The pharmacy workers are ALWAYS rude. Always behind. I understand there will be days that you get behind. But this is an every day thing. Medicine will be called in one day and you go in days later for it still not to be filled. All while still having to wait forever for them to fill it because they are “so behind.” Worse pharmacy ever. And it doesn’t help when you can’t switch your pharmacies or I would. At this point I have been coming here for years and it’s the same situation over and over again. Everyone complains while waiting. It’s absolutely ridiculous. You would think someone from cooperate would have stepped in by now.

Absolutely terrible customer service and turn around time for filling scripts. First, I’m not sure the pharmacy tech’s name (short blonde hair, glasses), but she was so rude to both my mom and myself on 2 separate occasions, one of which being today. Second, trying to get a script filled post-surgery so that you can have pain medicine is an absolute disaster. Saying “give me an hour” when called to make sure the script was ready before making the trip and going TWO AND A HALF hours later only for it to still not be ready is uncalled for. 2 times for unprofessionalism is two times too many in my opinion, so I’ll definitely be taking my prescriptions to a local family-owned pharmacy, where I’m talked to like a decent human and where my health and time are respected.

Always a hassle to get your prescriptions at this location. Even if they're called in or sent electronically, you have to call and verify they will fill them. Most of the time you get the "we're busy" or "we're understaffed" excuse and they will fill your scripts 3 to 4 hours later. Lately they claim a lot of computer outages. This place is awful. GO TO CVS

Appointments for the pharmacy should not be offered if you won't be seen for an hour or more after the appointment. The pharmacist moved the syringe sideways after inserting a vaccine and left a bruise that is still there after a month. Gloves were left on handling public touch spaces such as door handles and then not changed to vaccinate other patients.

The need to go to the Flatwoods Kentucky store is for a custom card maker they don't have at my Walgreens. The very helpful man in the photo dept went beyond great customer service to assist me. However when I asked the store manager to help he was very dismissive and repeatedly deferred to the clerk and was not responsive .But gave very good service to regular customers. The rest is easy when a customer has a problem and you stop take care of them they will be a customer for life.

I tried to call different days at different times and was on hold at least 45 minutes before just giving up.Then went to pick up prescription and their wasn’t anyone at the drive through but I had to wait 30 minutes for them to get my medicine even when my doc. Called it in the day before!!!Transferred all my prescriptions!

Customer be warned. Their pharmacist Annie will demand customers out their diagnosis to others in the pharmacy area. Great place to go if you love your HIPAA rights being violated.

This soo bad since rite aid sold out my wife went inside pick up my prescription well they were line they ring everyone up and when they got to her she was last one in line instead ringing her up they tell her there going on lunch when they still had 2 minutes and would not do it. I hate Walgreens they are the worse I'm going transfer everything to CVS.#WALGREENSUCKS

Pharmacy's staff very rude and condescending. Been here 3 times all bad experiences. Pharmacy tech, middle aged man rolled his eyes at me and older woman was condescending both were very short with me and judgmental/rude. Never coming back here unless i HAVE to.

Never ready when they say it will be called them Tuesday evening lady said she would put the order in for refill for in the morning called at 4:30 pm wasn’t even ready yet this is like the 4th or 5 th time this has happened.

Pleasant folks that are very helpful and knowledgeable. They fill your prescriptions in a quick time frame. Highly recommend this location.
