I can't say enough about our dog Chief's Daycare/boarding care. Doggie Paddles LLC - Florence KY has kept our big lug aka doggie son this week while our human son 💙Darian has had surgery and is still hospitalized from complications and is in ICU. I can tell you the amount of stress they took off our shoulders is worth every penny. They truly have been wonderful and have sent pictures daily and letting us know he is safe and happy 😊 the staff is wonderful and very committed to taking care of the dog they have at the facility. Chief has got to make new friends and he has gone swimming and gotten love and cuddles from all the staff. If you are in the kentucky area and need somewhere for your pup heres the place. I can't give enough stars🌟 ✨️ for the care Chief has and is getting. Thank you so much for the peace of mind our fur baby is ok during this difficult and stressful time while my son is recovering and healing. He misses his best friend and we can't wait to see him once home.

Fantastic service and great staff! I’ve lived in other areas and had other pets that I needed to board. This has been my first experience with ‘daycare’, and it has been fantastic for my golden retriever. He loves it!! I never have to worry - he’s always in great hands! I also use Doggie Paddles for boarding - both my dog and my cat. Again, great experience! Thank you to all at Doggie Paddles that allow our family the comfort and peace that they all are in good hands!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. We have used them for a few years but this last trip I cannot thank them enough. My husband and I went on a cruise and our dog, Norbert, who has epilepsy has a Siezure episode. The care and compassion in how they took care of our pup, followed all of the emergency medication procedures, and communicated with us was beyond words. They called our vet since we didn’t have service. They let Norbert have some extra care in their office and even let him spend the night with their overnight staff. I am so thankful and grateful for this amazing facility and how they cared for our 3 dogs, especially Norbert. Thank you all again.

Extremely impressed with the staff and facilities from our first visit to Doggie Paddles! We are new to the area and tried another facility, but our dog did not seem to enjoy being there. As soon as we walked into Doggie Paddles, we were greeted by multiple positive, friendly staff who my dog gravitated to instantly! He happily went to the back with them for his temperament test (which they let me watch on their cameras - most places don't allow this). He then went into daycare and did not seem anxious to be there, unlike the other facility. Upon pickup, the staff offered me a full tour of the facilities and was very transparent about their schedules, pricing, and policies. I practically had to drag my pup out of there he was so excited and just wanted to love up on the staff! He was exhausted after just a half day of daycare and seemed to have a great time. We will be trying out their boarding offering as well and are looking forward to renting out their pool. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend Doggie Paddles!

I have found that the employees at Doggie Paddles are very caring and will bend over backwards to take care of your dog. My dog was terrified and does not do well with people she doesn’t know. They were very patient with her and let her adjust on her time schedule. They also try their hardest to make you feel comfortable leaving your pet with them. They sent me lots of pictures to let me know my dog was in good hands and that she was doing well. I was very appreciative. They are the best!

I could post an entire essay, but I will try to keep it short. We had a bad experience with another groomer and boarder, so we did a lot of research and decided to try Doggie Paddles. While we were gone, there were tornados and just overall bad weather multiple days. I am a helicopter dog mom as it is, so I was freaked out as soon as we heard the forecast. However, I felt better knowing there was overnight staff at the facility. When I reached out for reassurance, I quickly received a reply and then continued to get photo updates for the rest of our trip. Our dog has always been very anxious around other dogs and new people, but we could tell she was having just as much of a vacation as we were in the photos they sent. I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip without having to worry about my baby every second that I was gone. I cannot truly convey how much the experience meant to us. We will be recommending them to everyone and coming back for other services!

Took excellent care of my husky while we were on vacation for 8 days. He is new to the family and this was our first experience with boarding. My Benny and I LOVE Doggie Paddles!! They have been so, so good to him and he absolutely loves going to play for the day!When I started my hunt for a daycare for my boy, Doggie Paddles was the first place everyone I asked recommended and after a couple months of going, I can absolutely see why! They will seriously love your pup as their own, everyone I’ve met there has been so sweet, and the way they greet him (and me!) every morning makes my heart so happy. I can not recommend them enough. If you’re on the fence and looking for the BEST place for your dog to play and be taken such great care of, Doggie Paddles is the place to be!

One of my dogs is more difficult than most and it was hard finding someone who could cut his hair. Ashley and her helper (I didn’t get her name, sorry) always do amazing with him and my other two dogs. They are very friendly and do an amazing job !

