new puppy to listen. I saw a big difference in the way our dog acted when the course was over. Would definitely recommend.

The team at Klassy K-9 is remarkable. My 3 dogs are not the easiest to groom and pamper, but the team at Klassy K-9 makes them feel loved and not to mention the outstanding job they do. A veteran friendly groomers. They are only place my dogs will go.

Klassy K-9 provides the best the best dog grooming. I would not trust my dog to anyone else with my dog. Your dog will look great but it is so much more than that.. They care for your dog with love and kindness. They make sure the products used are not harmful to your dog. They make sure every customer is happy. The dog groomers are skilled and knowledgeable. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

Although you can get in quickly and it is decently priced, I will never take my Pup here again. We got him back with long pieces in random spots. I honestly don't think they give them water the whole time so they don't have to let them out because he drank 2 bowls of water when we got home. And finally we asked them so many times to call my husband's number and they called mine instead when I couldn't take or receive the calls due to work. He had to call them.
