Super helpful and friendly, I can't say enough about this business. We've had our fence for at least 25 years and have used it on 6 different dogs at 4 different houses and has been totally worth the money. We tried a different companies wireless temporarily until we were done building our house and did not compare to having the wired fence again, love it!

They put collars on our dogs that seemed small but I was assured it’s supposed to be that way. They said this was necessary for it to be right so the dogs feel it when they cross the barrier. Took off the collars and both dogs have sores from the collar, including punctures to the skin. Now I can’t get them to answer the phone to discuss it. This employee clearly fitted the dogs wrong so now I have injured dogs and a fence I can’t use because we don’t have properly fitting collars. Waste of money. UPDATE: employee Jessie from their office basically laughed it off and offered a larger collar. When I said that wasn't a sufficient response (I felt they should pay the vet bill), she hung up on me. I have repeatedly called the number given to me by Michael, who is apparently in charge, and he won't answer or return calls or texts, which included photos of my dogs' necks. They apparently are content to keep the nearly $5,000 we paid them so we can have a worthless fence, no collars, injured dogs, and a vet bill.Services: Dog fence installation, Dog training

Had an invisible fence installed to keep our Cat and Dog in our yard. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helped us outside the house along with inside the house. Great company! We called them to repair our fence that was cut. When they can out we discovered the mother board was burnt out and needed replaced. I bought my system 8 years ago. But it was still under warranty! Wow! They were fast friendly and did everything to make sure it was working perfectly before they left! Definitely recommend them to everyone looking for a dog fence!

The team did a great job installing the underground fence on challenging terrain. They arrived on time, were friendly and courteous and worked quickly. The following week we had a problem with one of the connectors and they came out and repaired it quickly. This is the second home we’ve used for an install with this company and highly recommend them.

Our fence was installed over 2 years ago and absolutely love it. We have 2 very small dog and were glad to see that Invisible Fence made small collars to fit them. We were worried they would have to wear big clunky devices around their necks and that is not the case. Also we like the fact that the collar correction signal is adjustable in two ways (strength & vibration intensity). Our dogs are on the lightest settings possible and that is also effective. This is important because a much large dog might need more while ours barely need any incentive to stay in the yard. But trust me, there are many critters they would love to chase out of our yard but they never cross the line. Wonderful system and gives us so much peace of mind. Now if they could only make a system that would keep all the stray dogs OUT of our yard.....

We have had invisible fence for a year now and here recently our dog has been escaping our yard. When I called to see if we can increase the charge or to check if the fence was okay they told me it would cost us 95 dollars to just get someone out here. We paid a pretty penny to get this installed and when their equipment isn’t working, they want you to pay for it. If I would have known this at the start, I would have never paid for this service. His collar is fine and working too.

Fran is wonderful. I brought in a collar to have it checked before using on our little guy Scout and it wasn't working, she was able to look up our system and found the collar had a lifetime warranty. The absolute BEST investment for our FUR Family ! Tripper loves running around the big yard - he NEVER breaks through... he learned within a day of it being installed! We have never had one problem. I love the fact that we don't have to worry about him running out in the street and he can play as much as he likes!

Drove all the way to their office to test my collar and hopefully avoid paying a service call to my house to fix things. Drove there where they told me my collar was fine and they sent out a tech to check my house. The tech came to my home (with a hefty fee) and told me the collar is bad and that they didn't test it right at the office or they would have known that without sending him and charging me over $100 for the service call. Not happy. Still no resolution. Sigh.

Great Customer Service and products. I had considered an invisible fence for sometime looking at the various options. I regret not getting sooner, makes life with multiple pets easier, without the need for a physical fence. I also use the indoor devices which I would highly recommend if needed.

Invisible fence has been a life saver for us with our dogs. I will admit I was skeptical initially because our dogs are headstrong and I could not imagine invisible fence keeping them within our boundaries. Our yard has an odd terrain and installation of a conventional fence was just not a viable option therefore we decided to give invisible fence a try. The staff were professional, kind to work with and demonstrated trustworthiness in keeping their word. They came to help us train our dogs and orient them to our boundaries. Last year our boundary line was sliced. They came immediately to repair the damage with the least disruption to our service. I am a firm believer in the invisible fence. It certainly brought us peace of mind in keeping our dogs safe.

Have had invisible fence on my property for about 5 years now, love it!!! There was one occasion that I dug a hole and sliced right through the line....repair was easy with the repair kit! Just remember where the line is in the first place and that dumb mistake won't happen to you!

In 2018 Invisible Fence of Northern Kentucky donated 2 sets of pet oxygen masks. In the spring of this year Lawrenceburg Fire responded to a house fire with Greendale fire where several dogs and cats were entrapped. All animals were breathing and responsive except for 1 two year old German Shepard named Rex. When firefighters brought him out he had agonal respirations, we applied the large muzzle mask at 7 litres after 20-30 min. Rex was up checking everyone out.
