We came from middle Ohio where we have no surviving Cicis restaurants, so we were super excited to see it a long our route. No wait, everything in working order and clean. Staff seemed very tired and quiet but not rude or anything. Kids played games and machines worked I think- the game card thing was confusing. The pizza, salad, pasta, and desserts were all good and they put out fresh stuff while we were there even though it was pretty slow, so I appreciate that a ton!! We miss having Cicis and it had all the traditional things we were looking for.

My husband and I met here Jan 31st 2020 for our first date. For our wedding rehearsal, I ordered 15 pizzas and 6 breadsticks. I was told we were getting plates, napkins, silverware and a big warming bag to keep all the food hot since we had 45 minute to an hour drive. I did not receive any of that and no one knew what I was talking about. The online ordering does not include pasta or salad. We got our food but it was a hassle to get everything

Stopped for supper this evening. I enjoyed myself. Friendly employees always working hard to keep the food fresh and the store clean. I will be back again, thank you for the good experience and keep up the great work.

My in-laws ordered a piezilla for our rehearsal dinner. They told them when they would be there to pick it up. They get there, and it isn't even cooked yet. 45 minutes later they finally get it. So, for our son's birthday we decide to try it again. Same thing. We get there at the time, and it isn't even cooked yet. What is the point of telling someone what time you will be there to pick something up, if it isn't going to be ready at that time. Most people expect to walk in, pick up their order, and leave. Not have to sit and wait for you to cook it once you get there. They really need to work on this. The size is great for the price, but the rest of what you have to deal with isn't.

I can't rank negative or I would. Tonight was absolutely ridiculous! They close @9. We went at 7:45. They were already shutting down. Had the salad bar torn apart, no soup or spaghetti, old gross pizza, half the pizza buffet was closed, so only a small section was open. (they kept pulling from under counter when they put out more, not making fresh, and it was rare to even have them do that) no dessert pizza. I understand wanting to leave early.. but if that's the case, do not let people in to pay. They were still having new people come in when we were about to leave, as pictured, and not warning anyone that they were basically closed already. Since the register is in front, you don't really notice until AFTER paying.I ordered a special pizza, to try and get something fresh. They didn't tell me it was ready and put it on buffet. It was pretty much gone by the time I noticed... and I was watching from my seat. But since there was nothing on buffet barely, anyone close that saw it put up was trying to get some.They had plenty of customers there too. It wasn't like it was just us, or a few stragglers. So they should have been actively refilling things throughout, or stop letting people in.I try not to go to places around close, but this shouldn't have happened when they still were open for over an hour!!Absolutely disappointed and upset. Still hungry too!

Their pizza was just ok. There wasn't a lot of fresh selection. All of the pizzas had skimpy toppings. All the lettuce was slightly browning.I first ate at CiCi's in Texas years ago and the pizza down there was much better, with more variety and they didn't skimp on anything. I don't know why it's so different here. Anyway, it was decent in a pinch taking 4 - 19 year olds out there

The Pizza and the Treats were delicious. Everything was nice and family friendly.My only complaint is the wings. I ordered 5 Parmesan garlic wings and when they came out they looked liked raccoon ankles. Very small no meat nothing like the picture next to the register. I didn't even eat them. I want to request a refund on them but they were only $5. Other than that it's a nice place just definitely do not get the wings.

Authentic Italian Pizzaria, what can be said that hasn't already been said about the authenticity that is Cici's Pizza. When I first visited this location, I lost track of where I was. Before entering the establishment, I was in Florence Kentucky, when I entered the building I thought I was in downtown Italy. Although this restaurant is not the typical format, you order the pizza and then pick it up at the counter, it's the type of restaurant that wants you to get exercise before consuming their authentic Italian delicacies. This should be on everyone's bucket list to visit before you kick the bucket. If I could rate this at 6 stars, I would rate it at 7 Pepperoni's!

Hard to find any of these still open. So since I was in the area I had to stop for dinner. Food was pretty much like I remembered. Had to do 4 stars just because the price has gone up quite a bit. And even for my 1 year old who ate one piece I had to pay 2 bucks for.

That was my first time here. It's just cool.Clean. Great pizza. I liked the cheese bread pizza though.Now they should work on their dessert better.Other than that i would recommended for others

Awesome food for a wonderful low price. Staff was friendly, place was clean even the restrooms were clean. Loved the salad bar. Overall screamed good family vibes.Kid-friendliness: Little video arcade area for the kids. Definitely welcomed kid-friendly restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: My mother has a wide width walker that we brought through the restaurant. There were some walkways between dining area a little to narrow for it to roll through, but definitely a ton of alternative routes and seating areas to accommodate.

The food is all low quality the pizza is alright in the hand's of an 8 year old it's the best pizza in town but for a more sophisticated pallet it's just so-so.The price is good I take my son and his little friend after defy jump park. The desert pizzas are tasty as is the salad bar. If you have an army of children you need to feed it's a great place to eat.Kid-friendliness: They have video games and claw machines for the kid's.

This place used to be okay but now they're extorting their customers. You used to be able to order the buffet and a water and get a cup of water. Now that is impossible you are forced into buying the combo no matter what. I tried to ask them and they said no you have to order the combo. I don't drink soda so that time I got the combo since I was with my kids and still got water. Extortionist.
