This was the worst experience I have ever had my peekapoo looks like chunks are missing out of her fur this is terrible. I seen good reviews my groomer was very busy. This is a dog that gets brushed daily and right before we left this morning because of her breed.She told me that the reason she was patchy is because she was tangled however that can not be true like I said I brushed her thoroughly before we left. She brought her out to my car I handed her the money and she walked away when I looked at her I was absolutely shocked at the way she looked and the fact that somebody would walk a dog out to a car looking like that and not have a word to say about it. I would have been better off to throw fifty dollars out my window. Then when I call she tells me I can bring her back. The reason she is patchy is because she was tangled but she would have to cut her down extremely short and she did not think I would want that again like I said she could not have been tangled. I brushed her ten minutes before from root to end. I was very clear and wanting a teddy bear cut the same length all around. However it looks like a toddler got a hold of my dog with cutting shears and just took off what they wanted.

Mary is wonderful and she is very fast and friendly . When she is finished with my dog 🐕there are no hot spots on mydog. Every place we went around here ,left skint places on her.Me and my dog 🐕(Maggie) just love Mary.Definitely use her as your groomer !!!...

Just brought my miniature schnauzer back from her first grooming with Mary and am so happy to have found a great groomer that did a fantastic job on my Kira. The atmosphere is excellent, the hair cut was perfect and my dog was relaxed and seemed very happy that she will be returning.

Had scheduled a grooming for dog, only a few minutes late and apparently she had someone in already even though I was told that appointments needed to be done days or even weeks in advance. Perhaps a mistake on her end, but it was not communicated very well.

Mary has groomed my dog for 8 years. We moved to Lexington 2 years ago and have not found a good substitute. We try to schedule when we come into town.

Very nice place to go. LB, she will ask questions about your dog and if it might be a difficult groom she’ll give it a try but if it’s going to be too stressful she’ll call you to come get it. She’s ALWAYS thinking about safety first! That’s why I love them so.