I don’t take my dog here for daycare, as she doesn’t do well in daycare, however I do bring her to Doggie Paddle for boarding as I travel a lot of work. I absolutely love Doggie Paddle and would recommend it to anyone!!Their facility is amazing with so much room, they have a privacy fence that still allows Bagel to have time to run in the yard even without daycare time. I love seeing their daily posts on Facebook when I’m boarding her so I can see she’s still doing well.Their staff is phenomenal and you can tell they genuinely care! They always have such great comments about Bagel and I can tell they truly care about her well being.It’s amazing having a reliable facility to always take her to!

Leo loves to come see Kyra for his grooming. As soon we get close he starts getting excited. The whole crew lets Leo be a welcome guest. Plus, he always looks so handsome after his grooming! I highly recommend this group!

I’ve been bringing my doggo to see Kyra for a couple years now and she is wonderful! I cannot say enough good things about her! My pupper, Amara, jumps around like crazy when she realizes who we’re going to see. And the after groom bandannas are such a nice, cute touch!!Also, Doggie Paddles has cute events throughout the year that me and my sweet girl have enjoyed attending. I want to try the training Doggie Paddles offers but that’s something to save up for in the coming months!

Our baby Mac loves this place, he gets so excited when it’s his day to go to daycare. He loves them and they love him, they take such good care of him. Shout out to the groomer Jenna who does a great job on his bath. She is also in constant communication with us when we have to use the kennel. Although Doggie Paddles is further away than other daycares near us we would never go anywhere else. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Our two pups LOVE to go to daycare. We never have to worry that they are getting love and cuddles, and they have such a fun time there! And… they are WORN OUT when they get home. We absolutely love doggy paddles and the staff is absolutely amazing . They are extremely helpful and extremely friendly and love their job and love the dogs. Luna star our German Shepherd goes to daycare but has been boarded multiple times. The facility is extremely clean the staff is very friendly the owner is always there taking and sharing pictures daily. We are extremely comfortable leaving Luna with such amazing people when we're away and at work. We highly recommend doggy paddles for daycare and for boarding.

Doggie Paddles so far the best place I could find for my baby he’s a 10 month old Yorkie, they took care of him for an entire week and all went good, they stayed in contact with me every day, sent pictures, response quickly to all my questions, so if you’re looking for daycare/boarding/grooming for your pet this is the place. Prices are affordable and services are great, we love Josh our groomer.

I've boarded here twice. I have reservations for May as well. I've boarded my dogs in 2 other facilities and this one is the best I've found. I'm a very anxious person when it comes to my dogs, and they always reassure me they are good and tell me what's going on. If I text and ask, they'll either send a new picture or tell me how they're doing. And, the other determining factor for my decision to board is someone is there 24/7!!!

We boarded our doggie Dew for the first time with them for a week, and felt at ease because they sent us pictures every day and communicated honestly with us, she was a little nervous at the beginning and they were transparent about it, they gave us details abt their interactions with Dew and she made good progress during the week. They took time to explain what is normal for the doggies while boarding and we really felt that they love what they do. First time boarding our three German Shepherds and they seemed to love it! I appreciate the daily pictures and check-ins while we were away. One of my girls has really bad anxiety and they worked great with her!

I’m posting this after and interview I had with Courtney who then ask me to come in and shadow a worker for an overnight position. I arrived five minutes before my scheduled start and waited for the overnight employee who arrived 9 minutes late. We first prepared food for the dogs where I noticed that there were dogs that had been there days and were not given their treats, blankets or toys that were sent by their owners with them, for them during their boarding stay at doggie paddles. The next thing we did was take them out for a bathroom break. The dogs were outside a total of five minutes (15 dogs) so all the pictures that they post online are all snapped quickly and then they round the dogs up and put them back in their cages which is usually around 7:30 -8:30pm. From that point the dogs are not let out again until around 6:30-7 am. Some dogs that were there for daycare were in cages with no food, no water, no blanket, no toy. The girl that I shadowed really didn’t even seem to care for animals as i was picking up it’s just a job vibes from her. There are so many teenagers and college students working here and care for the animals isn’t their priority. I’m not saying conditions are horrible but I am saying I would not take a vacation if Doggie Paddles was the only dog day care/boarding facility available.
